The only complaint that I have is that our pool was closed for maintenance not once did it state that online and no one said anything to us when we checked in. We had to find out on our own after we had already gotten dressed to go swimming and walked down to the pool and there was a sign That closed for maintenance

I didn't like that the pool was out of service. They sent me to the Super 8 to swim. If I had wanted to swim at the Super 8 pool I would have booked our stay there and saved $50.

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed several people in bathing suits walking in the parking lot. At check in no one told us the pool was out of service until I asked. They were allowing guests to walk to neighboring hotel to use their pool. The pool was heavily chlorinated and had tons of people in it from both hotels. When I inquired about the pool at our hotel the manager said it wasnt their fault that the levels were not safe to swim. I received a very rude email from management. Other than the pool the hotel was good. Breakfast was lacking. Rooms were comfortable.

Upon checking in at 3:00, our room was not ready. We were on a time schedule because our son was shooting at State Archery at 4:30. We had to wait 20 minutes and that put us off schedule. We were late for our Archery check in time. Also, there was a dried up contact lens on the bathroom floor.

When we got to the hotel there were no carts at the front door so we had to haul all of our stuff in (5 people) without. Got to the desk and rang the bell. No one came for ~5 minutes. Tried to use AAA for a discount but was denied because the booking was made through a third party. Finally got our keys and to our room. Looked clean and modern. Changed into swimsuits only to be told the pool is closed and has been for quite some time. Luckily for our kids, they called the hotel next door, & they allowed us to go over to swim. When getting ready for bed I went to adjust the heat in the room only to realize there was black mold in the vents of the unit and on the curtains above. Breakfast the next morning was decent. Normal continental breakfast but one of the employees stood at the door of the kitchen watching us eat the whole time which was uncomfortable. Check out was easy. Overall probably won’t stay here again due to cleanliness & lack of amenities.

Very clean and nice hotel, on par with other Comfort Inn I've stayed at. Room was exceptionally tidy and clean, and the layout of the room (1 king bed) is great, with the little fridge/microwave/coffee machine nook. The shower only (no bath) was squeaky clean and had warm water and good water pressure. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was also pretty complete and fulfilling. Warm eggs, sausage and grit (?) Or mashed potatoes (?), not sure about this last one haha, didn't try it. There's also small muffins, breakfast muffin bread, normal bread, cold cereals and warm oats, individual yogurts, fruits (apple, bananas, oranges), pancake/waffle maker as well as hard boiled eggs. 3 sorts of juice too. My only complain would be that the pool was out of service and it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description, which is a real bummer for me as it was one of the reason why I booked here. I made use of the gym however, which is good and well ventilated, but yeah, I was looking forward to a little swim. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay.

I had to change rooms 2 times. The first room they gave me the heater was stuck on high and it was 90 degrees. The second room they gave me the door lock batteries went dead and it took them an hour to get me back into my room only to find out the door lock still was malfunctioning even though new batteries were installed. On to the third room which was fine but it was a 2 hour ordeal just to get me a room that was acceptable. The staff was as helpful as they could be and I told them I was not a happy customer. The staff told me to talk to the manager in the morning who told me that 25% off the next stay is what she could offer. She told me that she would email me the 25% off but I never received it.

Everything was average about the room except the mattresses and pillows. They were very lumpy and hard,the pillows were the same. The staff was great,very convenient area to stay at but,will never stay again because of the bed and linens.

Place is clean, this is the most important thing to us. However, we purposely select hotels that do not allow pets for a variety of reasons-we are pet lovers but... The hotel did not indicate that it was pet friendly so we assumed that pets were not allowed, this was incorrect as there were a few dogs in the hotel the second time we stayed there. Again, over all clean hotel with good breakfast. Biggest complain is the beds are very hard. We have a firm bed a home which I prefer but their bed felt like sleeping on a board. Also, the first time we stayed there some of the rooms on our floor were being fumigated (or so we assume) as the outer doors were taped down to the ceiling and floor in plastic so I am glad they stay of top of whatever needs to be addressed. We alway check for bed bugs no matter where we stay. We may not stay there again not because of any overall concerns just simply because the bed was so hard it kicked in my back pain.

The room was very clean and we loved how big the bathroom was. It would have been nice to have a adjustable shower head but it had decent water pressure. The linen smelled clean but the bed was very hard. We would recommend this place just for the cleanliness and staff friendliness.

When I arrived I was informed that I had an hour wait time for my already late check in because they only had 1 housekeeper. I wasn’t accommodated for my inconvenience either. The lock on my room was janky and the key card on most of the doors was visibly broken or damaged. The staff was polite but the mere fact that when I checked in there were 3 other ppl at the front and nobody went to go help the one housekeeper that had to get 3 floors of rooms ready for a sold out hotel was just ridiculous

Hotels.com was VERY unhelpful. I made a mistake when doing my search for a place to stay and entered the wrong date. Hotels.com refused to make any adjustment, even though I contacted them immediately. The person (or bot, who knows?) blamed the hotel. However, I then contacted the hotel directly and Robin at the Comfort Inn was AMAZING! She was able to assist and get my room for the night using the same transaction. Going to be VERY careful (and skeptical, frankly) when using hotels.com from here on out. I fact, I may stop using it altogether. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of willingness to help.

4 out of 5 only because the hot food was already cleaned up and put away 10 minutes early. Please give the staff instruction to leave it out until 10am since thats what guests are told. I paid a bit more to stay here because breakfast was imcluded. Loved how clean everything was though and all the staff was very friendly.

After a slight issue in checking on, got to my room, which was quiet and clean.. felt very safe. Staff was kind. Breakfast was not great - very basic - as I am gluten free the only options were scrambled eggs (bagged liquid eggs that were massively undercooked), sausage links (that were cold) and hard boiled eggs (that were rubbery) would I stay here again? Yes ..beside the dismal breakfast the hotel is very good.
