Definitely staff at the beginning. When we went to check in at 315pm there was no staff to be seen. They did leave a phone and instructed to pick up the phone. Which I did...however the worker seemed almost annoyed I was checking in. Room was ok. The faucet in the sink was so loose it moved and you could see down the side of the faucet. Gym is servely lacking. Treadmill didn't work but the bike did. my kids and I went to swim around 630-7 . The pool area was so dark it looked closed and there were no lights...nor was there anyone at the front desk at the time we looked to ask. Some of the bathroom towels were dingey and looked VERY worn...almost to the point you could see through. My husband also got attacked by a stink bug. We slept ok. Breakfast was good despite the worker who was maintaining it was literally up our butt and I almost knocked into her several times while I was getting my breakfast. It was early and there was only myself and my husband and one other guest getting food...so idk why she was on me I took my kids later and it was busy...however same thing the staff was up my son's butt. Food was good. Check out was easy. We won't be staying again though.

The workout area is a joke. You ha e to walk through the pool deck to tiny room with the occupancy of 3. There was a treadmill, bike and a half broken cable system for weights. It’s unreal and the area is on a main road so there is nowhere to walk outside safely.

The front desk was courteous and friendly. Outside was well maintained, the lobby was clean, and I stayed in a ground floor one queen room. It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Only very small negatives the parking lot is very small and when I checked in it was 85° outside and the room A/C was completely off. I understand for cost and energy saving purposes but it was very warm in the room and luckily I only had to drop off my luggage before leaving for a meeting so I was able to turn the A/C on and have the room cooler when I returned later on for the evening, otherwise I would have been very uncomfortable trying to unwind after my roadtrip & meeting.

This was probably one for the worst hotel stays we've had in awhile. The hotel advertised an indoor pool, which is one reason we picked it. What they didn't advertise is that the pool IS NOT HEATED! Neither is the room the pool is in. The room was satisfactory other that the very dim bathroom light. The parking lot was a sheet of snow and ice with no clean place to pull your luggage. The breakfast got us fed but was not good. I was very disappointed in the amenities.

Only complaint is we were told the pool was heated. Unfortunately, the water and the pool room were both very cold. They found our granddaughters sleep bear after we checked out and held it for our daughter to pick up. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was adequate.

I've stayed here twice in the past year. It was fine, but nothing exceptional. The room was comfortable but worn. The exterior doors did not open with room keys. Each night I had to park in back but walk around front to get in. The fitness room was tiny and had two aerobic machines and one weight lifting machine with only one attachment. The breakfast was standard, nothing special.

So I want to start by saying I wish I could give a better review as the front desk staff was very nice. However upon getting in our room which smelled like an entire can of Lysol was sprayed in the room, the first thing I noticed was the dirt behind the bathroom door when I closed it to use the restroom. The shower curtain was dirty, almost looked like it was at one time moldy. The mattress cover under the sheet shifted after sleeping the first night and I then noticed all the stains the next morning. It looked like possible blood, more than from a scratch. The hotel it’s self felt older with I don’t mind but the cleaning around the building in general was too lax for my comfort at this Comfort Inn.

They didn’t clean the rooms or make the beds. They only replaced towels and took garbage out. When we asked for items that were out for breakfast we were greeted with huffs and rolled eyes. When the AC was blowing there was a musty smell in the room. It was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have had and I travel a lot.

Checked in at 8:30pm. Clean, spacious and quiet. Very comfortable bed and the temperature "cooling" worked great. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was a quick in and with no hassles at a valued price.

My daughter was supposed to stay 1 night. There was black hair and what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets. I did not want her to stay...if the "cleaned" sheets were thart dirty, who knows what was on the rest of the room. She left after just 15 minutes if arriving. I called the front desk...who could barely speak english, to tell them. He said I would need to go through expedia to get a refund. I have not been able to get through to expedia customer service to speak to anyone on this issue. Extremely frustrated!!!

The hotel was just ok. The room smelled weird, the bathroom was TINY and the sink’s faucet was so wobbly that touching it moved the faucet side to side. We could hear people running overhead during the night and the bed was uncomfortable.

The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms and the hallways; they smell bad. The room with a king bed also has a nice couch, but you can't see the TV from the couch. The mattress was worn out, like most hotels, but wasn't too bad. It was good overall.

My stay would have been completely eventless if I wasn’t woken up at 2:00 am and 6:00 am both nights of my stay by my room vibrating and the continuous loud sound of a water pump blasting. I had to call to the front desk to have them shut it off every time they graciously turned it off every time. I would have preferred to have not been placed above such a loud area in the hotel. The hotel was clean otherwise and the staff was nice. I just didn’t get a lot of rest.

Our stay was very good. Got checked in a little early. Room was perfect for us and on the main level and close to the entrance. Only complaint is at 6:00am, whoever or whatever was above us, sounded like a herd of cattle going across the floor for over an hour. Not exactly sure what was going on above us. So maybe main level isn't always the best. :)

You had a nice lady at the front desk who was very helpful. However, due to being placed in a room between the elevator and the area above the lobby area, we asked the guy who checked us in if we could be moved. He was nice to move us BUT, even after we stated that we didn't want to be in a high traffic area, he placed us in Rm 107; which was right inside the hallway, on the other side of the restrooms, vending machines and the door that must had been slammed shut 100 times between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:30AM. Needless to say, our nights were long and without sleep.

However, due to being placed in a room between the elevator and the area above the lobby area, we asked the guy who checked us in if we could be moved. He was nice to move us BUT, even after we stated that we didn't want to be in a high traffic area, he placed us in Rm 107; which was right inside the hallway, on the other side of the restrooms, vending machines and the door that must had been slammed shut 100 times between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:30AM. Needless to say, our nights were long and without sleep.

The pool area was so dark it looked closed and there were no lights...nor was there anyone at the front desk at the time we looked to ask. Some of the bathroom towels were dingey and looked VERY worn...almost to the point you could see through. My husband also got attacked by a stink bug. We slept ok. Breakfast was good despite the worker who was maintaining it was literally up our butt and I almost knocked into her several times while I was getting my breakfast. It was early and there was only myself and my husband and one other guest getting food...so idk why she was on me I took my kids later and it was busy...however same thing the staff was up my son's butt. Food was good. Check out was easy. We won't be staying again though.

Front desk gave us a key to our room, when we put our card in opened the door it was stopped by the door latch. Went back to front desk she knocked on the door and tried calling to occupant to come to the front desk with their I’d. This was 2 am. She then said there were no more king room and offered us a double. I said how does that happen that I booked and paid for a room, then all of a sudden she gave us key cards for another king suite. Her English was strained and it was hard to understand her. The room smelled musty, the toilet did not fill with water and the light was flashing, about ready to burn out. The sheets were wrinkled but looked clean. The breakfast was ok, terrible coffee and only 1 waffle machine for all the people. Asked for a receipt upon checkout and said it was not available. We would never stay here again and would be cautious of all Comfort Inns based on lack of brand quality and standards. And the poor couple that was woken up To bring their id to the front desk. I would be furious and cautious of the security.

Very pleasant welcome at check in, all questions answered promptly. Property clean, all plumbing electrical accessories in room fully functional. Strategically we’ll located to hit the road again early next morning. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Quiet area, close to restaurants for quick bite. If ever in the area again, definitely staying here again. Good value for the money.

Uncaring staff. Though smokeless, my room reeked of cigarettes. All light bulbs so dim the hotel is very dark. I kept trying to turn on the bathroom light and realized it was already on! Breakfast selection was bare minimum.

This was probably one for the worst hotel stays we've had in awhile. The hotel advertised an indoor pool, which is one reason we picked it. What they didn't advertise is that the pool IS NOT HEATED! Neither is the room the pool is in. The room was satisfactory other that the very dim bathroom light. The parking lot was a sheet of snow and ice with no clean place to pull your luggage. The breakfast got us fed but was not good. I was very disappointed in the amenities.
