The elevator needed reset by the attendant nearly every time we needed to use it. I am disabled with a bad back and unable to use the stairway. The bar area, Rusty’s, was not open due to lack of employees which was VERY disappointing!! The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. The room was clean and comfortable. There were several eating options within 3-5 minutes walk. There was a nice park with paved walking trails, playground and a dog park right behind the hotel

Quiet, clean, updated hotel with everything you need and some surprise extras like a larger than normal refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and a comfy armchair and ottoman in the room. Nice clean pool and hot tub area, and a great variety of breakfast offerings. The bar area was cute and and cozy. Nice location right off the interstate. Friendly, efficient staff. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an actual breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt. Nice spread. The only issue was our bathroom, the shower in particular. When I took a shower in the morning there was long hair in the tub. It had to be someone else’s hair. That was gross. The water in the shower cut off every 20-30 seconds and the water pressure is as abysmal.

Apart from the fact that the room smelled terrible, we enjoyed our one night stay. Speak up if your room smells awful. We did not as it was bearable after a hour. Included Breakfast was great.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Decent bath towels, although the hand towels were rather thin. The bathroom is a good size with a nice walk-in shower. Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and we recommend it for a short stay. The only real negative is the breakfast which is included in the room rate. Coffee is very weak and no half & half for the coffee. There was no oatmeal - just a few dry cereals. The other food was unappetizing.

the toilet was too low. The rooms were not quiet I could hear conversations and the tv from other rooms. The hallway noise was a bit loud. Other than that, I was quite pleased with everything else. Very happy that the bath towels were thick and big!

The hubby and I decided to take a weekend trip north and had stayed here before. We decided to upgrade our average stay to a jacuzzi suite so the boys could have a tub to play in for a bit, then the hubby and I could relax after we got the boys to bed... the only problem was the fact that the room was on the 2nd floor... i did not feel safe after filling the tub up to let my boys play in it bc the floor was actually shifting around the jacuzzi so we didnt let them play in it. We drained it inmediately! The size of the room was great! But the size of the TV... it was only like 30 inches on a XXL dresser/entertainment center. You literally were staring at a tik-tac halfway across the room. And the elevator is a little sketchy too... it doesnt sit level with the 2nd floor and shutters when it comes to a stop like its slipping. This place has huge potential, but need some major behund the scenes upkeep.

Really nice people! Tina & her crew have always been really nice to us. Place has always been clean & when I told them I had just had sinus surgery they gave me an extra box of tissues. When my hubby went down to see if coffee was happened to be made at 0400 she went a head & started putting breakfast out so we could eat before we took off. Sooo sweet of them as breakfast wasn’t supposed to start until 0500!

Excellent staff. I got stock on the road and as result was late to check in. The Expedia put me on no-show list and can elled my 2 day reservation. Needless to say that I arrived at 4am and wanted to go to sleep. The staff took care of it all. Got me into the room and sorted it out with Expedia at no extra charge. Awesome experience.

Great stay. We were traveling with our family and were able to check in very late, which made it easy for our travels. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful which was so nice, from the moment we checked in to check out there were smiling faces to greet us. Rooms/bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options to sit and a TV for those who enjoyed a little entertainment in the mornings. Shrek was playing and my kids enjoyed it. We would stay again! Thank you to the staff who were so friendly and welcoming, it really makes all the difference to have that personal experience.

I really appreciated that my request to be moved farther from the elevator was arranged by the reception attendant. The staff also was very helpful when I called asking how can I get a ride from Quincy airport to their hotel. They gave me contact info that had excellent price. I did not stop to enjoy the breakfast or any other hotel features. Parking in front was well lit and there is a gas station/convenience store across the street and grocery as well as other shopping in a very short walk.

The room was ok. The associates were polite and friendly. There was an error made during check in (they overcharged a pet fee x 100 times). They apologized and said they would waive the pet fee. However, they then charged us twice and only refunded it once, so we paid full price anyway even after their mistake. Lastly, virtually no dining choices in the area - unless you consider Steak and Shake a dining option, which we don't.

Clean, comfortable room. Good complimentary breakfast with hot & cold items. Only complaint, which I expressed, was at check-in. Asked for ID and CC for incidentals, which is fine, but my CC info was manually written down on a sheet of paper that I had to sign. I was told that this sheet of paper would be shredded if the room was in ok shape after checkout. I did not feel comfortable with this policy and feel this is an easy way for cc info to be compromised

Property is innvery good conditions, very clean, very accesible and very goid price. If your going to Culver Stockton College this is the best place to stay in. Walking distance. You have a gas station with Mini Mart, Subway (Sandwiches) , Shake and Stake, Chinesse Rest, and Supermarket just in front of the Hotel. Main higheay also. Great location.

Very nice hotel right off the interstate. Rooms were large and even had a nice couch. Clean and quiet. Heads Up! The only place to eat there was a family restaurant that normally serves a buffet but we weren’t hungry enough for that. I think they close at 8:00PM. There was a Steak and Shake across the street and it was already closed when we arrived at 6:00pm. Ended up getting a hotdog at the gas station next door as that was the only hot food they had. No Domino’s or Pizza Hut.

I would not recommend this property. When I called them the gal was very rude. Walking in our room had almost an old smell or like a smokey smell that was being covered up. Wallpaper was all peeling away and bubbled up. The bathroom floor was dirty. Light bulbs were a mix of white and yellow so not good lighting. The "white" hair dryer was so discolored, almost yellow. Dogs barking down the hall. Noise above. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs were runny, sausage undercooked. biscuits and gravy....the biscuits were cold, literally - like out of the fridge. They advertise a bar which doesn\'t appear it\'s been open for some time.
