The Hotel Miró is minutes from the Guggenheim Museum. They offer an honor bar on the ground floor, which is very cozy. The room was large with a comfortable bed, modern sofa in front of the window. Everything would have been perfect except we had no hot water the first day, due to cleaning of the water tanks. The maintenance man tried to fix it but it was still only tepid the second morning. The third morning after running the water a long time we had warm water. The staff tried everything to help us. They were very kind and I learnt more about plumbing than I knew before. They treated us to a drink and gave us a 10% discount on the room. Everything else about the hotel was great. The room had a robe and slippers.

We had an excellent check-in. The desk staff was brilliant. The room was small but clean. For those traveling by car, there is subterranean public parking across the street. You can't get much closer to the Guggenheim Museum. And there are restaurants galore near and not far from the hotel.

This location was excellent. Walkable to everywhere! The riverside walk was great! The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they gave us a great map with a Pintxos tour walk around the neighborhood and it was great! The "honor bar" in the lobby was a nice touch.

The best location for visiting the Guggenheim Museum. It is in a very nice area. The staff was very helpful. Parking, although is off property and is a public garage, is right across the street from the hotel. Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit too hard as well as the pillows.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a good location. Loved the honesty bar and lounge area. Our room was a decent size but did not have a view of any sort the windows were opaque and it felt much like we were in a dungeon- no natural light to speak of. That part was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were very hard - not to my liking. Bilbao is a lovely town. Very much enjoyed our time in the city.

Hotel Miro is a great hotel located directly across the street from the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum. The only thing I would say they could really use is a more sound proof, light proof divide between the room and the bathroom. They currently have a curtain between the two rooms and it’s fine if you are one person, but sharing a room with someone else makes it hard to not have any sound or light proof. Putting a sliding door might do the trick. Something that will lessen the noise of someone showering or washing up at the sink.

We stayed for one night before a day of exploring Bilbao. The location was absolutely faultless, right next to the Guggenheim and gave us a great starting point to explore the city walking along the river to the old town. The check in process was very friendly and informative, and we were offered free tickets to the Guggenheim which we gratefully accepted - such a nice touch! The room itself was clean and of a decent size, offering all of the amenities we needed for a short stay as well as very good air conditioning. My criticism would be the hardness of the bed which was not to my liking. The bathroom was also only divided by a curtain which made it less private than it could be, however we appreciated the Molton Brown products. We opted for a breakfast at the hotel which was of a very high quality with lots of selection on the buffet table and other items such as eggs available to order. The service too was friendly and efficient. Overall we liked this hotel and would return.

Although the staff were very good the hotel was somewhat to be desired. Bathroom was weird - bathroom sink had opening through the wall into the bedroom part separated by a curtain. The breakfast was a total rip off - so over priced - 2 eggs, 1 small piece of toast, 4 spinach leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes with coffee was just over 20 Euros. Really close to the Guggenheim but generally overpriced for what you got

Sehr gute Lage, modern und chic eingerichtet, sehr schöner Frühstücksbereich und leckere Speisen. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die extrem kleinen Zimmer, mit schwarzem (nicht mehr zeitgemäßem) Teppichboden um das Bett herum. Es gibt kaum genug Platz für Koffer und auch kaum Ablageflächen für Kleidung. Aufgrund Milchglas-Fensterscheiben wirken die Zimmer noch beengter. Wir hatten Standard-Zimmer, eventuell lohnt es sich hier in ein Upgrade zu investieren.

This was a very well-located hotel - opposite the Guggenheim and in walking distance to basically everything. The service was very good. My only feedback was that I did not realize that room I booked had absolutely no view and as such they had covered the windows with a film so you could not see outside. It felt like an internal room.

The staff were amazing! Kind and attentive and allowed an early check-in. The room itself was excellent- clean, comfortable and lots of amenities. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with bath salts provided, in addition to an exfoliating mat. Lastly, the location is perfect, across from the Guggenheim museum and 1 block from the tram station. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The Miro was overbooked, so they moved us down the street to a sister hotel. The staff handled the situation with complete professionalism, even walking us to the other property. Upon arrive, the sister hotel was ready for us and also provided excellent service.

Great staff, great location in Bilbao, room was clean. Miro would definitely be my go to hotel whenever evere I come back to Bilbao. It’s very easy to to get to from the airport. On bus, 3 euros per person and a short walking distance from the bus stop, the first one once you get into town. Walkable to great restaurants and to Casco Viego. Did I mention the staff was awesome.

Good location for being closed to guggenheim and the modern art musuem and is also next to the tourist info center as well. About 20 mins walk to old town, but you can hop onto the nearby tram stop with frequent service to get to old down in 6.mins via the tram.

Nettes Hotel gegenüber dem Guggenheim Museum. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Personal immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal zum Flughafenbus gelegen (300m) und man kann von dort prima in die Stadt gelangen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional!!! The best Jamon we had in a hotel!!! Personnel were very nice and friendly. We rate it with 4 starts because we expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, I.e., would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room and better quality of amenities in the room (e.g. something wrong was with the lotion, there were some pieces inside - probably it was old).

The room facing the back was quiet. Even as a standard room, the amenities were good. The deluxe room faced the front with a side view of the Guggenheim. Breakfast was excellent. The “honesty” bar next to the lobby had a relaxed vibe that encouraged guests to interact.

Hotel Miró was a great find. The location was close to the Guggenheim and walkable to old town. Breakfast was good, great variety. Room had a lovely view of “Puppy” at the Guggenheim. We stayed for 4 nights and if ever back in Bilbao would stay at Hotel Miro again!

Kamers waren schoon en netjes. Ontbijten was lekker maar viel ons tegen betreft de prijs. € 18,50 p.p. voor 2 gebakken eieren vinden wij wat aan de hoge kant. Hebben we 1x gedaan, de rest buiten de deur ontbijten. Vriendelijk personeel.
