Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was absolutely superb, highlighted by their wonderful staff, top-notch facilities, and an incredibly caring management team. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine warmth made our experience truly special. The fitness center at the hotel is excellent. It's well-equipped with modern machines and maintained to the highest standards, offering everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The space is clean, spacious, and provides a great environment for both a quick exercise session or an extended workout. Additionally, the integrity and efficiency of the management were clearly demonstrated when we accidentally left behind a watch and headphones in our room. Not only did the hotel management promptly contact us about the forgotten items, but they also arranged a convenient way for us to retrieve them. This thoughtful action by the hotel staff was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest service. Overall, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was exceptional. Best facility in newer part of Guangzhou, right across from Cantor tower. Very attentive service with good gym and restaurant inside. We appreciate Freya, assistant guest relationship manager for her pleasant assistance.

What an amazing hotel! The manager Rocky was fabulous . The food, the room, the spa and the whole stuff was amazing. It’s highly recommended. I love my stay in Ritz Carlton.

広州のホテルにはいろいろ泊まりましたが、リッツカールトンなのでサービスはとてもよく、皆親切。クラブラウンジは量は十分、質もまあ悪くない。一点良くなかったのは、部屋のバスタブの清掃がなされておらず、湯船にお湯を貯めてつかるこよができなかった。

We did not like the first room we got, the hotel quickly changed another one for us. The room was big and basically had everything we need during our short stay. Just that this hotel is surrounded by tall buildings and the view is not open.

I told the hotel in advance that it was my wife\'s birthday. When we entered the suite, there were balloons, "happy birthday" banners, birthday cake, strawberries and cream, chocolates and a personal hand-written birthday note. in the living room. It was just wonderful. The staff were all absolutely wonderful for the entire one-night stay. And of course, the suite was just stunning. It reminded me of some of the top-end apartments in Manhatten. I could easily live there. Japanese toilet, huge tub, all the amenities. Brilliant.

Perfect location and service

Amazing hotel, amazing location!

This was a last minute stopover hotel for us. Having flown for 10 hours and discovered that our connecting flight was postponed for 15 hours, this hotel was a godsend. It was close to a shopping mall where we found Din Tai Fung; delicious! The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a log. Breakfast options were amazing. 10/10!

Location is beautiful and convenient. Services were excellent. Above all, staffs were very attentive, polite and helpful!

Beautiful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful in every way. Service is excellent. Breakfast was a wide range of delicious foods around the world.

A little bit crowded, but good variety of foods, tables are too close to each other, local dim sum are delicious.

感觉开了比较久的酒店，送餐的menu方面选择挺有限的，早上想喝杯摩卡咖啡都没有的程度，有点不能理解。房间窗户中間有一堵墙，习惯了正常ritz都是落地大玻璃，这个房间令人失望。但是开夜床的同事Allen超級细心，很礼貌很周到，赞一个～

had diarrhoea and stomach upset after consuming some oysters and the breakfast was not much better for Ritz's standard.
