Das Hotel ist schön und liegt direkt am Strand. Der Pool ist für die Anzahl an Gäste etwas klein. Aber trotzdem sehr schön. Genial ist auch die unter Bäumen liegende Terrasse. Auch direkt am Strand und Pool. Das Hotel ist gepflegt aber nicht ganz neu. Das Personal sorgt aber für Sauberkeit und dass alles schön aussieht. Essen und Getränke waren gut und es gab immer genug Platz im Restaurant. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Ruhig aber trotzdem direkt in der Nähe der Einkaufs- und Restaurantmeile. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung Garten/Parkplatz. War ideal und ruhig im Vergleich zur Seite zum Pool und Strand.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel très bien placé. Chambre vue mer avec une vue magnifique. Très belle plage. Personnel agréable. Quelques infrastructures mériteraient d’être rénovées. (ascenseurs en urgence!) Trop de monde au restaurant certains jours.

Heel mooi terras met zwembad. Prachtig uitzicht. Op loopafstand van de winkelstraat met vollop winkels en restaurants. Hotel en met name de kamers zeer verouderd. Scheuren in bad en de wastafel. Badderen met douchegordijn. Het hotel vond ik wel mooi schoon. Erg lieve dames die de kamer dagelijks schoonmaakte en alles wat (bijna) op was werd aangevuld. Prachtig uizicht op zee en het zwembad waar ook continu de stoepen werden gedweild etc. De liften zijn naar mijn idee vernieuwd maar continu een wachtrij. Ontbijt vond ik goed, wel vervelend dat ze je bord al onder je neus vandaan halen als je nog aan het eten bent. De zaal oogt ook een beetje als kantine. Wij sliepen op de eerste verdieping met zeeuitzicht. Helaas was het slapen met de balkondeur open geen pretje ivm karaoke of live muziek elke avond bijna direct onder onze ramen. Met kinderen niet ideaal we sliepen vaak pas rond 1 uur door de rumoerigheid. Vervolgens was het erg gehoorig als de rest van de gasten dan naar hun kamer gingen. De bedden zijn vreselijk had de veren in mijn rug staan. Take away ontbijt omdat we al vroeg moesten uitchecken. Dit was gewoon niet te doen. Een droog stokbrood met een plakje ham en afgebrokkelde witte chemische kaas het broodje lag tegen een flesje water aan waardoor deze helemaal was verslapt. Verder parkeren 17 € per dag gewoon ronduit schandalig!!!!!!!!!! Buiten het hotel nette woonwijken waar je gratis kan parkeren. Kortom voldoende door de aardige medewerkers(sters).

Nice hotel, with own entrance to the beach. Waring at the hotel was good, good variety of food. Fresh. Downsiides: very crowdy in restaurant and peoe lay down towels at sunbeds and show up house later. Hotel didn’t do anything about it. When tou’re too late, no sunned. Parking was expensive.

Htop caleta palace que je cotoie depuis plus de 20 ans... Petit dej léger, ascenseur en panne. Le cadre comme d'habitude... Pas assez de transats pour tous les clients de l'hôtel... Pas de fidélité pour les clients assidus

Bel hôtel en bord de plage. Le plus est sa localisation avec accès direct sur la crique, l’eau est transparente, on voit les poissons, idéal snorkling. Chambre très spacieuse, je recommande chambre avec vue mer. Les moins, piscine simple rectangulaire, les chaises longues autour de la piscine sont bloquées malgré l’interdiction, dès 8h00 du matin par des personnes qui posent leurs serviettes et reviennent quelques heures plus tard pour certains. Nous avons choisi restauration en pension complète, nous n’avons même pas le droit à un verre d’eau, pas de carafe à disposition, il faut acheter une bouteille d’eau. Le restaurant buffet est plutôt bon mais vu le monde, ça fait plutôt cantine que restaurant. Malgré tout, séjour agréable dans l’ensemble même si mon ado de 17 ans s’est ennuyé, pas d’animation pour les jeunes.

El alojamiento en general todo muy bien. Yo daria el consejo de qur cambiaran la contraseña de la entrada de la playa semanalmente o dar un dispositivo a cada huésped. Porque en la playa gente que no estaba hospedada en el hotel entraban y acampaban a sus anchas ocupando las tumbonas y personas que pagamos por disfrutar de la pisina muchas veses te quedabas sin sitio por ese detalle.

Surcharge for multiple things (for the use of a safe or beach towels... which you hardly see anymore anywhere else...)... pool area way too small for the number of rooms. The location on the small bay is the key positive... the rest is average or poor.

Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach is right in front of the hotel and is packed but clean. Check in and check out were super fast and easy. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean. The food was mediocre at best, I would recommend eating breakfast on the resort and having dinner off resort.

I stayed with my family at Hotel Top Caleta Palace again and is amazing with breathtaking views from rooms, pool area, Caffe. All staff are very friendly and is a very good choice for families. The food is excellent with good variety. Location is perfect with lovely cala beach in front off Hotel. My kids loved to swim and see the beautiful fishes. The Hotel is close to main street with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. From early morning there is always staff cleaning all the facilities, pool, toilets.

Me gustó la situación, el suelo no estaba limpio, el a/c no funcionaba, las vistas de la habitación espectaculares, pero los cristales estaban muy sucios.

Schreckliche Zimmer, laut, Abfluss 2 Tage lang verstopft, stinkt dementsprechend, Seifensender gebrochen, dreckiger Duschvorhang! Die Qualität des Essens war max. 2 Sterne Niveau! Außer Nudeln und Pommes alles ungenießbar!

The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. Elderly people were the main guests, I saw no one my age except for front desk staff.

Très déçu hôtel vieillissant ,bruyant la chambre sentait très fort le renfermé. La salle de bain n’était pas propre,Il restait des poils de l’ancien occupant sur la faïence. Si vous aimez prendre le petit déjeuner au calme, fuyez! Soit vous êtes dans la salle de restauration, et on dirait une colonie de vacances tellement qu’il y a du bruit soit vous profitez de l’extérieur et vous avez droit à l’homme d’entretien avec son souffleur électrique très brouillant et ce dès 8h30

Tout tout était très bien le cadre l'environnement le petit-déjeuner le repas du soir l'hôtel juste un truc le manque de civisme des gens et le manque de respect des gens après 22h30 qui gueulait dans les couloirs et qui tapait dans les murs dans les carrelages dans le sol je ne sais pas ce qu'il faisait voilà et un petit détail, c'est que dans ma chambre la numéro 300 si je me rappelle bien, tout le restant était nickel mais la clim était très sale il y avait le berger et les moutons dans la clim ce qui n'est pas très bien pour les maladies respiratoire.

Stayed for 4 nights with friends. Great location and our sea-view was stunning. Lots of choice of restaurants close-by for dinner.

Voor 2 nachten prima.Zou een langer verblijf niet aanraden. Het is heel gehorig geen koelkast of waterkoker aanwezig. Betaald voor het ontbijt we zouden een picknick tasje meekrijgen omdat we vroeg uit zouden checken maar dit bleek er niet te zijn.

Habitacion un poco anticuada pero grande y espacisa. Lo mejor hotel al lado de la aplaya

Leur point fort l' emplacement ! Lit pas confortable. Chambre vue sur mer très bien.

Hôtel idéalement situé , plage , piscine et boutiques à portée de pieds . Restauration correcte. Gros bémol concernant l’insonorisation des chambres , hôtel très bruyant et partie restauration très bruyante également. Privilégier les extérieurs.

Air condition bråkte så mye at den ble ikke brukt. Da vi skulle bestille transport var vi i flere dager i resepsjon for å høre om de kunne booke taxi til oss siden vi trengte en stor taxi med flere seter inkludert bilstol til baby, men fikk beskjed om at de kunne bestilles dagen før. Vi gjorde som vi fikk beskjed om å fikk overhode ikke det vi hadde bestilt å de i resepsjonen tok null ansvar. Ekstremt dårlig service fra dem da.

La habitación es sencilla pero grande y con camas confortables. La ubicación (encima de la playa y a pocos minutos del centro de Pala D’aro, es inmejorable. Buen buffet y servicio. Cosas a mejorar: Frigorífico en la habitación y servicio de toallas para piscina/playa. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Repetiremos

We are on a hotel hiking vacation on the Costa Brava. This leg was from Sant Feliu de Guixol and was 8 km. This hotel was a great destination after 4 hours on the Cami de Ronda(with a 1/2 time break at a beach view bar in S’Agaro). The hotel is aging but very carefully maintained. The pool bar was all we needed to a reasonably priced dinner or beer and ribs. So good and so filling. The service here is fabulous: I mentioned on checkin that it was the day after my wife’s 65th birthday and the hotel brought a mini fridge and drinks to us gratis.

Hotel perfectamente situado con salida directa a playa y junto Cami de Ronda que es por lo que fuimos. Sin duda volveremos. Habitaciones muy amplias.

Excelente experiencia. Muy buena ubicación con salida directa a la cala, muy tranquilo, zona de jardines / piscina muy acogedores y muy bien cuidados. Calidad/precio genial.

Mooi hotel op een prachtige en ideale locatie

El hotel tiene una situacion genial, con acceso directamente a la playa y camino de ronda, a la vez alejado del bullicio del centro pero al lado. La comida muy buena y variada, el ponerlo en bandejitas pequeñas te da la opcion de probar mas variedad de comidas sin desperdiciar y tirar comida . El personal muy amable.

Séjour d une semaine, demi pension, large choix petit déjeuner comme le soir. Inconvénients, salle de restaurant très bruyante. Familles Russe bruyantes tard le soir , signalé en réception. Personnel agréable et disponible.

Hôtel vieux et sale. Le buffet du matin affreux. Les photos affichées sur le site n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Points positifs : piscine et vue sur mer splendide Personnel adorable

On arrive en pensant avoir réservé la meilleure chose une fois arrivée, on nous explique qu’il y a de compris dans notre pension , et qu’il faut rajouter une somme extraordinaire, pour pourvoir boire autre chose que de l’eau du robinet

Rigtig god belligenhed. Liggestole ved poolen. Maden er slet ikke varieret. Og slet ikke børnevenligt Kokken daniel kan ikke stege kødet færsig og bliver nærmest sur hvis man beder om mere stegetid. Hotellet er ikke 4 stjerner værd. Bil max give 3 stjerner. Rengøring i top. Der er mange ansatte fra ukraine og de kan ikke kommunikere med gæsterne da de fleste ikke kan engelsk. Vi har valgt hotellet 2 år i træk og i år kan i konkludere at standarden er faldet en del og det skyldes primær maden Tjenere i baren er meget venlige
