Holiday Inn Express and Suites Greenville by IHG

First of all I got charged twice for the room when my guest and I use both of our cards to split the bill . We kept had to request towels the room wasn't cleaned properly I had to go but cleaning stuff to clean as well

I come every year when I come visit family and each year we always receive amazing customer service and hospitality ! The rooms are always well clean ( we did find a hair bonnet in the pull out couch and a juice wrapper under the couch ) but overall room was clean ! Appreciate you guys for a pleased welcoming visit !

Coming from out of town I wasn’t informed until checking in that the water was brown, fortunately my hair hasn’t fallen out. The first room was not viable as none of the lights worked and the TV was not working. The second room was better, breakfast was nice,

Staff was courteous

Dog was barking all night, call the front desk several times , I asked for the manager the next morning they said they would call me back
