The rooms were very clean and large doorways which were appreciated. I did not like the Delta Delight Restaurant because food was served in a To Go Container and was onto fresh. It was prebattered and frozen.

The room was clean with nice linens, great bed pillows and mattress was amazing!! Check in was easy. Only one elevator was operational and that was inconvenient. Maintenance needs to work on toilet. Bowl did not always fill after use without manual help!!! Also, the front doors to the lobby need to open automatically as it was very difficult to get luggage carts through them. The doors are very heavy and one person has a hard time keeping the door open and navigating the cart! No valet or doormen to help!

I arrived and was looking forward to eating at the steakhouse. It is only open Friday and Saturday. They only had a cafe for dining and the experience was terrible. Its a large sit down restaurant but they are operating it as a take out stand. You order at the hostess stand and get a beeper. When the food is ready your beeper goes off and you have to walk to the back of this restaurant to stand in line to show your receipt and get your food. It all comes in styrofoam containers and plastic bags. They will give you plastic utensils if you want to eat there. Its a shame that that is the only dining option during the week and they arent operating the space as a cafe. The menu was full of mostly sandwiches and fried options. There are not sides listed on the menu. I asked the cashier what sides come with the meatloaf and she said I don't know, I haven't worked her very long. No attempt to find out. This was my experience with everyone working there. I ordered taco salad and the meat was ok but it was basically a huge plate of nacho chips with ground beef on top and a handful of lettuce. I like this property overall for the price point but they need to overhaul this "cafe".
