The property wasn't bad, but could upgrade their cleanliness a bit. There were dirty towels in my room. And the hot tub was broken. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was an extended stay.So keep that in mind.

Hospitality was genuine. Very polite with every interaction. Love having a swim in the warm pool on a cool night. And using grill for making dinner. The imenities alone were why we stay with you. Thank you for a nice clean room.

First impression wasn't great. The hotel is old, smells and looks old. The hallways and elevator have a stench. Check in process was painful. Normal check in for most hotel is 3pm. They start check in at 4pm. We had to wait an hour due to early arrival. They require a $100 deposit for "incidentals." I was made to pay the deposit twice because I added an additional day. I was checked into room 2220 but was actually given a key to 2202. Once they realized the error, no apology whatsoever. Staff wasn't warm or welcoming. They always had a serious look. Not very friendly. Room looked clean. I was impressed with the kitchen and how fully stocked it was. It had everything one needs in a kitchen, pots, dishes, utensils, toaster and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. I commend the housekeeping crew. They did a great job cleaning and providing fresh towels everyday. Some of the towels had permanent stains. Gross. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. Good beverage options. Overall experience wasn't great. I will not be returning. There are better options in the area.

This is a older property in need of repair and a good cleaning staff. The room was dirty. Kitchen had garbage on the floor, carpet had dog poop that was not cleaned up, bathroom had hair all over. Staybridge is usually a good bet for a nice stay. I wouldn’t ever stay at this property again.

Staybridge certainly showed its age. The whole hotel had a funny smell, including our room. The bottom of the tub was dirty, As was many doorways and the elevator. Our room was a very nice size with a nice living space. The lady running the breakfast area was very efficient and pleasant. Overall, we do believe we would choose different accommodations next time.

Hotel smelled of marijuana but I was required to sign agreeing to pay $295 if I was caught smoking in my room. The room stunk and the door didn’t shut completely. Less than polite check-in staff. Less than polite checkout staff. Not one person called me to discuss my grievances or concerns. I guess this hotel cares less about the clients and more about the drug users they house!

The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk service was superb and the room was clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was that we only requested a room clean once in our 12 day stay and we didn’t get a restock of coffee, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent so I had to go to the front desk to request those things. On the day that we requested this we were left a card that said those were things we would have taken care of, so I expected this to be done and it wasn’t. Not a huge deal but it was important to have those things. On another note, not having been to this area before it was tricky to find a safe, comfortable place to stay and we found just what we were looking for. We would stay here again.

The lady that checked us in was very annoyed and not very friendly. The one nice thing was an Hispanic girl that did all of the breakfast stuff and asked us if we need anything before we checked out she was awesome. Everybody else was annoyed and not happy.

We flew into Denver and specifically reserved a room through Expedia big enough for 6 people when I got there they told me that my room was no longer available as they do not honor third party reservations. I had just flown in and had a car full of family members so had to end up renting two rooms. They said Expedia was suppose to contact me to tell me that the room was no longer available. Neither the hotel nor Expedia contacted me but regardless, I think they should have honored my reservation which was made way ahead of time. I found hair on the walls of the shower and on the bed sheet and the carpet is outdated, one of the windows was broken and did not close in the room. However the room was spacious and it was very convenient to stores and dinning. The room did have a full mini kitchen which was nice if you need that but I wish our first initial experience checking in was less stressful. I'm just glad at the end of the day we ended up having a place to stay even if we had to pay two rooms because flying to find out you have no where to sleep is not a fun nor nice news to receive.

Although I did not walk, and the area is not that well suited to walking, I was able to get in a bit of exercise by getting to/from various areas on the weekend. Comfortable; amazing bed/pillows; great kitchenette; well located easy to access to I-25 and Tech Center; friendly staff; lots of parking; too bad it was too early in the season for pool and hot tub

You need to switch up breakfast items so it's not the same thing every single day. Add flavored yogurt, croissants, danishes, pancakes or French toast. The menu stated bacon was served but we never saw it for the entire week we were at your hotel. The evening reception needs more than meatballs and a ton of broccoli. How about a salad? Or Nachos?

The front desk receptionist the night we got there was fantastic, she let us check in early to get some sleep after driving all night! Breakfasts in the mornings were outstanding! Hot and cold options, different everyday. The kitchenette in the room was good, but very bare minimum stocked, not even a sponge or towel to do dishes. In the bathroom most of the amenities were empty we ended up buying our own hand soap, and it was a good thing we packed our own shower toiletries because those were empty too.

The staff were very friendly. They offer great breakfast options as well as a social hour. The room was comfortable and clean. We opted out of having our room cleaned a couple days but were surprised that they still didn’t clean the other days that we removed the tag from the door. I would say that would be our only negative we experienced. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
