Hotel Costa Brava

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'extrémité nord de la grande plage avec un accès direct à celle-ci. Notre chambre était juste au-dessus de plage...s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues, c'est vraiment très agréable! Chambre confortable et très propre comme le reste de l'hôtel. Le restaurant et le bar offrent des vues magnifiques. 3 parkings à la disposition des clients. Tout le personnel s'est montré très aimable. Une adresse que nous retenons pour notre prochain séjour à Platja d'Aro!

Beautiful old hotel, very clean, perfect location, staff nice and friendly, will stay there again and recommend to everyone. I only wish they will provide beach towels. The hotel is right on the beach but no beach towels.

Absolutely wonderful location, views and feel to be here. Parking being included was a great bonus, as well as the delighful breakfast. I would stay here again!

Achei incoveniente um hotel a beira mar não fornecer toalhas para entrar no hotel, dizendo que precisaria comprar, ir até a cidade, para não entrar molhado no hotel...

Excelentes vistas del hotel, falta servicio de toalla de playa o sombrillas y será ideal. Pero en general todo fue espectacular.

Great location on the Mediterranean Sea. Reviews I saw were the great views from their balconies, however we got a room that faced the entrance garden and was super small so not that exciting. But the hotel is beautiful and the location is within walking of other restaurants and bars. Bar in the hotel has a great view and drinks are reasonably priced You can also purchase tapas there.

Lovely dininng area and bar area overlooking the sea. excellent situation just a short walk away from the centre yet in a quiet spot.

La cobertura de wifi es muy mala y la habitación está un poquillo vieja, le iría bien un repaso. De todas maneras, la estancia es agradable y las vistas y el entorno bonito.

L'hôtel très bien placé, vous pouvez pas demander mieux! Seul hic Balcon côté vue sur mer trop petit pour veritablement en profiter du coup c'est assez dommage de payer ce supplément. Parking disponible et de la place, cela est un vrai gros plus! La clim fonctionne vraiment bien et le petit dej est totalement fournie meme si on vous demande 3 fois quelle chalbre vous avez 😅.

The renovated rooms are clean but small. The basement rooms seem clean but damp.

Good location with direct access to 2 beaches but no beach towels are available for use and it’s prohibited to bring bath towels to the beach. No beach lounges or umbrellas available for use, even for a fee. The “garden room” actually just has a view of the parking lot, and the smells and noises of cars and guests coming and going at all hours. Sheets had stains. The door of the room opens directly to a view of the shower (which has no door or curtain) so housekeeping can see you fully nude when they come to clean the room, because the room has no “do not disturb” sign. No shampoo/conditioner - only hand soap is provided. The only dining option is, strangely, an expensive fine dining restaurant. The door to the room does not shut properly because the frame is loose and the wood seems to be rotting. Black substance staining the shower because of the constant moisture affecting the wood. Room so small that the desk chair cannot be moved without somehow pushing the bed out of the way so every time you go to the balcony (which overlooks a parking lot) you trip on the chair and hopefully you don’t fall and get hurt in the way down. Some staff are really nice and helpful, others don’t acknowledge your existence. Wouldn’t stay here again. Also would not use Orbitz again - despite a cancellation policy which clearly says you can change or cancel up to 24 hours before check in, when I tried to shorten my stay a week before that “they would see” if it was possible. Never again orbitz

Exceptional service from the recepcionist at our arrival. Large and modern room with a marvelous ocean view. The bed is confortable. Everything clean and modern. It was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the Platja d'Aro restaurants and shopping area. We really appreciate our stay.

We had four nights at this hotel and just loved it. It's an older hotel But the rooms are very clean. The front end staff at the desk. Were marvelous. We never ate at the hotel but there were many good restaurants nearby. It would be very difficult to find a better hotel to sit on the balcony. Have a drink and watch Mediterranean sea.

We loved the old world charm of this hotel. The amazing views, warm and welcoming staff, food and overall cleanliness was beyond our expectations.

PODRIA MEJORAR EN CUANTO A LIMPIEZA

Stayed for 2 nights. Kick ass property with great staff/parking/sea view/ restaurant. We took a family room and it was on the lower level. The room was spacious with a sea view from window. The only problem we had was that there was a sewer smell all through that floor and the AC was not working properly. However, the staff was kind enough to give us an another room just to sleep for the second night. The restaurant and the view from there is unbeatable .

Cet hôtel est une propreté irréprochable tout est net c'est appréciable il est très bien placé devant la plage nous avions une chambre avec balcons et on pouvait voir la mer c'était super le top le personnel nous a très bien accueilli et nous a surclassé on était content. Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant c'était très bien Et le buffet du petit-déjeuner n'en parlons pas le top du top

Personnels tres aimable,une vue sur mer imprenable,certains clients un peu bruyant,les cloisons sont fine et quel dommage que l'ouverture et fermeture des portes soit avec des clefs, ca fait du bruit. La ville est a côté a pied, belles balades sur le sentiers et sa plage. Je recommande.

Prachtig hotel op een supermooie locatie. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Wij hadden een familiekamer geboekt. Het enige wat jammer is dat de familiekamers zich onder de eetzaal/ontbijtzaal bevinden en je ‘s ochtends wakker wordt van de stoelen die je hoort schuiven. ‘S avonds geldt ditzelfde probleem, doordat het personeel de tafels opmaakt voor de volgende ochtend. Hier wist het personeel tijdens ons verblijf geen oplossing voor, dus hier hebben wij helaas wel overlast door ervaren. Los van dat is het een fijn hotel, met een prachtig uitzicht.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel has a good structure, very clean, and offers parking. The breakfast is well served and has a good variety for all types of diets. The hotel mentions that it has a place to charge electric cars, but it actually has a regular power outlet, not compatible with car charging plugs. This could be made a bit clearer in the description. Avoid accommodations on the -1 floor as they are below the restaurant, and during peak hours, you will be bothered by the noise of chairs being dragged constantly.

The hotel photos do not match reality. The room is very bad, with very old furniture. The pictures showed a renovated room, but this is not what we got.

Friendly welcome from rhe kind recepcionist, excepcional service. Very large room with a beautiful ocean view. All the hotel is really nice and elegant. We enjoy a lot our stay.

Es un hotel fnatastico en una situación privilegiada en un entorno precioso. Pero nuestra habitación , la 115, está muy vieja con muebles viejos y poco mantenida.

The room is nothing like the pictures. Or at least the pictures aren’t informative. A cramped room and no door to the bathroom. As soon as you enter the room you’re greeted with a full view of the shower, and anyone who may be showering. Main issue is the privacy, or lack thereof. The amenities are fairly good. They really went all out with the 1 room factor. The only door in the bathroom is the door to the toilet which is almost see through and unable to close without leaving a clear gap between the rest of the room and the toilet.

Muy caro para lo que es. La hab con vistas al mar realmente da a la terraza donde la gente come, con lo cual no puedes ni abrir las cortinas cuando estás dentro de la habitación. El personal es muy lento. Me parece muy caro por 150€ la noche

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. It's a very quiet place with a spectacular view. The food is delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Hotel Costa Brava for 8 nights. It was amazing! Hotel has a lot of charm and character. Susana did everything she could to accommodate our needs, including dealing with delays related to cancelled flight from USA. We would love to come back next year.

L'hotel est très agréable et les chambres offrent un cadre magnifique avec vue sur la plage. L'emplacement est parfait. Le seul bémol réside dans les prestations du restaurant.

Esta muy bien ubicado, mientras duermes se escucha las olas del mar. El restaurante si no lo recomiendo, vergonzosa la experiencia.

Bel hôtel face à la mer. Vue imprenable de la salle à manger et de l’agréable salon. Certaines chambres ont été refaites à neuf , sont très confortables et bien insonorisées. Notre chambre a été upgradee . Petit déjeuner complet. Le menu du restaurant est très varié et change tous les jours. Parkings de l’hôtel à disposition. Bref une adresse à recommander

The views from our room were beautiful. They made up for the fact our room was in need of updating. Whilst very tired it was still acceptable and clean. We booked just the room so paid for breakfast the first morning. Not so good with cold overcooked eggs. However we gave it another go and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd attempt. Hotel right on the beach and very near the town for shops and restaurants. The bar, restaurant and lounge also had stunning views. Would happily go back.

Personnel de l'accueil parfait. Points negatifs : Restauration à déconseiller. Au petit déjeuner lesoeufs, saucisses, lards servis froids sur nos deux jours. Nous l'avons signalé à un responsable qui nous a dit que celà étais normal et que la nourriture chauffait grâce au meuble...En attendant tout etait froid. De plus, nous avons dîné à l'hôtel le vendredi soir, le plat principal était lui aussi froid.
