It's fine, taken for what it is. Affordable and near LaGuardia if your travel plans get disrupted. But it's pretty bare bones, not super well maintained, and there are no amenities to speak of really. Given that it's an airport motel (with an "M"), it's not really fair to hold any of that against them, though. It did the job, the bed was sleepable, the AC worked, and the room was functional. For what it's worth, the staff were friendly and helpful, too.

The hotel was safe and relatively clean. The desk staff was polite and helpful. The facility showed signs of wear including dents in the elevator doors and other signs of damage and general wear and tear. The entrance was not ADA accessible and required a number of steps, which required carrying luggage up and down the steps. The location was close to LaGuardia Airport and our stay was related to a cancelled flight. We chose this location because the other nice hotels were either full or the pricing was very high (over $400 for one night), whereas this hote's price was a lot less. Nothing bad happened and the desk clerk got us a cab to get back to the airport, so it was sufficient for somewhere to sleep for the night due to a cancelled flight.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed at best. To start with the positives, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling, and every interaction I had with the front desk was pleasant. That said, the property itself was disappointing, especially considering the price. The online photos made the hotel appear much nicer than it actually was. Upon arrival, the exterior looked run-down and gave off a less-than-comfortable first impression. Inside, there were several visible signs of disrepair throughout the hotel. Our room also had multiple issues. The additional security latch on the door was broken, which immediately raised concerns about safety. We were provided only two bath towels and no hand towels or washcloths. The bedding appeared questionable as well, as there were what looked like dirt or makeup smudges on the sheets when we first arrived. Interestingly, those marks were gone later, leading me to believe someone may have entered the room to clean while we were out exploring the city. The biggest issue, however, was the ant problem. There were ants throughout our floor and even on the nightstand in our room. We only discovered this after my friend was bitten. When I went to the front desk to ask about switching rooms or having someone address the issue, the staff seemed aware of the problem and simply handed me a bottle of Zevo bug spray so I could
