The domestic staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were excellent, particularly for anyone wanting a hotel/pool/sport based holiday. The location was very good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops and only 15 mins from the airport.

Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.

Stayed with my husband. Had a lovely room with sea view. Hotel was very clean and every staff member was friendly and attentive. Loved the sauna and the pool was always clean. Lots of shops close by, and 2 minute walk from the beach. Loved our stay and would love to revisit!

A lovely hotel. Super close to the beach but also has a lovely pool and jacuzzi if you prefer that. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport as well as a nice walk to the harbour. Will stay here again when we’re back in Lanzarote!

We were only there for one day and I had requested an early check in and I'm glad to say we were fortunate to get one. This made our experience of the hotel very good. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The pool area was also well kept. The reception staff were very professional and friendly.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Food awful. Only decent thing to eat was chicken nuggets at pool bar - if you like that sort of food. Apparently different themed nights however food was the same thing except for a special choice. That could be grilled chicken or pork. So dry you could hardly cut it. Mini burgers in gravy which were pink in the middle. Cold buffet had very little changes. We ate out a couple of nights. When complained about food being 2* I was advised that no one else had complained yet round the pool most were complaining. Very little for kids to do and entertainment in evening was poor.

L'isolation phonique est complètement à revoir, c'est quand même assez bruyant ce qui est dommage (l'hotel n'est pas responsable de ses clients bruyants et égoïstes, je le conçois, mais ils peuvent insonoriser les chambres en conséquence). Un jour, le ménage n'a pas été fait ce qui est dommage aussi. Par contre, le buffet du matin et soir est un vrai régal.

Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Was able to store our luggage on final day. Gym was available to use when needed. Large bedroom and was upgraded on check in with large balcony and the sea view was fantastic. Hotel was about a 15mins walk to get to the main parts of the Puerto del Carmen strip.

We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. We enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, everywhere was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

El trato del personal es increíble, lo destacó por encima de todo, al igual que la limpieza. Lo único a lo que le daría la vuelta es al buffet, nos faltó comida algo más tradicional y más calidad, ya que es un 4 estrellas. Había días que no había ni jamón serrano para unas tostadas pero sí 4 tipos distintos de avena cocinada, y los dulces un poco repetitivos. Igualmente, si volvemos a Lanzarote, muy probablemente volvamos a este hotel.
