Two oversized king beds in the room?! 😁🙃. Who does that? Really quiet and comfortable. Great price point. No pool or breakfast but if I’m staying here for a one night stop without paying NYC prices, it was perfect.

Beds very comfortable, good water pressure for showers. thew only negatives were, A; no ice machines on any floor. If you need ice you must take your small ice bucket that is in your room down to the bar and request ice there. (This was a first for me, a facility not having an ice machine, at least ONE somewhere), and, B; coffee served in the restaurant is instant and is hardly consumable. Everything else was just fine!

Our stay at the hotel was the best experience we have ever had at any hotel. This was made possible primarily due to a woman at the front desk name Layla. She was very kind, warm, and demonstrated genuine concern that our time at the hotel was the best. The room was modern and immaculate. The bed was made each day and towels were changed without our asking. The gym was phenomenal and the coffee was excellent. Five Stars would not be a high enough rating!

Check in was seamless and the room was great! Only recommendation would be to have a dinner menu in the room and to advertise that there is a restaurant and bar. We had no idea so we had made dinner reservations elsewhere. Other than that everything was great!!

This hotel looked far from newly remodeled. Paint was missing in chunks. The bathrooms were dirty, with pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat, and the shower looked like wet, dirty shoes had walked all over it. We had no service so we had to go to the front desk and request towels, soap, tissues, and toilet paper. No microwave. Tiny fridge, which was unplugged upon arrival. Beds were uncomfortable. No ice machines. Snack shop was scarcely stocked. Our smoke detector battery died in the middle of the night and the front desk attendant complained about having to take care of it. The only good thing was that it was quiet! They had full size luggage carts, which is extremely rare these days, so that was much appreciated. The cart barely fit through the elevator door though. For the excessive price we paid, we got ripped off. The pictures made it look so nice and fancy. Real life was a huge letdown. What modern day hotel doesn’t have a microwave, or a fridge that actually fits more than a small bottle of water? The hotel is not close to much - Dunkin, Chipotle, Panera, and an expensive EXXON/7-11 are a couple miles away. Fairly close to I-78. We do not want to stay here again.

Staff is lovely and ever so helpful, always there to accommodate. Breakfast was good too. Room really nice and beds comfy. We drove an electric car and were grateful for the on site charging station. Great location and easily can access major highways, which was very convenient for us for visiting friends. I will come again and highly recommend this hotel.

Welcomed very pleasantly by staff at front desk and housekeeping. Easy parking, elevators, and short corridor. Received a quiet room location when requested it. Other guests were respectfully quiet. However, am not a fan of sliding bathroom doors (noisy and don't close fully).

No real bartender on 3/5 days present. Substituted kitchen staff that had NO clue how to make drinks. Housekeeping failed to show up on our 1 requested day of 4 nights. Hairs in shower pretty disgusting.

The stay was fine but the cable box was broken and the mini fridge wasn't keeping temp. We also only got one wash cloth for a room booked for 4 people. (Only 2 came. So not the worst thing.) Over all it was a good stay. Just don't expect to keep leftovers or watch TV in bed.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable. They were fully booked on my first night. The WiFi could not handle the bandwidth. I could not connect from my room. I literally had to walk towards the elevator to connect. Front desk could not help since there was no IT available.

This hotel is in the middle of a renovation, which I wasn’t aware of. So there was spackling all along the walls in the hall, but the room itself was good. It looked like the bathroom had already been refreshed. The mattresses are foam mattress and were comfortable.

The front office staff was unfriendly check in July 4th. Coffee Machine very dirty. Bathroom exhaust not working. Pillow cover linens housekeeping did not change. With pricing paid for two night stay our family stay was terrible n disappointing, with Marriott brand name service is deteriorating. Need my stay to be refunded. Thanks

Two weeks prior my wife and i tried to book a stay. She accidentally booked the wrong date. Within five minutes we asked to cancel the reservation. The hotel manager refused. This is a sad way to do buisness. Expedia was of little help either. I hope theu experience the same customer service as they give when they travel.

Management is very disorganized. They have been holding a room deposit for 19 days. They are unresponsive, don't return phone calls and put you on hold until you give up. Having my employees use this hotel while they were working in Basking Ridge has tied up $550 on our company credit card. There are better places to stay that appreciate the business.

Was in the area for a family birthday party. Location was great. Hotel was very nice. Other guests were loud! A wedding was that weekend but I didn't complain... my fault. Request a room that doesn't have an adjoining door.

I am Marriott member and a regular customer. Marriot should really think about giving feee breakfast to it le customers. Breakfast charges are ridiculous and not worth the price. Now I have to find an alternative hotel to stay where breakfast is free for its guests. Thanks.

I stayed there for 3 nights during thanksgiving, and it was perfect! Easy check-in and check-out, the hotel is super clean, they have breakfast and a lot of snacks you can buy at the front desk. I totally recommend it.

We had come here as a family and our stay was wonderful. The customer service was excellent and our rooms were very comfortable with plenty of amenities. There is breakfast available for a reasonable price and the server who took care of us went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we needed. He was attentive, pleasant and professional. We will definitely stay here when we are in Basking Ridge and recommend it to family and friends.
