Comfortable stay. Shuttle to airport was very convenient.

I use the park and ride here which is an amazing service. Their shuttle to the airport is great. The room was wonderful. The bar was good. I would definitely stay here again for sure.

Very small pool But very clean property

Needed definite upgrades. Had a hard time with customer service. Toilet broke took forever to get a plunger to room. Received no help and spent hours of our own time trying to fix. Pool was COLD, super small, and needs to be cleaned. Found Multiple bugs crawling around on the bathroom floor. My son was stung by multiple bee's walking into the key entry side door. There was a yellow jacket nest above the door frame. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I called with questions prior to arriving. the same receptionist checked me in. She recognized me from the call. Pleasant surprise. Just all around friendly staff. Airport shuttle was very convenient.

I would like to thank some staff members there at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport. After staying for two nights, I checked out totally forgetting my stuff inside the safe. Although the safe got locked the first time, they were genuinely apologetic. Everything eventually worked out and I was able to go to the airport with their shuttle. The stay there was overall very pleasant.

Our flight was delayed and we would mias our connecting flight and had to stay an extra unexpected night. We needed a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle because we had an early flight and we were able to get a quick reservation at this Hilton. Checkin was quick. Walked to a near by restaurant for dinner. The room and hotel were clean and modern. This hotel turned what started as a bad day into a good extra day added to our trip. Thank you!

We stay here often. Airport shuttle, very convenient

Do NOT stay or park your car here. We stayed one night and then parked for a week. We were told to call for the shuttle when we landed so they could make sure a shuttle was coming to us. I called and was told a shuttle was on the way and should be there in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes I called back and was told we must have just missed the shuttle and they would send it back for us. After 30 minutes of waiting I called again and was told again the shuttle was on the way. After 45 minutes I called again and they kept saying a shuttle was on the way. Finally, after an hour another shuttle driver told us that we need to call an Uber, because this hotel flat out lies to people about sending a shuttle and they would never show up. This was a nightmare after already being stuck in the airport for 2 hours. Multiple different staff members answered the phone and lied without hesitation about a shuttle being on the way to us.

There was hair on the pillows, toothpaste on cabinets, walls were dirty.

The cleaning was terrible. Housekeeping needs to do a better job on the rooms. Pillowcase looks to have had blood stains on them. Bathroom floor had hair on it and tub. Dust all over the tables lamps and desk.

Always love the Hilton, this was definitely an exception. Room would barely pass inspection to be considered “clean”. Used soap in shower and trash not taken out. Noticeably outdated, with cheap repairs showing through everywhere.

There were bugs in my room… very tiny crawling bugs… I killed the first bugs I saw in the room..I didn’t see another bugs until the next morning crawling near my luggage that was sitting on the counter… I was then upset I explained to the clerk at the desk about the bugs they offer 5000 Hilton point… found another bug crawling on my bag in the lobby… to say the least this was the worst experience ever… and the desk clerks were no help!! In fact one clerk started giving me a lecture on leaving food out…I’m 66 yrs old I know better… in fact the bugs were in the room before I arrived and we didn’t eat in the room… Disgusted!!!

Got the job done, clean room,

The staff were nice and professional. The hotel was clean but the room keys constantly wouldn’t work. We had to get 5 sets of room keys in less than 48 hours. The snacks they have on site are crazy expensive. And slightly inconvenient that they don’t have an ice machine on the first floor or vending machines. The bathroom had a few issues of the tub not draining and it is very small.

The staff were very friendly, and were responsive. Unfortunately one of the lamp light bulbs in my room was out, and the toilet backed up the first time it was flushed. The headboard on the bed also had some evident wear and tear.

When we arrived at 4:30pm we were told our room wasn’t ready and would have to wait. We booked a deluxe king room because we wanted a larger space. A few minutes later we were given a smaller room and our room rate wasn’t adjusted The staff said the room was considered a suite, but really wasn’t.

Wont stay at an old Hilton again. Room 518: The toilet wouldn’t flush and it had a slow leak that sounded like running water. The tub wouldn’t drain either. 4-5” of standing water when you take a shower that didn’t drain even when the shower was done. When the ac kicked on it sounded like a cat with a mini jack hammer. But the windows opened about 6” so you could get some fresh air. They sent someone to fix the toilet but he didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate the problem.. he plunged the toilet but it didn’t fix either problem. I asked the front staff if they had rooms available. She said yes! I said good I would like to be put in a new room. Then she changed her tune an said we couldn’t change room cuz they were full. If the supervisor wasn’t standing next to her we would’ve had to wait an extra day to change rooms. The supervisor told her there was 4 rooms available and got us switched right away and comped us breakfast. ( which is ridiculously expensive and not included with the stay) $21 per person for a cheap continental breakfast. Room 269: Much better. Except the bathroom fan didn’t work and the windows wouldn’t open at all. When we entered the room it was so muggy that the blankets on the bed were damp. And no fresh to be had. This was all fine until the boys staying in the room next to us arrived at 11:45pm. They clearly didn’t know hotel etiquette. We could hear their entire conversation through the walls the must be made of paper.

Clean room had all the updated electronic hooks ups, bed was comfortable except for the pillows which were like sleeping on sand bags, bathroom was clean but the celing was caving in and had a good sized crack that has been ignored by staff for many months. First time staying at Hilton, expected more for the money spent..............

This is not a 4 star hotel. The lobby is nice and clean. Rooms are dated and bathroom is very very very small. Can’t open the door while standing by the toilet. You have to move to the side in order to close. Terrible design, more like a motel than a hotel. Over priced mini mart with $10 water bottle. No regard for honors members. Don’t stay here.

Everyone was very pleasant, my stay was comfortable. The only thing that was missing from my Jr. King Suite that would have made it better was a microwave.

Air conditioner in room did not work properly. Was hot in the room.

It was great. We came to stay for a concert in Cincinnati and we wanted to try to check in early to get ready. We came and registration was great to find us a room. We came back that night late and my daughter had sun poisoning and a very kind security officer helped her find Gatorade and brought her some burn first aid pads. The room was great and comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Such great customer service! We will definitely stay again!

Mike the gentleman at the bar was very nice and attentive. Great service and made great recommendations for dinner outside the property

Front desk was amazing

After checking in, I was assigned to a room and ciuld not get in. Aftee 3 attempts back abd forward to the front desk i learned that someone was asleep in the room. A second room waa assigned abd adter 3 attempts only to find out that there was someone in that room. called security security came abd gave us a 3rd room. It took us over an hour. 4 and a 1/2 to get assigned a room

First I want to say A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff who prepared all the food and waited on all of the conference people you guys did an amazing job and we appreciate you. Also, I wanna give a shout out to Roberto and James with the front desk. They were so very welcoming and accommodating of everyone’s needs. That being said, when we all checked out on Sunday, there was an older white woman at the desk who was very rude and combative with multiple people. I would love to speak to the general manager at some point about the experience as well and what I witnessed.

While everything was very clean and well kept the front desk staff was condescending, rude, and judgmental. Made a comment "we don't have a free breakfast here, with a pause then said, you have to actually pay for it". It was extremely judgemental and unprofessional. We are on a multi state tour of different colleges for my oldest. It not only upset me but my son. I don't normally care what hotel I stay at as long as it's clean and convenient but I won't be staying at Hiltons anymore.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival when my plane was delayed. Staff was very friendly all around and room was very comfortable and spacious.

A great stay for your airport needs. The airport shuttle was very convenient! Clean room with a great bed and quiet during my stay. I enjoyed the gym every morning. However, it is pretty far out from most attractions and food places and the bathroom was pretty tiny with the toilet right next to the tub which made it uncomfortable but it did not bother me much. Overall a great stay if you want to be near the airport!

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel and all was good and comfortable. Unfortunately, getting around is difficult as it seems there is traffic no matter what time of day. Be patient as there are so many options for dining, and shopping.

This hotel was well-maintained, rooms are cleaned & location is close to everything. Staff are friendly & helpful. My family enjoyed our stay.

Super clean. Very comfortable. Bedding was fantastic. Great stay. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff were super lovely and went out of their way to be sure you had everything you needed for your journey. MUST STAY and will return again and again!

Kids loved the pool area. Drinks at the bar were pricey. Room was clean, only stocked with two towels though and trash can was so small it gave us a laugh.

I stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and years had the worst buffet I ever encountered. I was told it was $15 and that still wasn't worth it and then I got a bill for $44 Some of the food on there was an edible should've went to a different restaurant

I can only rate this experience as poor. I paid 15 extra dollars for breakfast on Expedia. After discovering my early travel plans negated my ability to attend the later breakfast, I requested the hotel clerk adjust the charge, which they deferred to Expedia. I tried to contact Expedia, which I found not easily communicable, but did leave a request. No response. Not inclined to use Expedia again.
