The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room had a few not so great things - the outlets in the bathroom did not work, nor did the light above the shower, and the tub was not super clean. There were exposed outlets in the room which was concerning as we have young children. We tried to use the indoor pool and the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes and the pool water was freezing. The tv in our room stopped working and we asked the staff about it and they didn’t know how to fix it either. The room served its purpose but for the price we paid for a two night stay the overall quality of amenities and property were extremely disappointing.

A very pleasant overall stay in a very clean hotel. I didn't pack a couple of items that were needed on the trip, but they had a store in the lobby where i was able to purchase them, and the staff was available to help with the purchase- even after 1 AM. Very quiet hotel and didn't hear any noise from any adjoining rooms. I also liked the fact that there was a gym on site, which I took full advantage of. I would definitely stay here again if i had the opportunity.

The only thing I didn’t like is we had a big trailer and the lady said we couldn’t park when it was busy. Luckily it wasn’t. They need to say they don’t have trailer parking. We always have trailers and that info is needed!

Our room had BEDBUGS!! Otherwise I would have rated it as a good place to stay. We were moved to another room after reporting the bedbugs to staff, bedbug was shown to staff. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, however no one reached out to us. I’m very concerned that others staying there will bring home this very unwanted guest.

I checked in very late at night and left early the next morning, so my comments are based on a very short time at the hotel. However the bathroom in my room had a noticeable scent of something sewage-esque. I could also still smell it to some extent outside the bathroom, although it was a lot less noticeable and wasn’t an issue if I stayed on the bed furthest from the bathroom. I did not get a chance to mention this to management on my brief overnight stay, and to be fair it could have been a fleeting problem for that room. However I want to call it out so management is aware of the situation. Positive notes: Friendly staff, convenient areas for taking dogs out for walks right outside of building

Hotel was very dirty and shower door was broken and shower handle to turn water on was not attached to wall and no water. Very disappointed in this being a Hampton def not representing the rest of the chains that I’ve stayed in!

When we arrived, Keisha greeted us at the front desk and we enjoyed her friendly and outgoing personality, she could not have been nicer. The room is very clean and quiet. Although the hotel was pretty full, even the hallways were quiet, which was very nice no slamming of doors all night long. Breakfast in the morning was great, cooked fresh but even better was the coffee.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The AC couldn’t be turned down lower than 68 degrees which was a bummer. The front desk person was very nice about offering a later check out if needed since we were tired travelers.

I liked most everything about our stay here. Room was good sized and it had a walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable. Road noise from the freeway is noticeable but we bring a sound machine at night so it did not keep us up. I'm not sure how full the motel was but we didn't hear any other guests through our walls or down the hallway. Didn't care for the breakfast. I like real meat, not turkey sausages. I'd rather have pork sausages or bacon. Bacon was not an option for either of the two mornings. The Sunday morning Omelet didn't look appetizing at all. But Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and overall a very nice and quiet motel.

Check in was not a good experience. Waited to for check. To be be told room wasn't available up check in. Since it hasn't been cleaned. Had another king size bed, cleaned, and available. For an individual with no reservation. Front desk clerk was going to have my husband and I wait for a king sized bed room to be cleaned. Despite having a reservation.

Breakfast was good and great area. Front desk guy was a little bit grumpy because of food and the kids were playing. Wouldn’t let us have foot or drinks in pool area though it was New Year’s Eve. Don’t think he enjoys customers

The websites says you can check in at three, but I could not. Room had not been cleaned yet. I had a function at 4 so I had to get ready in my car. The desk person said she would check me in and gave me the key to my room. All was supposed to be good for when I got back later. Tried to connect to the internet later that evening. Would not work. Called front desk. That staff person said it wasn't working because I wasn't checked in. Even though at the three o'clock check-in I had shown my ID and they charged my credit card the “incidental fee” and I had been given the key to the room. So I had to get out of my pajamas, get dressed and go down to the front desk and show my ID, again, in order to get connected to the WiFi. It was a frustrating experience.
