My family and I stayed at the hotel for five days. The key cards didn’t work my st of the time. I had to get them rekeyed like 10 times during my stay. The pool was dirty and I never seen anyone cleaning it out. Also the beds were absolutely uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel. I know we will not be returning there. Hopefully they will correct and make it pleasant for others. Thank you.

The hotel in general has a good appearance. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and was kept well stocked at all times . The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only problem I encountered were the 2 ice machines in the whole hotel both are in need of maintenance 1 doesn’t work and the other one makes only enough ice for 1 guest to fill a recipient of 16oz then it will take a while to make that small quantity of ice again . The staff is professional, polite and helpful.

Pros: - Room and property were soooo clean when I visited. - Staff was friendly and courteous with my requests. - Breakfast was awesome with a huge variety to select from, everything from sausages to yogurt to bagels to pancakes to oatmeal, you name it. - Free parking Cons: - Pool is a bit small. - One elevator was out of service. - There was an adjoining room, and the guests there were so noisy, even playing music well passed 1:30 AM. My advice to others is to request a room that does not have an adjoining room with other guests.

Breakfast was really good and the bedrooms were also comfortable. No loud noises or smells. The staff was very kind and respectful. The elevator was very slow, one not functioning and the one available, had an expired permit. The hotel is very far from the beach, so a car is needed. Uber is very expensive $40+ one way.

Pros: This hotel was conveniently located in South Miami and is better than the Woodbridge Suites option nearby. Had good breakfast options. Cons: Floor 4 has a bad smell (it hits you as soon as you get off the elevator). The floors in our room were dirty (carpet grimy, bring slippers or sandals). Bathroom smelled like urine & hair on the floor upon arrival, we requested it to be recleaned (it never was, we did it ourselves). Shower/tub needs to be renovated (grimy and rusty in some areas). Would not stay here again. We'd rather drive further away for a better quality hotel.

It was a nice hotel, just like any other Holiday Inn. During our stay, the internet WIFI was down. They did not fix the problem during our stay. The feeling we got from the front desk was: the staff there already did everything they could. But, I think the hotel should do more and fix the WIFI sooner since this kind of hotel targets business travelers. WIFI is critically important to those travelers.

We had 2 rooms booked. I was showing the desk associate the email that showed me in 1 room with a couple of the kids and my fiance in the 2nd room with a couple of the kids and he refused to look up the second name and so we had to pack all 7 of us in one room even though i paid for 2 rooms and the "manager" will not return the communications with hotels.com so they are saying they will not refund for the 2nd room that was never used! Very unacceptable and unprofessional!

Didn’t like the fact that there’s no dinning places close by within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. Hotel es a very nice option for a comfortable stay and if you are on a budget. Even though it is not necessarily close to beaches and night life, it is close to attractions like Everglades, Zoo and a local TJ Max and Target if shopping is expected and you wish not to go as far as Sawgrass. There are also some very nice foodtrucks over the 137th main street at night, if you are up for a good street meal.

There was two thing wrong with the breakfast, one whoevere is handling all the food needs to put their hair in hair net, cause we find two long hair in the scramble eggs...secondly if it is a veggie omelet they shouldn't put ham or meat in it...there was meat in the omelet on one breakfast morning...and we do not eat ham...sorry..
