This is a nice hotel sized waterpark. The only challenge we had was determining when the waterpark was open. There were schedules listed in 3 different places on the website. They all conflicted. I got the "real" schedule from the front desk.

I have say I was VERY disappointed in our stay. Our reservation clear was for 4 people. Our room was set for 2 people in regards to towels and supplies. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay- twice during sleeping time and waking us up. Our room was on the main floor. The people above us were very loud. The walls must be very thin as we were able to hear their conversation as, their foot steps sounded like a herd of elephants over our room and continued well into the night. Their TV was so loud it woke me up several times Additionally, the mattresses in our room sagged and squeaked every time we shifted positions in bed. The electrical outlets in our room did not charge any of our phones over night. The breakfast was chaotic at best. Food was constantly empty. It took several requests for staff to refill silverware, napkins and food items. The waterpark was over crowded and unclean. Again very disappointed in our stay.

Hot tub broken, just for some part, unacceptable, too cheap to pay for the holiday or weekend service. Booked 2 months ago and get here and broke because of a part. Should have spare parts so it is never down. Wish the CEO was there for an ass chewing.

The pool was disgusting! It was brown and you couldn’t see the bottom. Rooms were fine and clean. Pool and all pool areas were nasty. It looked like you were swimming in mud. It smelled and there was no staff to handle the concession stand. There were no safety checks of the pool but honestly you couldn’t have found a kid in it if they were missing anyways. They have gone seriously downhill over the years.

Water slides were great. Water was warm. But it was real dark in the pool area with 12 lights that were out. Could not bring in your own beer or snacks to the pool😡. Building is under construction but it didnot say that on there website or Expedias. Parking lot was an ice rink. I think for how much they charge they could buy some salt.. No hot water the first night for a shower. Rooms were nice but the noise transferred right thru the floors.

They need more tubes or they need to not let children keep their tube after going down the slides, watched many kids have to wait for 30 minutes to get a tub. Witnessed a few moms chewing out the poor life cards over the situation and they didn't do anything about it other than apologize. They're probably not in the situation to make the rules up but something needs to come down from higher up.

When we got there, the bar and the restaurant were closed, the handicap door openers were broken and there were multiple holes in both our sheets and comforter. We found hair in the towels and our socks were black after walking on the floors for 4 minutes in our room. There were lightbulbs burnt out and the elevators were disgusting. There was an ash tray and joints just left by the front door that we saw staff smoking from as well. Felt super gross and when I called down to ask for more towels after we received no housekeeping, they threw a bunch of hand towels in a pile by our room door.

Mostly clean room. Some mold issues in our room bathroom, stained rug. The mattress was very old and you had to fight your way to stay out of the center.Lots of peeling paint in the waterpark. The arcade had a broken window and the wall trim was ripped up in a strange way. Upkeep very disappointing. Aside from the upkeep issues, the water park is enjoyable, just don't try to bring in your water bottle or the teenager manning the entrance will let you have it.

Our room had water damage in the ceiling. It smelt horrible/unhealthy in there. Very humid and sticky. Bed had boogers on the blankets. They had no additional rollaway beds OR any pillows or any additional blankets. We could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. The air conditioner was very loud and made a bad noise all night long. The pool area was very slippery and had no towels. I should have honestly left. When we finally got to sleep (3 am due to noise, we went to bed at 10:30), we woke up in the morning feeling like we smoked an entire pack of Marb Reds (none of us smoke) . Everyone’s lungs felt really heavy from the humidity or whatever else was in the air….. I won’t ever be returning. Also, they charge $100 for “incidentals” on top of the room charge. I wonder if I should send them a bill for the hospital bills I might accrue if this stuff doesn’t clear out of our lungs from staying here.

Building is so LOUD, doors slamming, kids running and screaming. Carpet in the room is literally coming up and frayed strings every where. The vents have about a inch of dust/mold. Furniture is absolutely filthy with stains. The whole hotel is disgusting and will be writing more reviews to warn others !!

Rooms were clean, water park was fun, hotel was quiet! What would I do different? I’d bring a clothes drying rack because there’s no wear to hang your swimsuits or towels and housekeeping is not daily.

We arrived and the room was super tiny and super hot it was 85 degress! Are friends booked thr same 2 bed room and theirs was super large there should of been a price difference. It was -2 degrees last night and we had to keep.the ac on all night and even that didnt keep the room cool. We were never informed that there was pool.issues the pools were dark brown and dirty . It was super noisey at night went to the front at 1am to complain about the loud people outside the front door and no one was at the front desk wont recommend this llace to anyone.

Pros- early check in, remodel rooms, staff was friendly Cons- wifi never worked the 3 days stayed. Conversation with their wifi support team on chrismas day for 38 minutes did nothing, and it was the same with my brothers room, arcade games didn't work but you wouldn't know until you paid to play them and waste money,hotel was under construction in common areas, elevators didn't always stop on the floor and were splattered with disgustingness of sorts, location is next to hwy and extremely loud.

Our suite was definitely not as advertised or what we paid for; two dorm fridges stacked on top of each other, toilet broke, lost hot water, beds pretty hard, and the internet had to be restarted each night around 10pm. However, staff were friendly and responsive. They fixed what broke and moved a bigger fridge in. They comped breakfast as we prepaid and they could not take money off. The waterpark is always fun.

We are not complainers but what stood out: the freeway noise was SO loud, the pillows were so lumpy we bought new pillows at Walmart after the first night, and kids were running and screaming down the halls until early morning hours (there is a water park here and kids everywhere on weekends). It showed signs of wear and needs a refresh. Might be fine for some but we would not return.

Property was conveniently located where we needed to be. Staff was very uninformative when we checked in. Since the water park was closed, no one said anything about the continental breakfast being free on Saturday and Sundays. We just happened to ask and that's how we found out. No discount given since the water park was closed. Or most likely we weren't told of any other discounts that word given. Beds were very uncomfortable, sofa chair in the room was hard as a rock and the office chair laid back to where you thought you were going to fall backwards. When we got there, the bar and the restaurant were closed, the handicap door openers were broken and there were multiple holes in both our sheets and comforter. We found hair in the towels and our socks were black after walking on the floors for 4 minutes in our room. There were lightbulbs burnt out and the elevators were disgusting. There was an ash tray and joints just left by the front door that we saw staff smoking from as well. Felt super gross and when I called down to ask for more towels after we received no housekeeping, they threw a bunch of hand towels in a pile by our room door.

Incredibly noisy. Complaints to the front desk fell on deaf ears. Kids had fun at the water park though that was about the only positive part of the experience. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Awesome guest service. We needed to move rooms and they accommodated us- their maintenance guy helped my son with the TV and was so kind and professional. Even bringing us an extra blanket when he saw we needed one. Top notch!!

We stayed 2 nights on a weekend the hotel was super busy but they managed to still be professional polite and flexible the hotel was clean and they room was just as pictured only problem I had was switching the wristband everyday you have to go to the lobby and request them but we had a great time engaged with new people and last but not least it was diverse we were not the only African American people .

Water slides were great. Water was warm. But it was real dark in the pool area with 12 lights that were out. Could not bring in your own beer or snacks to the pool😡. Building is under construction but it didnot say that on there website or Expedias. Parking lot was an ice rink. I think for how much they charge they could buy some salt.. No hot water the first night for a shower. Rooms were nice but the noise transferred right thru the floors.

We are not complainers but what stood out: the freeway noise was SO loud, the pillows were so lumpy we bought new pillows at Walmart after the first night, and kids were running and screaming down the halls until early morning hours (there is a water park here and kids everywhere on weekends). It showed signs of wear and needs a refresh. Might be fine for some but we would not return.

Pool was fun for the kids but lots of chlorine so my kids all got rashes. The breakfast was terrible for being as expensive as it was. My kids refused to eat anything after trying one bite it was so bad. I suggest packing food in instead of eating here, for $700 for 2 nights I would expect better

Made reservation over a month ago and was told there was a complimentary hot / cold breakfast during the week and charge on weekends. It's decent. I've been here before and on the weekend so I was surprised that I had to pay for the buffet. If I had known that I would have gone somewhere better. The food was NOT worth the price. The beds were okay there is DEFINITELY room for improvement on how comfortable the beds are but hey the pillows try to make up for it. You get access to the water park but a huge disappointment that they close early on Sundays...4pm. there's no other pool area either for this hotel so if you wanted to go for a late dip or hot tub you're SOL at this hotel because they don't have a separate pool area. The ice machine was missing on the 4th floor were were staying on, so had to go to a different floor. Another inconvenience was the fact that the handicap button wasn't working. You can push but literally nothing happens and will not stay open for you if you're handicap or have a big haul you're trying to push through. I get a standard room and only $50 a night came off. Fri we go down for breakfast and find out they only have breakfast on the weekends and was told it was free. So sat mornings we go down and its a buffet of reg hotel breakfast nothing special. Only thing that was enjoyable was the $4 dollars glass of orange juice. Yes it was not free got charged $50 for my wife and i. Was so glad i didnt have tho hole family join. I have stayed in much nicer places for way less. Will never stay there again. 4pm to 11am is not worrth $250+

To preface this; it was spring break for my 12yo son, its close to home i have stayed here before. Many renovations since i had stayed last, rooms are nice. Waterpark is nice. We had the breakfast buffet; cost $26 for us. Food was decent, service was terrible, i dont blame the workers but they seemed to lack management and direction. Im in hospitality, this frustrates me. Cleanlieness was, ok. The elevators were filthy. People are in and out of them with and without shoes, maybe sweep and mop them daily. Room was nice, but no carpeting which means mopping of some sort is necessary, my floors were sticky from previous occupation. Waterpark, again, fine. I would reccomend a small wall of cubbies for people to use to set their towel who dont need a chair just a location. Finiding a spot is near impossible if your not there at ths right moments. Lifegards were pretty lackluster in patroling, i stay with my kid so its not my concern but may be for others, but also, idk the policy for that so again, grain of salt. Check in was not polite, no information given, but again its busy, spring break for 97 districts she was probabky over it at that time. I wouldnt travel far for this stay, and luckily i dont have to. This is my perspective however, you ask my son and it was great.

My room was cleaning off , was available early and I really appreciated that. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, could have been better but I've had a lot worse. I've stayed here before and will again, that pretty much tells you everything you need to know.

No hot water through our whole stay which was 2 nights. The hot tub was luke warm at best. We had to go to our event we were in town for without being able to shower. Meanwhile it was also over 100 degrees outside all wknd.
