Wonderfully clean and welll run hotel, with incredibly friendly staff. Outstanding location. Breakfast buffet offered incredible variety of options. Back door of property effectively opens up on to the beach. 3 swimming pools, pool bar, kids club, nightly entertainment and a 13 hole putting course ! Price of drinks very reasonable. Lots of free on street parking adjacent to hotel.

Fantastic interior and exterior. Facilities superb. Location is amazing. Variety of food, seating areas, bars, pools, activities, terrific. Breakfast available from 6 til 10.30 and dinner over a 3 hour schedule to suit all plans.

Stayed for 8 nights just after New Year and I must say what a lovely hotel. Very friendly staff welcoming on arrival very quick check in our room wasn't ready yet but given a card to get drinks at the bar until it was. Cases were already in the room. Nice room kettle, clean and ample space. Modern tv good wifi in most areas. Restaurant and food choice was outstanding wanted for nothing, Fresh fish meat salads all day every day. Two great evening bars the piano bar quieter no kids small and just nice, the family entertainment bar large evening kid shows and adults entertainment so you have a great choice. Two pools one heated hundreds of sun beds but if your a sun worshipper there 100's of trees on site giving you shade most of the day this was only disappointed by the inevitable 07:00 in the dark route march by the Germans to snap up the best beds and have their own little empire will they ever change? Overall a great hotel great location fantastic food but too many trees and shade but each to their own.

Very good week with two Kids. Staff outstanding, room excellent, swimming Pools mainly for Kids but beach close by. High-quality buffet with incredible logistics but of course self-service. Lovely garden, high maintenance and high quality ressort.

This beautiful hotel is in a fantastic location, easy access to the beach & great walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. Food options & varieties are great. Vast pool area with 3 pools & lifeguards on duty daily. Towels supplied for sun loungers & daily activities organised for adults and children. The staff are just so helpful & friendly here from the Manager, Beate down. They go above & beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is nightly entertainment, a piano bar and live shows downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The only thing that’s not great is the music. It’s played all day everyday whilst trying to relax around the pool. I understand it being needed for specific activities but even then it’s played too loud. And why can’t the music go off or much quieter between activities. The entertainment in the evening was poor quality.

Couple's mini break looking to relax. Well appointed room with daily replaced water, tea and coffee. Enormous super king bed. Lovely bathroom and L'Occitaine bath products. One heated and one regular pool. The sun was low at the end of December and not too strong so limited sun loungers have sun all day and these are quickly snapped (reserved) up by a certain early rising nationality. The beach is however, right next door with many bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing and there is everything on site from spa, to hairdressers, pedi-manicures, boutique shops etc. A choice of evening entertainment. We went half board which is extremely good value. Daily theme, fish and meat cooked to order as well. Well located a short 7 minute taxi ride from the airport costing around 12 euro plus tip. Bus stop also just in front of the property.

The hotel is well located for shops, restaurants and bars, and the beach. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Some towel rails would be useful in the bathroom as there was nowhere to hang anything. The buffet restaurant food options are excellent, although it is very noisy and busy, so not relaxing. The pools are large and clean and one is heated. It is very hard to get a sunbed with people reserving them as early as 8.30. We left our beds for 10mins to take our son to the kidsclub and our towels had been taken. This was because the hotel checks between 11 and 12 when you have to be on your bed or lose it! One family had gone in the pool one day and came out with a shivering child to find their towels had gone! The Animation team are excellent and work tirelessly throughout the day and evening to put on activities and entertainment for all guests. They made the holiday for our son and will probably be the main reason we return to Seaside Los Jameos.

We booked this hotel because of its 9.2 rating however we feel it fell well short of this rating in every respect. The room was very basic,decor uninviting, mini bar/ fridge empty and not working, ants everywhere! Bathroom dated and tired. Shower was quite good though. The gardens I have to say were very well maintained and the pool was heated and OK . Buffet was a bit of a bun fight and food repetitive and breakfast poor.We feel the hotel was mainly populated by older guests on long stay packages.It also felt a bit like a prison to us with high walls all round.It’s a place to lay your head and feed and a bit uninving in our view.

Solo tengo una pequeña critica que espero que sea constructiva. El cuarto dia de alojamiento se agoto el gel y champú ( 2 en 1 ), somo 4 personas a ducharse minimo los 4 una vez al dia, se agoto como dije el cuarto dia y no se repuso por otro, al dia siguiente tampoco, entonces lo comunicamos en recepción y tomaron nota de habitacion 1132 y de la incidencia, 2 dias despues nos fuimos y sin gel estuvimos hasta entonces, compramos uno para el ultimo dia, no queriamos volver a quejarnos y quedar de cansinos por un champu, cuando no nos hicieron caso la primera vez. Tambien dijimos que el baño no se limpio los 3 ultimos dias, que tambien lo dijimos el dia del gel. Por el resto todo genial, sobre todo la atencion de los empleados. Y falta un poco mas y mejor en actividades del mini club, muy limitado y para niños de 9 a 12 años no tienen nada.

Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!

7th time staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, nothing is to much trouble. Food is fantastic and varied yes the restaurant does get busy but your on holiday so no rush. Rooms slightly dated but spotlessly clean.

Fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. We stayed all inclusive and it was great This hotel is spotlessly clean, a great variety of all foods. Literally situated close to the beach. There are loads of sun loungers & towels available. The Director & her staff are so friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden but once we worked out they would find tables for us, it was really easy too. Excellent cleanliness and great service.

Séjour réservé en dernière minute en remplacement d un séjour au Club Med annulé. Personnel au restaurant bar et a la réception particulièrement accueillant polyglotte. Rien a redire sur le confort des chambre et la propreté. Les buffets sont très variés il y a franchement de tout pour tous les gouts. Les petits déjeuners sont particulièrement fournis, saumon omelette préparées a la demande fruits et meme cava pour les amateurs au petit dej : il y en a quelques uns ! Le jardin est magnifique bien entretenu. Accès plage direct. Eau de mer a 19 degré fin décembre. Plage de sable tres agréable. Promenade le long de la plage et de la cote pour les joggeurs et les vélos sur des kilomètres. Points a améliorer : les activités sportives pas assez d encadrants pas d infos claires. Séjour réservé en dernière minute en remplacement d un séjour au Club Med annulé. Personnel au restaurant bar et a la réception particulièrement accueillant polyglotte. Rien a redire sur le confort des chambre et la propreté. Les buffets sont très variés il y a franchement de tout pour tous les gouts. Les petits déjeuners sont particulièrement fournis, saumon omelette préparées a la demande fruits et meme cava pour les amateurs au petit dej : il y en a quelques uns ! Le jardin est magnifique bien entretenu. Accès plage direct. Eau de mer a 19 degré fin décembre. Plage de sable tres agréable. Promenade le long de la plage et de la cote pour les joggeurs et les vélos sur des kilomètres. Points a améliorer : les activités sportives pas assez d encadrants pas d infos claires. We had an wonderful stay. Staff overall is efficient. Located near the beach. Welcoming drinks and even at our birthday. They even arranged a cake at the last minute. Satisfied with this trip. Some areas of improvement: as the rooms not soundproof, wheels of cleaning cart to be replaced as very noisy, cocktails in the bar to improve. Special thanks to the manager, his touch is visible.

The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful. It is what makes the hotel. The all inclusive foods and drinks are also excellent value and I can recommend. Gardens and pools are fabulous and really well maintained. Lots of sun beds and towel are provided. The only thing I think that can improve is the rooms, they are tired and could do with a bit of an uplift, they are just very dated but all of the other facilities make up for this

We booked this hotel because of its 9.2 rating however we feel it fell well short of this rating in every respect. The room was very basic,decor uninviting, mini bar/ fridge empty and not working, ants everywhere! Bathroom dated and tired. Shower was quite good though. The gardens I have to say were very well maintained and the pool was heated and OK . Buffet was a bit of a bun fight and food repetitive and breakfast poor.We feel the hotel was mainly populated by older guests on long stay packages.It also felt a bit like a prison to us with high walls all round.It’s a place to lay your head and feed and a bit uninving in our view.

Couple's mini break looking to relax. Well appointed room with daily replaced water, tea and coffee. Enormous super king bed. Lovely bathroom and L'Occitaine bath products. One heated and one regular pool. The sun was low at the end of December and not too strong so limited sun loungers have sun all day and these are quickly snapped (reserved) up by a certain early rising nationality. The beach is however, right next door with many bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing and there is everything on site from spa, to hairdressers, pedi-manicures, boutique shops etc. A choice of evening entertainment. We went half board which is extremely good value. Daily theme, fish and meat cooked to order as well. Well located a short 7 minute taxi ride from the airport costing around 12 euro plus tip. Bus stop also just in front of the property.

This Is a beautiful hotel in lovely grounds and gardens. Kids would love it. Rooms are clean and spacious and food was great. Lots of activities for all ages. My husband took ill when we were there and was hospitalised. I ended up staying there for an extra 11 days on my own. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were amazing. They did everything they could to help me. Not sure I would have coped so well without their kindness.

Fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. We stayed all inclusive and it was great This hotel is spotlessly clean, a great variety of all foods. Literally situated close to the beach. There are loads of sun loungers & towels available. The Director & her staff are so friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My son got an ear infection yo the end of our hokiday and they couldn't have done enough. They called a dr and within 15 minutes he was in our room. We were unable to fly and tgey extended our stay and were amazing. Food is exceptional. This is our 2nd visit and we will definitely return. The animation team are unbelievable, so hard working as are the reception, waiters and bar staff. 5 stars +

Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden but once we worked out they would find tables for us, it was really easy too. Excellent cleanliness and great service.

This beautiful hotel is in a fantastic location, easy access to the beach & great walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. Food options & varieties are great. Vast pool area with 3 pools & lifeguards on duty daily. Towels supplied for sun loungers & daily activities organised for adults and children. The staff are just so helpful & friendly here from the Manager, Beate down. They go above & beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is nightly entertainment, a piano bar and live shows downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here for 7 nights with my family (3 year old daughter) towards the end of March. I cannot compliment the staff at Seaside Los Jameos Playa enough from right from the beginning gave us an excellent service. A few call outs - Marina at front desk when dealing with my upgrade request, Noemi and Sandra from guest services who went above and beyond on my request to make my wife and daughter's birthdays special and the entire Kids club team who work tirelessly throughout the day to keep kids entertained but then again at the Kids disco. My daughter had the best time. The kids disco every evening is a game changer - she had so much fun with so many other kids but also it made her super tired! Food options were great - we usually would never stay somewhere with only one restaurant but the daily options and themed nights were great. Soo many fresh meat and fish options. I can't comment for vegetarians but we didn't get bored. The resort on the whole is good. Rooms are great - the double room is a bit small if you have kids hence the request to upgrade to Junior suite which was far spacious. Love the pools by the kids club as they were safe/shallow enough for my daughter to play without me needing to get in and the little playground on the sandy bit is fantastic! We didn't really explore much but it is so easy to wonder onto the beach front which has lots of shops and restaurants, so location wise it is great - including the fact it was a 10 min drive from the airport!!

Some towel rails would be useful in the bathroom as there was nowhere to hang anything. The buffet restaurant food options are excellent, although it is very noisy and busy, so not relaxing. The pools are large and clean and one is heated. It is very hard to get a sunbed with people reserving them as early as 8.30. We left our beds for 10mins to take our son to the kidsclub and our towels had been taken. This was because the hotel checks between 11 and 12 when you have to be on your bed or lose it! One family had gone in the pool one day and came out with a shivering child to find their towels had gone! The staff are fantastic in this hotel, they go above and beyond in all areas. The food is varied fresh fish and meats cooked to order. Theme nights make interesting meal choices every night. Bars and entertainment good and again staff are fantastic.

Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Selection of bars / restaurants in immediate area including gift shops selling the usual tack. Well maintained promenade / cycle lanes running east towards airport and west towards Puerto del Carmen.

Food, staff ,and service excellent .Really enjoyed my short stay and will definitely be using this hotel again.Check in really quick and efficient ever thing explained by the staff,great polite service. Clean room ,cleaned daily.Food and drinks were excellent and a great choice every day.

Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!

Food quality up with the best, food choices probably the best in the resort. Bed comfortable and free water! Not standard by any means in other hotels. Lovely gardens and warm pools. All this at a price though, sunbeds can be a challenge , and our suite was £300 a night.

Amazing Our 6th visit I think, only a short visit for 3 days of luxury before moving on to Playa Blanca for a cheap room only deal in our favourite resort. Seaside Los Jameos did not disappoint in any way amazing food and everything so comfortable. Only negative was the weather....not their fault I know... .. but it was a great opportunity to visit Arrecife for a spot of sightseeing and as its only a 10 min taxi drive so doable at anytime and worth the short trip on a cooler day.

I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good.
