The staff at this Hampton Inn was excellent. Our room was also nice and very clean. However, if you are staying here when the renovations are happening, be warned that the pool and fitness center are closed, there is a very limited breakfast area, and there is no group seating in the lobby. I am sure once the renovations are completed, it will be very pleasant again, but just be aware if staying in the hotel now (we stayed in early May 2025), a lot of the amenities with be closed or limited.

We really liked our room and the hotel. The major issue is the hotel is under construction and I was not aware of the work being done when I booked the reservation. Saturday morning we were disturbed at 7:30 by a lot of construction noise from the third floor (we were on the second floor). Staff was wonderful checking in as well as the staff at breakfast. Once construction is gone, access into the hotel should be easier as well as no noise.

A nice hotel that is getting renovated shortly after departure. Hopefully their parking lot gets a facelift as it is rather uneven but at minimum needs fresh paint to mark the parking spaces.

Very clean, efficient room with 2 queen size beds. Room looked and smelled very clean - the bathroom, bedding, and carpet all appeared well-kept and maintained. Guest areas front lobby all appeared neat and clean. Minimal interaction with staff was very good.

This is not the best but not the worst. Pool is small and clean. Entry is very welcoming with polite staff. Comfortable beds. The room was not cleaned fully with crumbs and hair in the box spring that the mattress was too small for. Not vacuumed next to beds. Spills on sides of night stand. Food on the wall. Dusty. Broken lamp shade. Body wash and conditioner didn’t work. Loud neighbors, slamming doors.

I only stayed for one night after visiting my tattoo artist in town. Didnt want to risk driving in a snowstorm. The night staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that there was a super bright streetlight outside my window. But i think thats just an unlucky draw and no fault to anyone. They had free breakfast and i must say this had to be the BEST free hotel breakfast ive ever had. They make the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls look mediocre by comparison. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The area was clean. Nothing tasted artificial at all. Really convenient spot. Hope to come back for another reason down the line

Way overpriced for what’s offered. $250 for a night! Sketchy closed down hotel behind this. Outdated rooms. Cooling off and on. Wifi didn’t connect always. Then I paid cash to extend a day and they still charged the credit card that I had to call and dispute. Breakfast was decent. Not coming back.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy with other guests being next to us and above us. We could hear their tv at later times at night and the people above us were walking around at 1am. Not necessarily anything the hotel staff could do about it, but something I think all hotels should keep in mind is creating better sound denting throughout the property. You shouldn’t be able to hear guests in the next room.

Received a call from Hampton Inn the morning of our arrival date. They were unable to provide a handicapped room due to being sold out and my reservation was a third party (Hotels.com) which was booked incorrectly. I was told a double queen room was avaliable and a shower chair would be provided.After we arrived, I found the room didn't have a shower chair. Steve at the front desk was unaware of the need for a shower chair. He kindly ran off and found a shower chair and installed it to the tub. The communication between the shifts was not addressed. Also , I booked the rooms in February 2025 for an August weekend, I did not expect any problems to arise in regards to a handicapped bedroom. If Hampton Inn doesn't want to give first rate service for a third party reservation, then get out of second, third, etc. party reservations. Sincerely Claudia, p.s. slept like a baby!

Loved that they had hot breakfast every day, and something different to choose from. When I requested towels from the front desk, it was taken care of immediately. 3 ladies and a young man at the desk were right on the ball. Had to get an associate from night duty to help us figure out how to watch basic TV. He was a white bearded very friendly man. I can't remember his name. Could definitely use an instruction sheet with the remote. We thank everyone for making our stay very pleasant. Laura S.
