My friend and I spent a weekend here and had the most lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and so lovely, the facilities are clean, always smell good and the staff was very friendly. We spent our first afternoon by the pool and even had some sangria thanks to the bar there. Again the service was great. We only had a tiny issue with our room and that was with the AC who didn’t work at first, thankfully we just called the front desk and they were able to reset it without even needing to come up ! The underground parking is also clean and safe which was a huge plus for us. It’s also close walk to everything so no need to take the car out during the stay! Truly if you want a nice place to stay, this is it.

Hotel nuovo con staff cortese e sempre a disposizione. Ottima posizione a 5minuti dal mare con negozi e ristoranti vicini e una farmacia aperta 24h oltre la strada Le camere sono comode e silenziose e il condizionatore centralizzato funziona bene. Piscina piccola ma tranquilla e se serve con 10 euro di deposito l’hotel fornisce gli asciugamani per la piscina.

Tres bel hotel idéalement situé en centre ville,belle chambre confortable avec terrasse aménagée, tres bon petit-déjeuner avec un personnel fort sympathique. Seul bémol la musique trop forte et ininterrompue que l on subit même la fenetre fermée dans la chambre de 10h a 23 h. Parking souterrain un peut cher.

Faltan colgadores para la ropa mojada, no hay tendedero o secador de toallas eléctrico con lo cual la ropa de la playa no se seca. En el gimnasio no hay toallas ,ni agua, tampoco material para limpiar las máquinas antes o después de su uso. Por lo demás todo bien.

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Platja D'Aro. The rooms are spacious and with all modern comfort. We had a room with a private terrace; just a short walk to the swimming pool. Nice swimming pool area with very good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and certainly will come back!

This hotel was perfect, would highly recommend! The location was quiet yet a short walking distance to the centre. The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was exactly as described and would definitely stay here again!

Nous regrettons la saleté et la crasse incrustée sur le carrelage de l’ensemble de la chambre . Malgré le signalement à l’accueil rien n’as été fait pour nettoyer le sol . La climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement malgré le signalement a l’accueil rien n’as été résolu. Acceuil froid et réactivité inexistante . Lors du Check out il ne nous a pas été demandé si le séjour c’était bien passé -;( quel dommage pour un établissements de ce standing.

So happy I chose this hotel! The value for money was superb before high season. Everything was new and clean and room was comfortable. Perfect location to walk everywhere: bus station, beach, restaurants, shops. Staff was friendly. I would recommend the buffet breakfast with great selection of sweet and savoury food.

Bien dans l’ensemble, Nous avons eu une chambre très jolie et moderne, Cependant étant venue en couple nous nous sommes retrouver à devoir dormir dans des lit 1 place chacun de notre coter, malgrès la demande d’un lit 2 places préalablement réserver sur le site, L’accueil n’as rien voulu savoir et nous ont dit que c’était comme ça et pas autrement, À 250€ la nuit nous aurions aimer être avertie avant.

Bonne literie, chambre propre, un peu petite, terrasse attenante agréable, bien équipée, avec accès piscine en saison.pour le parking, nombreuses places proches de l’hôtel ,en plus ,les horodateurs sont neutralités. Hôtel en plein centre ville. Le moins,ce jour-là la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas,impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, les terrasses sont communicantes. Pour info ,le prix des chambres vont du simple au double entre un samedi et un dimanche (57 €).

In the middle of August, with 42°C outside, the AC was locked at 23°C. At 3 a.m., I found myself begging the front desk to make it cooler so my 9-month-old baby could sleep. They “generously” reset it to 20°C. For a hotel this fancy, I didn’t expect to have to negotiate for cold air.

My friend and I spent a weekend here and had the most lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and so lovely, the facilities are clean, always smell good and the staff was very friendly. We spent our first afternoon by the pool and even had some sangria thanks to the bar there. Again the service was great. We only had a tiny issue with our room and that was with the AC who didn’t work at first, thankfully we just called the front desk and they were able to reset it without even needing to come up ! The underground parking is also clean and safe which was a huge plus for us. It’s also close walk to everything so no need to take the car out during the stay! Truly if you want a nice place to stay, this is it.

Bien dans l’ensemble, Nous avons eu une chambre très jolie et moderne, Cependant étant venue en couple nous nous sommes retrouver à devoir dormir dans des lit 1 place chacun de notre coter, malgrès la demande d’un lit 2 places préalablement réserver sur le site, L’accueil n’as rien voulu savoir et nous ont dit que c’était comme ça et pas autrement, À 250€ la nuit nous aurions aimer être avertie avant.

Nous regrettons la saleté et la crasse incrustée sur le carrelage de l’ensemble de la chambre . Malgré le signalement à l’accueil rien n’as été fait pour nettoyer le sol . Hotellet är mycket fint och ligger bra i PdA! Modernt, smakfullt inredda rum, fina gemensamma utrymmen och härligt poolområde. Service i reception och runt poolen är dock ojämn. Ibland mycket serviceminded, andra dagar (annan personal) saknar man både servicekänsla, leenden och trevligt bemötande. Frukosten är mycket bra, men maten i poolrestaurangen är tråkig. Vi rekommenderar hotellet och kommer gärna tillbaka, men servicen måste hålla en jämnare hög nivå.

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

So happy I chose this hotel! The value for money was superb before high season. Everything was new and clean and room was comfortable. Perfect location to walk everywhere: bus station, beach, restaurants, shops. Staff was friendly. I would recommend the buffet breakfast with great selection of sweet and savoury food.

Hotel nuovo con staff cortese e sempre a disposizione. Ottima posizione a 5minuti dal mare con negozi e ristoranti vicini e una farmacia aperta 24h oltre la strada Le camere sono comode e silenziose e il condizionatore centralizzato funziona bene. Piscina piccola ma tranquilla e se serve con 10 euro di deposito l’hotel fornisce gli asciugamani per la piscina.
