My stay at this property fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep. The room itself was unclean, and I also noticed insects during my stay, which raised serious concerns about pest control and hygiene standards. The shower was in poor condition, and the drainage did not work properly, leaving standing water after each use. Strong cooking odors were noticeable throughout the property, including in common areas, and the hallways were in poor condition, with trash and debris scattered about. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor, resembling vomit, in parts of the building. I also want to flag a concerning booking experience: when browsing available rooms, premium room categories were listed as "sold out," yet upon arrival, I could clearly see that several of these rooms were empty and unoccupied. This raises questions about how availability is being displayed to guests. Additionally, I was surprised by the 8.2 rating this property held on Hotels.com prior to my stay, as it did not at all reflect the conditions I encountered. I'd encourage other travelers to read recent reviews carefully and not rely solely on the aggregate score. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this property to other travelers until these issues are addressed.

The room smelled horrible from cleaning products. The whole place should be demolished as it’s in terrible condition. Seems to be a residential location for those addicted to drugs and such.

Dirty microwave and coffee maker, missing bulb in bathroom, blown bulb above sink, hole in the wall where an outlet must have been, towels were clean but had a smell of being in storage. Very dated interior but functional. God enough to sleep for one evening.
