We stayed one night for a soccer tournament. It was a 5 minute drive to the sports park. We walked to sushi, it felt safe on the half mile walk. It did smell like cleaning solution in the halls when we arrived but the room smelled fine! The jacuzzi was really small. There were 6 kids in when my party of 3 showed up. We were all able to fit, it was just a bit cramped but still glad it was there. Breakfast was great- hot and fresh! The staff was so nice and courteous at every interaction- checkin, sending a maintenance person to help with the tv remote (user error🙈 ), checkout

Everytime the air kicks on, the room smelled so bad. There was hair in the sink and on the bed. There was a cricket in yhe room.

The staff was great with helping, the review of 1 star comes because there was bed bugs. Not infested but I found some in the bed. I only stayed 1 night and it was only to sleep. When I told the staff they were very understanding and started to quickly get the situation fixed.

At first glance the property appears to be a good value. After staying 4 nights I would say it tolerable at best. Biggest complaint is the ventilation and that the cleanliness of the lobby floors and elevators were disgusting at best.

Not sure why it is rated excellent when property has dirty floors, dirty lobby bathrooms, looks like employees just getting thru their day, clocking in hours. Two days there and constantly had to tell dining staff to refill food while they are in kitchen talking their heads off. The worst part is first day, we saw one ant which is not a big thing, but when the next day, you get to your hotel at 3am with ants on the toilet, is another thing! A hotel should be a place to relax, clean, free of pests and be comfortable. I called downstairs, front desk tells me its normal when it gets hot!!! What a response!! If they know they have an ant issue, there’s a big problem!! She made it seem like no big deal!! which is crazier. The manager offered me 2000 points which you need 10,000 or more to get a night. She was very unprofessional and flat out told me “I am not giving you a free night”. She said I had to go through Expedia for recourse which I did. I would never want this to happen to no one which is why I writing this long review.

We stayed for 3 nights and this hotel was a highlight of our vacation. Our room was a lot more spacious than I was expecting. The bathroom was huge too. We had a ton of counter space. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Parking is very easy. The staff were very friendly.

The room was clean The faucet is not long enough and made a mess each time you use the sink. The room was positioned next to the freeway and made it hard to sleep. Had to keep the tv on to drown out the traffic.

It was very noisy. We could hear the road traffic all night. Windows are not noise proof. We couldn’t get a good night sleep because of traffic noise. Bathroom door was not locking. TV has no smart network connection, still old fashioned with Direct tv connection. No YouTube/ Netflix options.

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Beaumont, as there's nothing nicer nearby except in Banning. Avoid rooms where you can see the freeway, any part of it, from the window. The freeway noise is substantial at all hours of the night. I asked for a quiet room, and got a room where I could see part of the freeway to the left. Well, that translated to freeway noise all night long. Someone speeding on the freeway, an obnoxious muffler, all of it could be heard in the room. Once it hit 5 am, the noise began increasing exponentially every hour as the freeway got busier. I've stayed here before and there are quieter rooms. The best ones face the inside parking lot without any view of the freeway, or face outwards towards the Circle K in the left wing.

Got to Hotel early as we arrived in town for a family wedding. Place was empty and finally the person behind counter decided to recognize us. Refused to let us check in. Hour later i get call saying room was ready. Again walked in and not greeted and this time 3 people behind counter. Made me feel like I interrupted them. Not good service

Very clean and well kept Holiday Inn Express. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hearty and had good variety. However, unlike some hotels I've stayed in right next to a major freeway, this one is situated in such a way that the noise is incredibly loud. It's almost as if the freeway sounds are funneled towards the building. You can hear semis braking, speeding up, and so on. If you stay here, be sure to check in early as the rooms facing the parking lot fill up first as these are the quieter rooms.

Hotel was very near freeway entrance/exit. Was near 2 gas stations. Was hearing freeway noise at night because of proximity but tolerable. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing fancy, sausage, scrambled eggs, bread, coffee. Price point was the only thing I was swayed to reserve. No establishments were nearby. Would consider again if going back the area for the tennis tournament.

No coffeemakers in the rooms. Instead there is a magnet telling you how wonderful it is that they have fresh coffee in the lobby. I don't want to get dressed in order to go to the lobby when I get up. Still has coffeemakers listed on Expedia, in fact has pictures of them.
