Room was very spacious. I don’t know what they cleaned the floor with but left yellow stains on all white socks. Pools were lovely. Food was great loads of choice and tasted good. Staff were friendly and I only found one reception staff not helpful. Luckily another member of staff came in on the conversation and was very helpful indeed. Shops convenient and hotel was close enough to strip for a good night out. Only €5 in taxi one way.

Rooms were fairly basic but nice enough. 1 restaurant with same sort of food each day. There’s a pool bar in the day and a bar open in the evening. Not enough loungers by the pool as people leave their towels out from early morning. There are signs saying people can’t do that but no evidence to show anyone was checking. Not enough parasols so most of the beds are in direct sun all day with no shade options

Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar

The property is tired and is in need to a refurb which it looks as though they have started to attempt. Our room was opposite the lift and the corridor was incredibly noisy. The food wasn’t great. Whilst it was an all inclusive deal it was mass produced and the same old stuff repeated day after day. Our stay was ok, the staff were lovely and friendly and all working very hard but we probably won’t return.
