Nous avons passés 1 nuit dans cette hôtel dans une chambre premium avec jacuzzi pour 4 personnes. La chambre rien a redire tres propre moderne literie confortable et draps ultra doux. Juste point noir sur la vielle couverture au lieu d'une couette ou plaid. La balcon tres bien, vue sur rue. Le petit dej bien. L'hôtel est très bien placé dans la ville et a un parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Par contre piscine petite et pas bcp de transat

There for the recent triathlon. High quality accommodation in the perfect location. Staff lovely . Pool a little disappointing for a ‘spa’ hotel but didn’t really matter . Gym good condition and well equipped for a holiday workout . Staff courteous and accommodating . Had to stay quite late on our check out date because of flights but we remained in a down stairs room with bike locked away and my son could work . Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Bra läge om man gillar att vara där det händer. Nära till stranden. Bra att kunna använda hotellets pool innan och efter checkin. Bra med parkering som var prisvärd, kan ha bilen kvar under dagen så man checkar ut. Nackdel väldigt lyhört så ta med öronproppar. Inga pool eller strandhanddukar.

lovely rooms, great aircon, friendly helpful staff. nice breakfast till 11 so no need to get up to early. great location, 5 mins from beach and surrounded by nice places to eat/drink/shop. 9mins walk from a huge supermarket handy for getting lunches. the pool was never too busy and well maintained. all in all a great place and would visit again.

This is a good quality hotel. The room cleaning goes to another level. When the cleaners have finished with your room, someone else comes along to inspect what they have done and sometimes tells them to reclean an area if necessary. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food to chose from.

El hotel está situado en buena zona para pasear,comer y comprar,hay muchas tiendas de todo tipo, hemos venido varias veces y hemos cogido el spa,hoy sólo hemos podido estar 1 hora, se apagó todo, subimos a recepción y han tardado un tiempo en llegar, el timbre qué hay en el spa para hablar con recepción no va,hemos cogido otra noche más, cómo no nos han hecho la habitación hemos pedido toallas y jabón, aún los estamos esperando y para postre el secador no va,espero que mejoren un poco y que den soluciones ya que el spa no es gratis, lo hemos pagado para nada

The hotel is pretty nice, the people working there excellent, the swimming pool incredible, but the air aconditioner was not working at all. We ask to the desk people to fix it, or to change the room, they sent a technician, but the A/C didn't work, and during the summer nights was super difficult to sleep.

Nous avons fait une erreur dans notre réservation sur le nombre de personnes, 1 bébé au lieu de un enfant dont un bébé qui dort avec nous. Il fallait certes trouver une nouvelle chambre mais le personnel d’accueil a été très désagréable, et nous a parlé comme si nous étions des voleurs alors que nous étions prêts à payer car nous étions conscients de notre erreur. Ensuite, nous nous renseignons sur les massages d’un spa. Je prends rdv. Le rdv se passe très bien. On ne m’a jamais dit qu’il fallait que je règle à l’avance, et le lendemain, en retour de soirée la personne de l’accueil m’interpelle à haute voix et me dit vous n’avez pas réglé votre soin ! Comme si j’étais une voleuse ! Alors que rien ne m’a été dit, je comptais régler au Check out je ne suis jamais partie sans payer de ma vie ! ! Mais si le personnel m’avait prévenue évidemment que j’aurais payé sur le moment. Le wifi ne nous a pas été donné en systèmatique, mais si encore il marchait… de plus la télé, inutilisable ! Nous avons un aquarium de veille depuis notre arrivée. Les chambres sont faites le matin mais alors de manière très sommaire. Bref nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cet hôtel ! Je ne recommande pas. Et nous ne sommes pas du tout dans l’habitude de déposer de tels avis mais pour le prix, nous sommes obligés de mentionner cela. Le personnel d’accueil et les équipements de la chambre très loin d’être à la hauteur !

Excelente hotel. Muy bien ubicado y excelente desayuno, muy variado. El personal muy amable. Si quieres recorrer la costa brava es el mejor lugar para quedarse.

Heerlijk hotel. Dicht bij het strand maar ook bij de terrassen en winkels. Eenmaal op onze kamer was het stil en rustig. Elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt eventuele handdoeken zeepjes enz bijgevuld. Goed ontbijt! Lekker zwembad buiten. Niet groot maar perfect voor afkoeling.

Bra läge om man gillar att vara där det händer. Nära till stranden. Bra att kunna använda hotellets pool innan och efter checkin. Bra med parkering som var prisvärd, kan ha bilen kvar under dagen så man checkar ut. Nackdel väldigt lyhört så ta med öronproppar. Inga pool eller strandhanddukar.

lovely rooms, great aircon, friendly helpful staff. nice breakfast till 11 so no need to get up to early. great location, 5 mins from beach and surrounded by nice places to eat/drink/shop. 9mins walk from a huge supermarket handy for getting lunches. the pool was never too busy and well maintained. all in all a great place and would visit again.

La situation de l’hôtel est idéale mais l’hôtel est vieillissant. Le personnel fait triste et sont froids par rapport à tous les hôtels espagnols que nous avons pu faire auparavant. Prévoyez les boules quiesse car les goélands braillent toute la nuit. Le petit dej est dans un réfectoire avec beaucoup de produits industriels en revanche le café est bon.

Sejour très agréable, belle chambre reposante. Très bonne literie. L'hôtel est très grand mais ça n'est pas un pb. Le petit déjeuner est très fourni. Le parking ( payant) est indispensable (12 euros par jour)

Etant un habitué de cet établissement, je suis aujourd'hui très décu sur service petit déjeuner, qui est assez pauvre dans ses choix : les temps changent. Moins de sucré et salé. Moins de machines a café donc le temps d'attente est long. De plus le coin piscine meriterait une bonne rénovation

Les prestations ou consommations à l’Hotel sont à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Exemple : Un verre de vin blanc en apéritif à la terrasse de l’hôtel est facturé 2,20€, alors que la même consommation prise dans un bar en terrasse à 200m de l’hôtel est facturée plus de 4,00€ en moyenne avec un confort moindre. Hôtel vivement conseillé.

Staff were really helpful, breakfast was great and always full so no waiting for items to be refilled, everywhere was clean. Location was great although we were on the side next to the taxi rank and it was very noisy through the night until about 4am.
