From the moment we arrived, our stay was exceptional. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. Our rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, and the ice skating experience was a standout highlight. My family and I truly enjoyed our time at the Ritz-Carlton and look forward to returning.

The restaurant were nice but the food wasn’t amazing as I thought but it was ok. The staff was nice but my wife had an issue with the lady in the coffee shop where the drink that my wife ordered was way too sweet and my wife politely and nicely asked if she can make another one for her and she just took it from my wife’s hand threw it out and made the other drink without acknowledging or apologizing or anything.
