They were in the ptocess of renovation but the work they were doing wasn't disturbing to us. It was a pleasant place to stay and very reasonably priced. It was clean and had a nice breakfast buffet.

Some repairs needed throughout the facility and inside the rooms most likely. I have had microwave issues that was not resolved for 48 hours and TV remote issues on three separate occasions since my easy fix was not done on the first ask. Breakfast lacking choices.

The night manager guy is awesome. There is in fact no pool. Day manager fella was kinda awnry.

There were roaches . Didnt smell good at all. Just felt dirty as the place wasnt clean at all ! Overall experience wasnt good esp for what i paid for this room for one night! Very upset and not satisfied!

Spent a quick night on our way to Galveston. Property was clean and well maintained

Clean,safe quiet traveling with kids so these were very important

I felt a little itchy every time I lay down in bed. I checked my feet but I couldn't see anything in sight and that made me very uncomfortable.

Decent hotel for the lower end price range. All staff were very nice and accomodating. The room was large and very clean. Microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, iron & board all in room. Hair dryer in bathroom didn't work and TV didn't work very well. A/C worked great.

Clean place. Half way to meet up hotel with my fiancée for a romantic bangathon with her . I love her! Long distance relationships!

Breakfast was horrible, pancake maker left pancakes not cooked. The rooms have been updated but not very well the floor they put in was not level at all. This was more like a 2 star hotel.

Breakfast options were limited and bathroom tub did not drain.

No frills hotel. Beds were comfy. Hotels.com says they have breakfast but I never saw any.

Awful customer service. I had a dog and a cat- was driving from ft. worth 2 Houston I was going back to Houston after attending a funeral. I was trying to make it to Houston for work in the morning, but I got tired and decided to stop off in Buffalo so I could rest for a few hours before getting back on the road. I am a teacher, and had been out of school and visiting family for the past couple weeks over the holidays prior to the funeral. I had my dog and my cat with me because they had traveled to my folks house with me on the Holiday break. Both animals were ESA registered and are protected under federal law. The lady at the front desk looked at the ESA paperwork for both the dog and the cat. She checked me in. I went to go find cat litter for the cat since it was unplanned stop. At 12:56 AM, I came back in w/ cat litter )that I had searched for at 3 different gas stations in the middle of the night and in the middle of nowhere). It was then that the front desk lady told me that I could not have cats, even if they were ESA registered. I told her it was 1 AM and I was not moving to another hotel when she had given me a key. I told her this was her mistake and she needed to make this right. She said she did not realize that cats were not allowed until the owner told her. I told her she needed to make this right since it was her mistake. She told me I needed to leave or she was calling police. I ended up having to put the cat in carrier and crack windows of car to stay.

The staff did not explain the occupancy rules of the room, we were charged extra due to an emergency that caused us to have an extra person in the room. The staff was not accommodating at all.

My husband and I stay here often. Once every month or two. They are always sweet and we never have an issues!
