Pool Was Closed

A pool was advertised but an outdoor tank full of weeds leafs and filthy water was not what i had in mind. Most pepole would think indoor pool in a northern area.

There were only 4 parking spots in the hotel near the front entrance and there was only 1 handicapped parking spaces which was used. The other 3 spaces were used as well. I specificlly stated that i was disabled and they made sure i had a room on the main floor but i had to park my vehicle across the street which was an issue for my sister and I due to our disabilities. You really need to have enough closer parking spots especially handicapped people. We almost had to go to the energency room due to all of the walking because we both can walk but that was too much for us and we both have very bad breathing problems which was an issue for us too

No cell phone service on property. Motel is 3 levels, 1st floor is downstairs from check-in desk. No elevator. Very clean but bathroom needs to be updated. Water pressure is fair.

The parking lot needs lights, it was hard to see in the dark.

Hotel was in a convenient location, right off of Interstate 93 and very close to and in the middle of all of the places we wanted to go. The Breakfast was very good. The only drawback was that there was no elevator, but we managed.

Unsafe parking having to cross a road with truck traffic.

common areas were dirty, non-functional pool was an eyesore. Way to expensive for what was delivered. Room was actually ok, clean, fridge & AC worked good

Staff is friendly and accmodating. Looking aroundvthe property. Loose floor tiles pealing paint and worn out funiture. Pool is closed and i was told game room has broken machines. A little effort may solve much of this if a person with basic property skills. I woulf consider stsying here again due to lower cost in this market.

It was ok the pool and pool area definitely needs a upgrade.

The staff was very helpful and the exterior of the building was kept well. However, the carpet in the hallway was badly in need of vacuuming. The shower in our room had mildew and water damage on the ceiling and the shower curtain reeked of mildew as well.

Room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Bottom 12 inches of shower curtain black with mold. Broken lights, stained sheets. Not welcoming to a family unless I’m paying $66 not $266.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the room was, quite frankly, pretty gross. There were stains on the bedspread, curtains, upholstered chairs, and even the lampshades. The hallway and lobby smelled fine, but the room itself had a musty odor that, unfortunately, I never went nose-blind to. The window didn’t have a screen, so airing the place out wasn’t really an option—unless I wanted to invite a bunch of bugs in for a sleepover. The door's deadbolt lock did not work and there was a secondary lock that did not have both parts that it needed to function. I was staying in a group of young women and all of us were unnerved by this. I visited a friend staying down the hall, and their room wasn’t much better. Their AC unit looked like it was about to fall out of the wall, and it had car air fresheners jammed into it to help with the smell (which, to be fair, wasn’t as bad as mine). In addition, there was an outlet cover that was falling off and had not been fixed. The headboard of a bed looked like it was the product of a DIY project gone wrong. I was only there for a night, and technically, the room served its purpose; but next time, I’d rather drive all the way to Tilton than stay that close Plymouth again, the drive would have been worth it.

One of the worst places we have stayed. Furnishings and room are old and tired and not worthy of the price of the room - $224, though I used some Expedia points which drove it down. As soon as we entered, the room smelled like a locker room. Beyond that the room was dirty (see photos): toothpaste on the bathroom wall, cherry pits on the closet floor (!) hidden by the ironing board, which I needed to use to get ready for a wedding, filth on the wall by the small trash basket where people had obviously thrown trash which bounced off the wall and left smears, rusty metal fixtures in the bath, who-knows-what on the full-length mirror, gunk on the outside of the tub, potato chips by the edge of the bed on the carpet, a long black hair dangling from the folded bathroom towels on the rack, and the list goes on. The only thing clean was the bed linen, thank goodness. We could not get out of there fast enough. This is first time in all of our travels that I have not left a tip for housekeeping because this place was disgusting. See Google review for photos.

The staff were amazing!!! But the rooms were outdated and dirty. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned, nor were the sheets. Toothpaste on the tap and other peoples hair and crumbs in the bed. The lady at the front desk was fantastic!!!! If you're not looking for fancy, this is the place.

Dirty, run down, bathroom smelled like urine, whole room smelled musty. This is what I would expect for $100 a night not $270!

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms are generally clean, although we found coating of dust on top of the TV edge, and mirror/picture frames. Otherwise it seemed clean. There was a mattress cover that you could clearly see a (blood?)stain on the side, each day we were there, so obviously they weren't changing that cover out when they changed the sheets. Also there were many water stains in the ceiling of bathroom and the vents were gross and should be cleaned too. These types of things will make the room smell musty which we would notice when we're were gone for the day.

The property is in need of updating. The room was dusty and the bathroom not very clean. I was disappointed and probably would not stay there again.

Decor overall was very dated. Furniture and paint in public areas looked tired. Paint and hardware and condition of furniture in room was also tired. Bathroom was dingy, repairs to hardware and caulking were sloppy.

Customer service was excellent they were so friendly we came in really late from a concert and the beds were awesome slept like babies they had an amazing breakfast but we couldn't get up for it I'm looking for their pillows online now

Good quality mattress, and the air conditioner was reasonably quiet.. The real disappointment of the stay was the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage the was.cold. Breakfast starts at 6 o’clock and this was 8 o’clock so it had plenty of time to get heated up, but it was stone cold. And the scrambled eggs didn’t taste real eggs. I had to let the staff know that the food was all cold.

Loud noises in front of window at 5am. Loud talking in front of window of our room. Comfortable room but small couch not good for elder adults. Too hard to get up from.

Hotel is run down and it wasn’t even apparent that it was open when we pulled up. Exterior is poorly maintained. Inside is dated and dingy. Walls and ceilings have holes and cracks, windows have wooden dowel/bars. Paint looks to be half a coat thick and or cheapest quality. The room is adequate barely. If it was any worse we wouldn’t feel safe or comfortable. The quality of the facility and service should be no more than $50 a night.

The bed was comfortable but the room definitely needs work. The building definitely needs updating. Bathroom fixtures were terrible and the outside was a mess.

The room was fine i guess... non smoking room, but you could clearly tell someone was smoking in the room prior to my arrival... also had the Russian gymnastics team in the room above me because the thumping, clunking and jumping did not stop all night long. The ceilings in the bathroom were crumbling and mildewy. For $190 per night, i expect a lot better

Older hotel with no elevator. Nice enough, modern enough, clean, good bed, good service. Location was near highway, so convenient for Lake region visit. I'd stay there again. Pool looked clean and well maintained like the property as a whole. I did not take advantage of daily breakfast but coffee wasn't very good. Much better than many lakes region hotels I've stayed at

For the price I was expecting maybe a newer more updated hotel. The girl at check in was not friendly. The hotel smelled old and they have people living there. Never again.

Upon checkin I was left standing at the front desk for 20 minutes because I had continuously call the hotel phone in order to wake up the evening clear who was sleeping in the office with the TV blaring so I couldn’t be heard yelling to her. When we finally got to our room we had issues first getting the ac to start and then remaining at temp during the evening. Also the tiling as you enter the room was loose and shifting when walking on them.

Yes to both. Parking was conveniently located & safe and it was easy to short term park right out front for drop off and pick up. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast choices were very extensive. Lobby comfortable, well appointed and very welcoming.

We arrived 2 1/2 hours prior to posted check in time and were checked in early. This allowed us time to rest before going to concert. They had NESN on their channel lineup. The room was immaculate. Overall we were very happy and will come back if in the area again.

The worst hotel I have stayed in by far. The front desk staff rolled her eyes as we came in, was just rude and brushed us off. She had a bad attitude and made it seem like we were a burden for her. Maybe you should hire friendly staff? Or someone who actually enjoys their job? The bed was ROCK hard, had a blood stain on the comforter. The AC worked. That was the only high light of our stay. The bathroom fan squealed whenever you turned it on. A high pitch squealing that you could barely handle until you were done using the bathroom. The lock on the door looked kicked in. We did not enjoy our stay at all. $150 a night is outrageous for such a crappy place. We definitely won’t come back.

Convenient location and affordable. Comfortable bed and clean room. Quiet and Friendly staff. Ample breakfast options. Good coffee. Tv remote didn’t work and pool closed. However we didn’t really care for our stay we didn’t need either.

We had an issue with noisy neighbours after 11:00 pm. After speaking with the front desk, the matter was felt with immediately. I’m the morning while checking out, the manager apologized for the issue. Very pleased with the service.

Less than helpful person checking me in. Shower turned cold after 3 minutes. At 10:30 in the evening, I was told that the water had been shut off in my bathroom and that I could use the bathroom in another room if needed. For this Quality Inn, "quality" is an aspirational goal.

Great last minute booking as we had to evacuate our house for the night due to flooding. Great price. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Very clean.

The staff were very nice and responsive to our needs, even changing our room when the air con didn’t work. The room was good for our one night stay. Breakfast was disappointing with some items not available and we also would have liked blankets on the bed or available in the room. But it was a nice and quiet hotel with lovely staff.
