Don't go here with electric car. All chargers are blocked by other cars not using the chargers. One car was correct and could charge all night but when one of the blocking cars moved that charger was not working (only half of the chargers were installed). If the hotel had better control of the chargers and the parking spots and stopped people from blocking them we would have been better of. Now the morning started badly with an empty car.

Un hôtel en bord de mer très agréable pour un séjour plage et relax. Parking sur place à 12 euros très pratique. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité mais beaucoup de monde. Très belle piscine délaissée pour 2 belles plages.

L’hébergement est pas mal mais si la chambre est petite quelques défauts de finitions. Piscine non chauffée pas de peignoir ni chausson pour aller à la piscine. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est un peu juste en terme de prestations. Le restaurant est pas mal mais sans plus.

Notre séjour a été fantastique, nous savions que l'hôtel se trouvait en bord de mer, mais notre chambre avait un petit balcon avec cette vue. Le lit un 240X200, des coussins en nombre tous aussidouillets les uns que les autres, une propreté remarquable, des petits cadeaux de bienvenue, un frigo avec quelques boissons, le restaurant est super bon et le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Les serveurs très sympathiques. Tout était parfait

Lors de notre quatrème sejour dans cet hôtel pour une durée de 6 nuits nous estimons que la qualité de service s'est détériorée. La chambre qui nous a été proposée se situait au dessus des cuisines et nous avons eu droit aux odeurs de celles-ci durant nos soirées. Le ménage n'a pas été fait tous les jours et nous avons du récalmer afin que ce soit réaisé.

C’est hôtel est magnifique ! La vue sur la plage est superbe ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables ! Elles sont bien insonorisées. Les petits produits l’Occitane sont vraiment plaisants! Une machine à café en plus de la bouilloire serait un petit plus. Le parking est surveillé. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable !

Emplacement fantastique, restaurants extras, services sérieux. Un bémol tout de même sur l'isolation phonique, surtout celle de la porte de la chambre. Un autre bémol sur la télévision qui est ridiculement petite et surtout avec un décalage entre l'image et le son.

Tres belle vue depuis les chambres avec terrasse , le bruit des vagues qui nous bercent est un plaisir Par contre les murs plus fins que du papier à cigarette, un scandale, nous entendions le couple d a coté, des insomniaques comme si ils étaient avec nous et ce QUOI QU ILS SOIENT ENTRAIN DE FAIRE… … … Une nuit en enfer Alors certes l hôtel n est pas responsable des ses clients mais il est responsable de mettre des lits dos à dos séparés par des murs d un cm . Surtout au mois de février pourquoi ne pas laisser une chambre vide entre chaque chambre occupées Je doute que l hôtel soit plein Plus jamais Et encore moins en haute saison . Une reservation pour une chambre avec un lit double non honorée par l etablissement. Il a fallut que je fasse une réclamation pour au final voir les deux lits simples raccordés par un grand drap sans sur matelas. La vue correspondait au descritif. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, nous entendons les discutions et les ronflements des chambres voisines et lorsque les portes claquent dans les couloirs, nous les entendons comme si nous etions à côté.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très sympathique et trés serviable. Petit déjeuner extra, le repas du soir aussi(quoique un peu cher). Le chambre vue mer est très bien (bien qu’un peu petite) Petit point noir: le lit un peu petit et le matelas est trop dur et les coussins idem.

We komen hier al voor de derde keer en het blijft telkens weer super, heerlijk rustig met een adembenemend uitzicht. 1 klein puntje van verbetering, het zou fijn zijn als het personeel bij de receptie Engels zou spreken. Dat maakt de communicatie een stuk makkelijker.

The front desk are great some of the wait staff especially at breakfast are less attentive. The hotel itself is very pleasant . great views and beach.our third stay.

When we arrived we ended up waiting 4 hours for a room to be assigned because the ‘mattresses were being changed’. Obviously that was necessary because the condition of the ones they were removing was appalling. The next day we went out and returned around 3 pm to find that the room had not yet been made up and the bed was flipped on its end against the wall. Again, the same excuse. We went to the front desk, obviously angry, and for the second time in 2 days were given a coupon for a free drink, as if that makes up for any inconvenience! The hotel food was terrible, and I do mean terrible. On one occasion my husband ordered some kind of beef with mushrooms and it arrived cold. Also, it was so salty as to be inedible. No sides, just a little plate of salted meat and mushrooms. I ordered the spaghetti and it resembled no pasta I have ever seen or eaten. We do realize these items are not local cuisine, but after 2 weeks of sausage, salami and ham for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we’d had enough. We did not see one salad on the menu. The next day we tried the ‘bull burger’ and it was so raw that it was bleeding. The hotel desperately needs a new manager and a new chef! One can only imagine how very pampered Spanish people must feel when visiting hotels in other countries, like Canada, where we come from.

It was not near shopping or walkable, parking was not that easy and we had to pay 18 euros per day , most hotels wont charge you for parking . We ask for Ocean view from our room and they didn't have it, so my husband and I where not very happy about it. The views where Amazing from the terrace. and beach was near by . Andy and Yoly C.

We had an incredible stay. The hotels outdoor space is amazing. Beautiful terrace with incredible views. The pool is stunning and you are steps away from 2 unbelievable beach coves. Highly recommend.

Spectacular location on the cliff overlooking the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. 10 minute walk to town with lots of shopping and places to eat. Highly recommended.

The beach has a little hut that sells, food & drinks, restroom, and you can also rent lounge chairs & umbrellas (cash only). The food & beverage hut accepts credit card. You can not charge back to your room. The town shops and restaurants are about a 30 minute walk from the hotel.

You can’t beat the beautiful scenery around and the beach that’s accessible with the nice little restaurant on the beach. Stay for the location with amazing views, modern and comfortable decor. Food at their Brava bar was inconsistent and could be better but breakfast was great.

Really helpful reception staff, the restaurant staff not so unless their manager was around , the hotel has undergone some major renovations,I would recommend walking into town for dinner most nights as the menu has changed but has a long way to go.Good gym and a beautiful location.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to due to the restaurant setup, beaches, and great rooms. The pictures online don't do the property justice. The breakfast was also fantastic, with over five stations of different food choices. My teenagers loved it. The hotel was also located within 10 minutes of nearby shops. It was also included in the Rando de Camino walking path along the ocean.

The property is beautiful, we reserved a double room with an ocean view, the view was beautiful… not the view of the rooftop though. My biggest thing is that you have to pay for parking…they have more than enough parking to give it free to there guests, and now on to the breakfast.. The hot items like the bacon, sausage, fried eggs, cooked vegetables, cooked mushrooms were just there , no hot plate , nothing to keep them warm, so it’s cold breakfast sausage..

Positives are: (1) the priceless views, (2) the helpful staff, (3) the investment in an ocean view room with balcóny (our room number was 278). Negatives for us were (1) the availability of coffee on site, (2) the price of breakfast and the limited menu on site. Solutions for us were (1) taking the stairs down the hill to the coffee bar on the beach for half price espressos, (2) walking down the beach to another beach cafe - it was a long walk toward town to bigger bay (decend street sidewalk at right side of Cale de Pi resort and take path toward town), (3) walking into the town (20 ish min fairly level walk) or taking taxi there, and (4) taking taxi to Paloma (which is more of a village but it’s also a port stop, so it’s worth seeing). Enjoy :)
