The property is close to lots of dining and shopping with easy access to the interstate. Great amenities. We were there during major storms and just having Barnes to play was nice. The included buffet breakfast was a very lovely spread with likings for all. The rooms did need a good dusting and the floors cleaned. I recommend and would stay again.

Very nice hotel, close to shopping centers, beautiful lake area for walking dogs, amazing upgraded rooms. My favorite was having breakfast outside next to the pool and fire place. My only complaint is breakfast, poor quality pastry and fruit salad. Coffee tasted bad. Also, they were out of egg, sausage sandwiches and baked potatoes and told me they would not replace it. If you plan to be at breakfast, show up early.

This is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was excellent for our family of 5. The kids loved the heated pool and the free breakfast was delicious. The area has so many good stores and things to do. Highly recommend.

I stopped here on my way home from a beach vacation. When I tell you everything about this place is a 10/10 I am not exaggerating! From the cost for what you get, the breakfast in the morning, the staff that keeps the breakfast area clean and constantly stocked up, the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of all the employees, the cleanliness of the property, room, common area and whole facility! I saved this hotel to my favorite and I will be stopping here every time I go south or come home from the south. It is so nice. It should be its own vacation destination!

All of the staff had awesome attitudes and greeted us. When leaving one of the staff members saw me and my daughter leaving and bragged on her manners. I told her this was one of the best hotels I’d ever stayed! Everything was awesome! If I had to provide a detail of a downfall it would be the pool area running out of towels and tables being dirty from previous guests who hd just left(but to the staff defense the guests should have cleaned up their own mess) bc I would have! Lol Homewood will definitely be hard to beat from the food, to customer service, to the overall stay! 10/10

When I got here at 3:20 my room wasn’t ready I had to wait a hour then when I got ready to check in hotel.com card keep declining that was another hour then I asked them what they going to do about the card declining he said he can give me $25 key rewards I don’t want that I will never book with them again the hotel told me they over charged me with the price and fees if I would have booked straight with them I could have saved about $100

Everything about our Homewood Suites stay was perfect. Even the in-room coffee was good...something we've never before experienced. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Homewood Suites will definitely be on our radar for future trips.
