Solid hotel. Next to the interstate but did not notice too much noise. The location was great because you could walk across the street to Meijer for anything you need. Tons of other food options so close too. The only real disappointment was the hot tub was not working (which seems to be a common thing at hotels, I guess these are hard to maintain?) but it was a good place, I would stay here again. Oh and it is close to the airport too but I did not hear plane noise either, I don't think its under the usual flight path of planes. I faintly heard a few, but very very minor.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The pool was a decent size and there was a hot tub, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good--eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, juice, make your own Belgian waffle, etc. Laundry facilities were clean. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers, $1.25 per load. The bed was super comfortable, probably one of the better nights of sleep I've had in a while. The area around the hotel was fine. Near a Home Depot and Sam's club. About 20-30 minutes from Cincinnati.

While check in host and facility were very nice, it was surprising and very inconvenient to learn the airport shuttle did NOT run for early morning flights. There was NO indication of this on the web site, and that service was one of the key factors in my choosing this property over others. I hope management can address this significant and inconvenient gap in service with me and for others.

Web site said Airport shuttle. Then when we checked in. Our flight was too early. Web site didn't indicate times. Staff was friendly, and apologetic. Sheet were rough. We ended up paying $180 for parking. I was not happy.

I reserved this hotel specifically for the hot tub. I called before we came to make sure it was in working order. The first time I used the hot tub it was nice and hot but the jets were not working. I went to the front desk and told them and they were able to get the jets working. Went down the next morning to use the hot tub again and it was lukewarm and jets were not working again. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

The room was sub par. There was orange stuff stained on the headboard-looked like old hair dye. Dirty bathroom wall by the toilet paper. Looked like mold on the ceiling and by the sink. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The location was easy to get to. There was a meijer near by.

The pool is in need of serious repairs. There are multiple chunks of the pool floor missing. The pool and hot tub are disgusting. The water is so cloudy and poorly filtered. The rooms were not terrible. The towels are not being checked after washing. The bedding is either not being checked after switching sheets out, or they aren't being changed at all.

We had a split stay: Thurs-Fri & Sun-Wed. Thurday we checked in to a second floor room. Best bed I have slept in for years. Room was clean and comfortable. I would give it an Excellent rating. Second check in was to a first floor room. It had not been used recently and it rained the entire stay so the AC unit couldn't keep up with the humidity. The room was wet the entire time and smelled musty. We told them at check out and they were aware that it was an issue.

Exceeded our expectations. Room suite was huge. Only downside was our room appeared to be missing a couch for some reason. Big open wall area. But otherwise was really nice. Beds were great. Shower was great. Front Desk was super nice. Bravo LQ. Very nice.

Very clean. Only issue was no hot water, warm but got cold quick. Other than that it was very good. We didn’t report it so it’s not the hotel’s fault, it was odd that we had hot water in the sink but not in the shower.

Bathroom did not have a fan. Toilet connection had a slow leak. Air conditioner motor was loud and needs to be looked at. Breakfast was average. Location was close to Interstate so odd number rooms have a lot of noise from traffic. Lots of dining options close to the hotel.

Our room, which we chose because of the layout of a two bedroom suite (very hard to find), was extremely loud. Faced the highway, and with the airport close by, it was incessant noise all day long and through the night.

It was a quick 1 night stay to break up our long drive home from vacation. We were greeted immediately at the front desk and were promptly checked in and given directions to our room. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. It was close to the highway so that we could continue on in the morning quickly. The area was close to many restaurants within a few mile radius if you needed a place to eat.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was immaculate. Property was quiet. The 24/7 beverage station downstairs was perfect for me. I needed 4am transport to airport and it was not available that early, but Tabirtha went above and beyond to help me coordinate and took care of my return transportation. The ability to park my car there at LaQuinta instead of longterm parking at airport made me feel better. I will definitely recommend LaQuinta to everyone! Tabitha needs a raise. Thank you again LaQuinta!

Upon checkin, we were promised 24/7 coffee. When we checked out this morning there wasn't any available coffee. Tayla (front desk) said she hadn't had time to brew any coffee despite observing her siting and scanning her phone. Very unprofessional and poor customer service!

It started off wonderful as soon as we arrived when Tabitha greeted us! She was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. She had AMAZING customer service! She checked us in quickly, went over a few things and wished us well. She was GREAT!! The whole hotel was extremely clean which isn't something you see at some hotels. We stayed in the Deluxe King which was very spacious. The beds and pillows were super comfy! We both agreed that this is the nicest LaQuinta we've ever stayed at. Breakfast was really good too! I'm a sucker for a waffle station :-) The next morning we were greeted with lots of good mornings and friendly faces as we left. (No one was sitting down, everyone was cleaning as we left. Impressive!) The whole experience was great! We would come back to the area just to stay at this hotel. 10 out of 10

I had specifically requested to NOT be placed by an elevator or ice machine…we were literally placed next to BOTH! It was loud! Also, we reserved a suite with a couch-not what we were given, but it was too full to accommodate a change at that point. Last thing, the room was kind of dirty-the bedcover had mouse droppings on it and a hole in it, and the walls had dirt marks like smudges on them. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well either. We were pretty disappointed with what we got for what we paid and will likely not stay here again. We stayed previously and it was not like this.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta, and had no issues with most of it. When checking in, I specifically asked if we would be able to extend our stay by one night 'IF my family member's parent allows the visit'. I was told there were plenty of open rooms, and it would not be an issue. I forgot the morning we were to check out to go to the front desk and pay for another day. When I realized check-out time had passed, I immediately went to the desk. The manager on duty was fairly sharp with me, telling me I was '30 minutes LATE checking out', that there WERE no rooms available (turns out there were), and that what I was told upon checking in wasn't 'really their problem'. She also told me, "You should have reserved the room for an extra night when you checked in", although I had already explained that I didn't know then I would be staying--that it depended on a former family member. I did explain that had I known, I would have--and that if she'd like to deal with this person, to go for it. I will give her credit--she was able to change her attitude, allowed us to keep our room, and was pleasant from then on. Everybody has a bad day--I guess that was her moment. Everything else was great.

I just want to say how amazing I was treaded. I made a mistake on my booking & couldn't resolve it online but call the hotel Directly & they handled it for me with no problems then when I arrived they knew who I was by the late arrival & name without me saying anything. I travel a lot for work & I will make this my permanent stay when in this market. Top notch please share my feedback with the staff ! Thank you for being amazing !

One of two staff members was nice, very rude younger man. Breakfast was not great. No electricity on the 4th night we stayed from 3:30am till we left at 9, and their emergency back up lights weren't working either so they had to use glow sticks for the stair well. They did not notify their guests for safety and one older man said he woke up to his CPAP machine not working and he couldn't breathe. This place clearly doesn't care about their customers, no offer of partial refund to anyone. Dirty towel laid on my bathroom floor from the time we checked in till the 3rd day.

I liked everything about this property, I would definitely stay here again. The front desk was very helpful with all needs, I think her name was Bobbi. The room was clean the breakfast was great, Biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, bread for toast and apple, orange juice or milk. All day coffee and Hot chocolate are available. Location was great for going to the Ark and Creation museum'

Very clean, great staff. Comfy rooms. Pool was overrun with unsupervised children, so we didn't use it. Breakfast was completely gone by 8a.m and didn't get refilled so we missed that.

The breakfast was overcooked and very limited. Very picked over before it closed at 10 am Saturday. I had a sleepless night the first night the maid came and I asked her to come back the next day. She came back that afternoon and had another person with her when they knocked again forcing me to get out of the bed and answer the door a second time to ask her again to come back tomorrow. I have many medical issues and had been up all night! Our plane does not leave until 6 and we asked for a late checkout 3pm they would only give is until noon. They were not booked up and could have accommodated us. The best thing about this hotel is front desk person and pool and hot tub.

Staff was welcoming and very kind and prompt with any assistance needed. Bed slept wonderfully. Cleanliness was excellent. Indoor pool area was nice but was cold! Thank goodness for hot tub! Hot breakfast bar was great.
