On arrival, staff were welcoming and pleasant. Room was comfy but needing some TLC from maintenance. No towels so had to call down to reception, then later that evening we noticed no toiletries, tea of coffee. Informed reception who said they’d look into it but nothing….not even an apology! Luckily we had our own toiletries and went without hot drink in our room. Food was lovely although items were missing from mine and my husbands meal that were mentioned on the menu. All in all, a pleasant stay but seems like simple things are being missed which would make this stay better. Did not use the spa so unable to comment.

A few things were dusty, but overall clean, The staff interactions we had were great, the breakfast was superb and plenty of options with plenty of parking. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Good well appointed rooms with views to the countryside. Added bonus was the early starts in the mornings for breakfast as i had to travel each day. Much appreciated and very well presented food throughout as well.
