I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!

Staff was great and the hotel was clean and nice. We had issues with getting warm water... we moved from our first room because there was no hot water in the sink. The morning we left the shower was barely warm.
