Good selection for breakfast. Bed was a little bit too firm. Nice room

My key cards didn't work. I had to go back to the desk from the 3rd floor to get them reset. One key didn't work even after the reset. One key worked but it took multiple attemps every time before the door would unlock. The breakfast was ok. Juice cups were miniscule. There weren't many healthy options. The shower had missing grout. I wanted to talk with someone when I checked out, but nobody was there-just a note to put the key cards in a box. I didn't feel it was a good value for how much I spent on the room.

A little outdated. Sometimes our room keys would not work. We had to try them multiple times. In our room, the shower had no way to stop the water out of shower so we had to build a wall of towels to keep the bathroom floor from getting soaked. Toilet lid was loose and tv remote only worked at close range. Breakfast was good and access to our room to vehicle was easy. Check in was quick and painless.

Staff is amazing!

Room wasn’t clean. There was blood on the sheets when we pulled the comforter back. They came up and remade the bed. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper never got them house keeping never did anything the 4 days we stayed. Ended up goin to Walmart and buying toilet paper and towels. Hotel stinks to holy hell of weed and the person working the desk at night is high as kite all night . 2 mornings in a row by 6:30 in the morning they’re out of hot breakfast. Cereal and toast only. Was told they was gonna adjust our bill. Went to check out and the Manager seemed clueless about it all said she would check me out and email a copy of our bill after she got off the phone with her general manager. Still haven’t gotten that email and now when I call them no one answers the phone. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there let alone my family ever again.
