Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in late November. The bathroom could really use a place to hang towels other than the curtain rod so towels don't get wet again with the next shower. The breakfast was typical but could use a microwave for guest use for foods like the instant oatmeal. Facility was clean, but shows a lot of age with patched drywall, dinged corners, and loose toilet. Overall, for the price paid, would probably stay here again.

The reason we booked a stay was for the advertised indoor pool and hot tub. It was not disclosed on the website or when speaking directly to the hotel that they were both closed for repair. Front desk at check in less than helpful.

Without a doubt, the best value in St George. Despite being a slightly older facility, the upkeep has been fantastic, and everything felt premium- the beds were exceedingly comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool area even has a sauna. The location is fantastic as well; several shopping and dining areas within walking distance.

Everything was good with this property except the key system. The electronic touch-card system was terrible. The door would not open until 10-15 tries. The door should have opened immediately. Otherwise, property is clean, service good, location good for our needs,

This hotel needs a total redo. Lobby was so uninviting. Only one super slow elevator and the breakfast room was super tiny. Never any where to sit down, So I never used the breakfast. Windows in room would not totally close or lock. Lighting in parking lot was awfull. Super scary. Will not stay here again.

Staff went above and beyond. Room was very quiet indoor pool, spa, sauna. Good breakfast. Separate bedroom for parent privacy. Clean. New top pick whenever we are in town. Great price.

Check in was great. It was quick and easy. She was very friendly. The room is decent, just not quite clean. There was hair on the tub and floor in the bathroom. I also found a stray ibuprofen on the floor by the desk.

The in-room heater could not be controlled. If you turned on the heater the room got very warm, turning it off and the room cooled down too much. Also, the was a lot of road noise outside the building.

We had a comfortable room other than a few bugs on the wall when we walked into the room and also in the bathtub. We were given incorrect information about the breakfast time from the desk worker. She gave us the times for the weekend instead of weekday times so we missed most of breakfast. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy.

It’s more or less clean but the property itself is out dated and poorly maintained. For example, the wall paint color is dingy and outdated and who ever painted didn’t care and it was done so poorly it’s all over the door frames. It looks terrible and makes the entire place feel and look cheap.

Considering SG has so many older hotels, this one is relatively newer, yet it’s not well kept. The main areas are dingy and unclean. The door to the room only opens by lifting up on the handle. The internet is slow and hard to connect to. The pillows were miserable hard. It took sometime to get someone to the front desk to check us in. The parking lot can only be accessed from the neighboring business. The hot tub was dirty and gross. The breakfast was probably the only decent and the room itself were the only two positive things. I won’t be staying here again. I would choose one of the older hotels over this place.

The traffic around the area was horrible and made it very difficult to get to the property and leave. When I first arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying they would be right back. I waited 20 minutes in line behind another couple to check in and nobody showed up. I left and returned later. And still had to wait longer than usual to check in.

Stay was good. The only problem was when i checked in.there was no one at the front desk. I was the only one there for about 10min .no good when i had been driving for 10 hours. Very nice place. Good location. Very good price. I would stay again

The front desk manager was AMAZING! We were able to check in a little early and they were so incredibly accomodating. I was thrilled with their kindness and customer service. The breakfast was also delicious both days!

We had cockroaches in our room at night that we had to kill. After showing pictures to the staff they said “Oh, we will send somebody to spray for them later.” No apology or anything else was issued or stated. Very poor customer service in a disgusting situation.
