Overall a nice stay. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast both days was great and breakfast attendant did an excellent job of keeping things stocked & fresh. Felt things could have been a bit cleaner, especially the elevator (that was also extremely slow).

Everything was good with a few exceptions. My family stayed here during an across country move while 8 months pregnant and upon checking in we were told by a man on night staff that we may be kicked out if the hotel next door calls the police on us for parking moving truck in the parking lot. Mind you we parked in the lot that was owned by Holiday in, but apparently it is against Holiday in policy to have large trucks in their parking lot. Not sure why this even involves the hotel next door. So if you have a large vehicle, I would advise to call ahead and make sure they won’t be weird about it when you are checking in. Also another bummer was that there were massive clumps of hair in the swimming pool that is pretty gross. And to follow up the breakfast was good but mildly disappointing. Holiday inn usually has a decent selection of breakfast, but it was definitely not as pictured. There were no omelets or bacon available as you would expect with the Holiday inn continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Over all we had a decent one night stay for our long move from Arizona to Michigan.

It is a pretty average hotel. The only issue we had was that sometimes the locks for the key cards didn't work all the time. You'd have to scan your card two or three times. The pool and hot tub area is pretty well kept. The hot tub was great. The fitness room is small but it was workable.

The elevator broke and my accessible room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel had no plan for how to get me down to first floor for complimentary breakfast or to check out. Terrible service.

Came into my room and the refrigerator had leaked all over the floor, so I cleaned it up myself. I turned on the bathroom light and a roach was in the middle of the floor. Went downstairs to grab a drink and when I came back up, my 2nd key was never activated. The while time I was there the whole floor smelt like marijuana and it wasn't until the last day that the people smoking were removed from the hotel.

Very noisy. Ball tournament in town kids very loud and we received a call from the front desk due to babies crying. Found and killed a good size spider in bathroom, brought it to the attention of front desk staff he threw it away and oh some times it happens. Hotel has gone down hill over the years

For the price, I hoped for a nicer experience. Our room was ok, but there was a stain on the carpet as well as on the wallpaper. The tub/caulk could use some "spiffing" up. The floors/table in the breakfast area were a mess from a noisy group the night before (chips, etc. on the floor). Overall for $200 for a room, it should have been better.

Very nice rooms, super comfy beds and fun modern touches to the room. Pool was too cool for me but the hot tub felt great. The breakfast...that was set up nicely however the pancake machine did not work properly the only option for yogurt was Greek, bread was out, only option for egg was a cheese omelette I would have much preferred simple scrambled eggs and left the cheese out of the equation. And the coffee ran out faster than it was refilled. So the breakfast definitely needed some help but all in all it was a great place for the money. We'll be back, but not for breakfast.

Comfortable 2 night stay. Appreciated the blinds that kept ALL the light out in the morning. Also felt the storage hooks and bench below for suitcases was smartly designed and functional. Also liked the chaise lounge chair and reading lamp above.

Enjoyed the stay for the most part. Unfortunately the family above us had what felt like 10+ kids running around until about 11pm. We have 2 younger kids and would have liked to enjoy some time relaxing before bed without listening to a rodeo above us. We contacted the front desk three times and asked them to help us mitigate the situation but unfortunately we had to wait until they tired themselves out.

We travel to this area often and stay at a new place each time. However, we feel like we have found “the one.” Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Love the pancake machine, the cinnamon roll warmer, and other good hot foods. Great variety of foods and very well stocked. We will be back!

Satisfactory stay. We had stopped prior to going to the fair to ask a question about leaving a trailer and no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes, an employee sitting out front smoking said they were probably in the bathroom. Difficult to get a trailer in and divided road complicated getting on to 80. Walls a bit thin, our neighbors were quite loud. Towels over front desk upon arrival seemed a bit unsanitary. Front desk staff should not need to fold towels while guests are checking in.

My boyfriend and I decided to take an impromptu weekend get away. Booking was easy and the property was nice. The staff made this property stand out. The woman who checked us in was amazing. I was expecting a totally different personality from a night check in person. At other properties the night staff can't usually be bothered to be helpful. She was so helpful. She told us where to go and that there was a party of 12yr old girls on our floor. She says to let her know if they were to loud. She asked if we needed anything and I had forgotten toothpaste and my bf had forgotten his deodorant. She gave us both items complementary. Oh and she also found my rewards account i had forgotten about. Her customer service was exemplary.

Everything was very clean, the staff was pleasant and the pool is open till midnight! We didn’t get in till 10:00 pm so we were pretty happy about that! The snack options at the front desk were great. We got to breakfast a little later and there was plants of fresh food and it looked like we were the first ones there, it was so clean! Great visit!!

Staff was friendly and efficient, property and room were clean. My only complaint is that the breakfast was awful. At this price point, you would expect food that is edible. The eggs were dry, overcooked pebbles and the sausage could be best described as salty foam disks. Plan on adding the cost of breakfast at McDonald\'s to your trip budget as I would consider McDonald\'s gourmet compared to the breakfast offered here. I would be less disappointed with my stay had "free" breakfast not be included in the price.
