Free parking, breakfast, and an indoor pool were all appreciated extras at a price lower than if we had stayed in Vancouver or Portland. Battle Ground, WA is farther away from I-5 than I realized (about 10 miles), but the motel was nice.

Property was well kept and clean in all areas. Room was nice, very clean; bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable but were odd in that they were little squares instead of rectangles, more like cushions. AC worked very well. Easy parking, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Was a bit hard to get to hotel because the address given is actually the street the side of the hotel faces and there is no turn in. The front of the hotel is on the side street. Apart from having to walk downstairs to desk to change non-working keys twice, no complaints. Would stay here again.

This hotel was the BEST! Spacious, wicked comfortable, so clean, shower was fantastic, and breakfast delicious. The quality of this BW far exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Add in the pool and hottub, wow!

The breakfast area was well stocked and kept exceptionally clean. The room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. The room was quiet and noise from the hallway couldn’t be heard. We can recommend the log cabin room on the third floor enough. Very comfortable and relaxing.

In bathroom mirror with led frame lighting inadequate. Room size, microwave, coffee maker and fridge were great. Employees were good also. Breakfast excellent! We mostly stay here every year because it closest hotel to my cousins home.

Went to this property for a concert! We stay at best westerns all of thebtime. This was by far the worst. Woke up to ants in the bathroom, garbage, crawling on night stand on phone, and even one in the sheets. I reported it immediately that morning as i hurried to check out. I was guaranteed i would have a cakk from Val the manager and never got one. I called back monday the 3rd of July to ask to speak with the manager Val. She again wasn't available. I asked them to leave another note for her to call me. As i wanted a refund. Its been over a week with no return call. I reported it to bestwestern customer service. Very disappointed, i will never use that location again mainly because its unprofessional not to return a call and or having ants all over.

The property was very clean. We had to plunge the toilet all night long every time we used it. The Internet was so slow that it would kick you off so you couldn’t even check anything or do your work. They discriminate, developmentally, disabled people by not letting them have an emotional support animal there, they allow service dogs for anybody else except for support animal.

I am a single woman with no partner. When I left the Battle Ground, Best, Western, on July 17, I was developing a rash. I went to the doctor at the end of the week only to discover I had body mites. I had to use a pesticide on my body two times. I had my house fumigated. These might dig under your skin causing terrible itching. a month and a half later I am still sloughing off little bugs. That best western did not change the sheets. I’m sure of it. There is no other place I could’ve come contracted this infestation. I called best Western corporate. Valerie, the manager of the best Western in Battle Ground, sent me an email denying my claim basically. Now I am forever going to avoid best westerns in little towns in this country.

Everything about my stay was fantastic. I was travelling with my 4 young children and our room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool multiple days. Recommend!

The noise from the street stopped at 12:30am finally so we got to sleep and then it started again at 3:30am. 3 hours of sleep. There seems to have been no sound proofing on the rooms that face the main street that goes through town.

The place was really good except for the WIFI. It kept cutting out randomly through the days and would take forever to load back. I'm a writer and use google docs which requires an internet connection to save the documents. Other than that, everything was great. All the free coffee I could drink, a great breakfast, and the best coffee shop ever right across the street. Check out Dutchi Bros. SO good!

The person who checked us in didn’t even say hello or how can I help you. Late arrival, 3 crying kids, my husband gave his ID and credit card and went outside with the cart to unload the car thinking that I’d be able to finish checkin, get the key and get the kids to the room. Nope. He made us stay there while my husband unloaded the whole car and came back, wouldn’t give me the key. Wouldn’t talk to us at all. I asked if he was ok and he still didn’t acknowledge me. Not a good representation of the hotel brand.

Horrible service, arrived and couldnt find anyone to check me in till 3am , then only one card worked, so when i tried mine it didnt work so i ended up sleeping in my car but then my wife went to try and her card worked but that was 10am already, besides the 100 doller depost they attempted to charge me 25 dollers twice after being d1cks about being parked in the parking lot 1 hour after checking out, i had few hours to spare so we jus sat in my truck till two employees come telling us we have to leave because we checkednout an hour ago , and i only used the room for 1.5h to shower

The young man at the front desk was AMAZING!! This trip is for our palliative child and the young man helped us with everything we needed. I believe his name is Elijah . He deserves accolades and a big raise for going above and beyond!! 💝

We loved Best Western Plus in Battleground which was close to downtown Battleground and the Clark County Events Center. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool and hot tub and complementary breakfast. The room was spacious and well appointed. This hotel more than met our needs with very friendly staff that take care of a great property

Excellent place to stay. Very clean & comfortable. Water pressure in shower was excellent. 5 star breakfast. Had eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, fruits, yogurt, waffles, etc. In the days of hotel breakfasts turning into one pre-packaged pastry and juice, this was a great free breakfast.

The room was spacious/had desk & chair/ had nice big chair with ottoman . Had microwave & small refrigerator-very convenient! Bed very comfy w/ pillowtop mattress. Nice bathroom w/good water pressure -showerhead! Had great HOT breakfast-waffle maker/sausages/ tater tots/scrambled eggs/next day cheese omelets/cereals /muffins/donuts/bagels u could toast-even make your own yogurt maker w/choice of toppings! Great place 2 stay-close 2 Vancouver & Portland! Will b back again-when we come from Calif!

Was charged $100 for a “deposit” hold fee that I never got reimbursed. Breakfast was mediocre food was tasteless and sausage had a rubbery texture, seemed like we were getting yesterdays leftovers to say the least in fact the only thing I was excited for was the waffle maker which was out of service. Blankets were very thin as the sheet, resembling long John undergarments. what a great stay won’t be returning
