The high point of the stay was the bed. Sleeping on a cloud. The low points included the shutdown of the elevator by the City inspector. The year and a half out of date snack purchased and the Front Desk clerk that did not offer any replacement even though her coworker had told us to bring it down for a replacement. The pool was also a disappointment. The water was cloudy with who knows what. The final frustration was my room key which refused to work every time I left the room. I had to get it replaced 3 times. I get the impression this hotel is being driven into the ground with no up keep.

The rooms are clean but they are doing construction and should cover off the hallway lots of dust and trash near the elevators. I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working. Beds are really hard but would stay here again. Loved the kitchen.

The pool is not heated and was so cold my daughter could not swim. The hot tub was also in the colder side therefore she could go in that as it was equivalent to a warm (not hot) bath. The jets on the hot tub did not work. Everything else was good. They had good breakfast options. The staff was polite and everything was clean.

Nice place HOWEVER housekeeping is not on top of the trash by the elevators, the elevators sound like they were gonna give out at any moment, the elevators smelled, and they don’t even cover the construction going on in the other side of the floor. The hotel lobby is really nice clean. Room was really nice, looked really new!

Elevator was pretty sketchy sounding and actually broke down the last day, so we had to use stairs to 4th floor. Otherwise, room was very clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly. Convenient location to highway.

The only elevator broke down the evening of our stay and was still broken down upon checkout. Imagine taking luggage and other items down 3 sets of stairs unplanned. ☹️

Highly attentive staff, friendly and very accommodating of our requests. Room was exactly what we needed for the week. Unfortunately the fitness center was closed due to remodeling and one of the washing machines was not in service. Also would have been nice if they mixed up the breakfast options throughout the week, but overall the offerings were sufficient.

Very nice and clean. The staff was amazing, housekeeping was always so nice always on top providing clean towels and room needs. The young boy whom works graves was always so kind with a smile. Tabatha was awesome always so willing to help and very kind. Breakfast is the same every morning but whatever it was provided lol. Free parking, free coffee 24hrs. It only sucked cuz there’s no where to sit outside. Overall it was a nice stay for us. Guests were kind as well.

My room was dirty both times i stayed at this hotel . Red stains around the room and light switches, hairs on shower wall and curtain, carpet not vacuumed . just very unsanitary .

I booked this room ahead of time for 3 nights and 4 days so I could get away and relax but neighbor room has a lot of loud kids running in the hallway and yelling. The elevator stop working 3 times so I had to walk 4 floors ups and down and I have asthma. Also it said breakfast but they ran out of everything quickly and not even a good breakfast was provided. I will never stay here again! I just thought best western so it should be really nice but no! It stinks like wet old rags in the room and in the hallways. I think the owner should go visit and see that this hotel is not what it proclaims to be!! False advertisement!

This is a nice place to stay. It’s clean, the breakfast is bar is not great. The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. It’s too bad people smoke pot in hotels. That’s the only real drawback. You can’t smell it in the non smoking rooms but you can in the hallways.

Everything was great clean staff etc. Only problem it the TV and remote I could not figure them out and no Netflix or ability to stream. If it was a home remote and I had time to figure it out I could do that but I was busy all weekend and to come back and try to get the channel I wanted even knowing the channel number it was to hard to get to. So I streamed on my iPad as there was no way to connect it to the TV as it was right up against the wall so could not get behind it

Brsakfast was limited menu, room are smaller than average for suite all night our nieghbors beside us made noise as well as upstair sound like pounding weights, the a/c flickersd a spark before it turned on and sound like a train and traffic was loud. Overall it was nice clean rooms xtra clean bathrooms, but careful shower floor very slippery and not a handicap bar inside shower.

I stayed here for a couple days. After checking out, I ended up coming back and checking in for another night. So I stayed in 2 different rooms on the 2nd floor. The first room was OK. Clean and comfortable… but a bit dated. Smaller, older TVs. The second night the room was much nicer. Modern color scheme. Newer appliances and larger TVs.

My girlfriend has minor mobility issues, the staff helped us immensely by placing us on the ground floor. The room is very nice, almost like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. The bed, and couch are very comfortable though we didn't try the fouton fold out.

Came here in search of a nice clean hotel I can get away for a while and walked into what seemed like one giant homeless encampment my neighboring rooms were yelling and banging in wall outside parking lot was full with homeless what a horrible Experience

Excellent property, breakfast was awesome, staff was nice, room was clean and spacious. Close to many choices of eating or shopping. 2 problems no cooking pans or pots, first property with kitchen that didnt provide that. Second issue jacuzzi was not working which is one of the reasons I choose this property. Over all a 8/10 stay.
