Better breakfast options

Front desk person was extremely rude during check in after I waited 15 minutes and attempted to call the hotel twice to get aomeone to check me in. Hotel was $68 per night last Monday. I was charged $117 after the fact and the hotel staff cant seem to help. Managaer was supposed to reach out and has not.

Very limited breakfast selection. No proteins. Heard another guest advise their children they would drive them through McDonald's instead. The bed covers had tears in them, the window closures had tears. Bathroom was very small.

Decent

We stayed mid week. The room was ok. It seemed very noisy and there were no blackout curtains so the parking lot light shown in our window all night. Two big moving trucks pulled up sideways in thw parking lot right on top of our car. They had many other places to park those big trucks. The lobby looked un kept and not very inviting or clean. The desk person when we checked in amelled of smoked and seemed put out that she had to come inside off her break to check us in. Not very friendly. Then they put a $50 charge on my card after I had already prepaid. Said it was for damages if they occur. Ive only had that happen with one other hotel. 2 days later and said charges have not been reversed. We wont be staying here again.
