The Hotel is overpriced for the room quality. Service was just fair, OK, nothing out of the average usual. Breakfast was not included; I had to pay for it every day. The pool was closed, so no swimming laps; the gym machines were below average. I was not satisfied with the service. Cleanliness was ok, but it wasn't wow! it a 3.5/10.

This hotel isnt what it was a few years ago. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, uncomfortable pillows, i chose this hotel because of the pool/view but the area was closed due to maintenance. They should post that on their page.

Our room was exceptionally clean. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Customized note and welcome cookies in the room at check in was a nice WELCOMING touch. Pool and pool deck was nice and clean. Only thing is there weren't enough towels at pool/ gym area for all guests.

The A/C was not working. We spoke to the lady in the reception and she asked us to wait because they’d send a technician out. If it didn’t work after that, they change us to a different room. Which they did, after the technician told us it would be working. The second rooms A/C worked great. The bathroom setup for both rooms were a bit weird. The whole shower area gets wet so it makes it a bit uncomfortable when traveling with family because you have to undress and dress in the common restroom area, which has no door. Ultimately, we spent two nights there and it was just ok. Night Shift reception had a little attitude but we paid her no attention. Also, we constantly had to get keys reprogrammed.

El cuarto estaba sucio, el piso de la habitación roto, enfrente del hotel hay un bar y tienen la música muy fuerte, termino la música y los gritos hasta las 2 am. Realmente no tienes un descanso y las cortinas no cierran bien por lo que entra la luz todo el tiempo.

Las habitaciones y todo muy bien, muy limpio. Sin embargo nosotros llegamos ya tarde. Después de todo un día de caminar y turistear solo queríamos llegar a dormir y descansar pero lamentablemente el hotel se encuentra cerca de un bar (supongo) donde hay un grupo en vivo y el ruido era terrible. El volúmen era altísimo. No supe hasta qué hora dejó de escucharse y después al día aiguiente por la mañana (domingo) comenzaron a ensayar (el mismo grupo) a las 8am. Obviamente en esa ocasión ya fué con menor volúmen pero lo suficientemente fuerte para despertarnos. Terrible situación que aunque es ajena al hotel creo que pudieron colocarnos en una habitación del lado contrario al menos para que no fuera tanto el ruido.

Batalle para hacer el check in el dia de hoy. la muchacha no encontraba mi recepcion tarde 40 minutos y me hacia muchas preguntas y que si no hania cancelado mi cuarto, le enseñe todos los correos de reservacion y aun asi me questionaba no es la primera vez que paso un mal gusto al hacer el check in el mes pasado me dejaron esperando 30 minutos para entregarme la avitacion y le dieron prioridad a otra familia que llego despues siendo que yo llegue 15 min antes de mi check in 3 pm...

It was clean attentive staff. Perhaps the staff could use more training. As i was there in the evening, and had no taxis going there. The hotel has no shuttle there and i asked for any options that maybe available. The receptionst hung up on me two times. States there are no options. Unacceptalbe. At least an i dont know or contacted someone that could have better assisted.

I had a bad experience with the hotel staff. I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and I still had to wait more than an hour to be able to access a room that I had already booked and even so I did not receive any apology from the staff for all the inconveniences.

Me gustó el servicio, las instalaciones, el lugar me era conveniente por la ubicación por un lugar al que necesitaba ir, sin embargo, no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes o tiendas cercanas accesibles a pie, hay bastantes zonas en construcción y desviaciones que hacen que muchos lugares queden a distancias más largas.

Only down fall was the restaurant they weren’t very attentive. Left waiting for 15 min for the the check I had to go and ask to pay at the bar . And she still has the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip.
