There was only one elevator working, hallway AC leaking, very very small shower, no room service, no electric vehicle charger(level 1, level 2 or level 3), none working power outlets(110 outlet)in the parking lot and no access to a 220 outlet in parking lot or near hotel. Need electric vehicle charger(s) or access to a 220 outlet.

We were really surprised how comfortable the bed and nice the room was for the amount of money. Felt like we were in a 4 star hotel room. Casino has smoking but the AC was on to filter it out. Did not have to go thru casino to get to the room. Plenty of free parking

Harlow's is usually my go to when I visit the Delta but I did find hair in the bathroom and a french fry under the desk. But as usual the staff was friendly, I like the spa, there are several options for dining and the bathrooms are huge.

What I like about it it was in the convenient location to all the events that we were having for our family reunion. What I didn't like about it I didn't have a refrigerator and was told that they didn't needed someone to come Mount one . I went to another room in the refrigerator was in mounted so I went down Saturday and they sent me a small one that had a lot of ice all over my food.Then the kids got wristband and checked in to go into the pool only to find out it was closed until Monday. So there was no activities for the kids besides the workout room, however they were babies.

It was to bad pool closes at 7pm. Suck for us cause we enjoy having out by the pool lost at the casino go figure lol we was just passing though on vacation. Bedrooms was clean gym needs a good deep cleaning. And

My stay was very delightful. It was a quick getaway. Although I didn’t partake in any casino activities it did look fun. There was also a live band on the weekends. The young lady at Perks coffee was very pleasant and made my macchiato with love both days. It was perfect. Lol. The young lady that checked me in, Kaliyah was super helpful. She made sure I was on a quiet floor and away from the elevator. My only recommendation for the property mgmt would be to offer more cable channel options or have TVs that allow streaming. There should also be separate parking for the hotel guests and the casino guests. The parking situation was slightly atrocious. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I was just scared to leave as I wasn’t sure I’d find parking when I returned.

The property is nice enough considering the location and amenities of Greenville. There is a definite smell of smoking in the lobby as the casino is nearby. The elevators smell less so, and the halls even less. The room did not smell of cigarettes. There are not refrigerators in each room. Even when requested (and I was there multiple nights), one never became available. An issue with hot water (as in I had none) was “resolved” in an hour, then had to be fixed again the following morning.

The front desk rep that checked us in on Saturday was wonderful. She as so nice and polite. With that being said, this place is over rated and dirty. I travel with cleaning supplies whenever I'm on the road and for good reason. The floors were dirty, walls filthy, bathroom UGH.....shower and tub rusted so terribly bad. The other guess treat the hallways like a party center at night. This is the only casino that has poor lighting to enter the premises. Everybody's nice is not the same.

Bath tub was unclean. Bathroom walls has some brown substance splashed on it. They don’t clean rooms or take out trash. The water is yellow. Bugs in room. Staff need customer service training .

The room was not clean. TV remote broken and TV difficult to use. Bed stand lights were either partially or completely burned out. Bathroom was walking style, but still dont think the bathroom should have flooded. Overall I was kind with my ratings. The maids spent a lot of time just chatting. Might account for the dirty room. Actually found a candy rapper on the floor. Made me wonder if the floor was even properly vacuumed. Will not stay again.

Large room, hallways were nice and clean. Rooms not so clean, bathtub was dirty and bathroom floor had a heavy film on it making it very slippery. Lobby was full of cigarette smoke however once upstairs you no longer smelled the smoke. 3 night stay, first night my husband woke to a large bug crawling on him and we moved rooms. Very Expensive for a hotel that is supposed to be a resort and doesn't even have wifi, a fridge or microwave in the room. We stayed at Harlow's a few years back and it was much better then, this time around not so much. We headed back to Greenville in a few weeks and will be staying elsewhere.

Don’t plan on a good nights sleep! We stopped on the way to Florida and people were out partying until about 3 in the morning. Not the hotels fault at all. Just a heads up! Also we went on Expedia and got a room rate half of what they gave us and they were glad to honor it!

Toilet was not stabilized. No current streaming channels. No news stations except Fox and CNBC. TV quality was poor, no refrigerator, poor lighting and exhaust fan loud. Property very clean. Rate Fair to good. Some of the staff were good some were rude.

The room was really nice. I loved that it was updated but I feel like the price that is charged should have all the television channels to choose from. Then the channels were crossed up, not even the channel for the shoes, that was disappointing. Also your am front desk young lady could've been more polite instead of robotic. Other than that, my stay was nice and comfortable.

I like to ease of checking in. I didn’t like the smell of smoke on my pillows. I didn’t like the few channels on the television. I didn’t like that I had no microwave nor refrigerator in my room. I am waiting for the extra charge of $237 to credit back to my credit card because I reserved the room on Orbitz and paid for the room in advanced. I also didn’t like that housekeeping tried to come in my room at 9:30 this morning when check out was 11am. Luckily I had the metal lack on the door or she would have entered into my room when I was not properly dressed.

The only real compliant I have about this is that it was very smoky smelling. Everywhere you turn, from check-in to the elevators to the room itself, there were signs saying, "no smoking," "smoke free hotel," "thank you for not smoking," and yet the smell was overwhelming in areas. The lobby was bad. The walk through the casino to the restaurant was awful. My pillow had smoke in it as well. I've had worse in bedding before, but it was there.

I was really impressed with the staff. The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and got us into our room efficiently and quickly. The young lady that got us the beds, bedding and towels was so friendly and easy to talk to. overall it was an A experience

Room was alright but service sucked. Not enough towels. Had to go to the front desk. No real room service. You call downstairs for food but you have to go get the food yourself from downstairs. I ordered food in their restaurant, sat for hour and food never came. Ask for a refund that never came back to my credit card. Drink station in Casino utterly filthy. Cleaned the room better than I received it and they still took my $100 deposit. Dont go there. Save your $$$

The tv didn’t work. When I tried to call the desk, the phone didn’t work. They wanted to argue with me about my reservation and told me I had it on the wrong day. I showed them my phone confirmation then they found it. After fixing their mistake, I was at the front desk for ten minutes. No apology, no thank you and they didn’t even tell me my room number. I truly felt discriminated against by their actions. Rude folks running that desk.

The hotel was very clean seemed brand new excellent food in the restaurant for a reasonable price safe environment. Parking and parking was free right next-door to the Mississippi bridge I would definitely recommend staying there if I was in the area again

Unusual place for an overnight, but it turned out very well. Breakfast very good; staff friendly across the board. The only problem was that road construction made the approach very difficult to read for the GPS and for local signage. Eventually found the place.

The bathroom faucet, hot water tap made a horrible sound when used. So loud it would rattle the mirror. The on/off switch for the jet tub was broken. Damaged, worn out baseboard molding around the window and a/c unit like something has been leaking. Not close to much of anything. Had to drive for descent restaurants.

This was a one night stop on longer trip. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. The casino was a little entertainment and staff was friendly. The cafe packaged food to go so we took the hint and ate in our room. Shower was good. There is nothing around the casino resort which was fine for this trip but FYI.

Steak house only open Friday and Saturday night. Cafe open only from 10am to 1pm. Perks coffee never opened before I left in the morning at 8am. Went there at 3pm and they wouldnt serve me cause they said they were closing. Requested a room clean and towels. Got 1 towel on my 3rd day. Room never cleaned after 2 requests.

Very smoky smell on main floor and in restaurants. Room was ok, nothing special. Only food available at 9pm was a limited menu cafe, where you order and pay before getting food. Sandwich was flavorless. Wait staff were totally indignant, wanted $2.95 for an empty cup so that I could have water. When I asked for a to-go box, the girl just walked away without a word. Will NEVER stay here again.

This property claims to have restaurants. Their fine restaurant was closed on Thursday night. Their other restaurant was ridiculous. You order at the counter, pay at the counter, and then their kitchen staff spends 25 minutes laughing their tails off while we are waiting for food. When it arrived it was cold, and the people who brought it to us simply dropped the styrofoam plates on our table and almost threw the utensils at us. The next morning we thought we would try the restaurant again hoping it would be a better experience, AND IT WAS CLOSED. The coffee shop for coffee and danish at 7:30 am CLOSED. We went to McDonalds. The casino was okay...but everything else was a huge disappointment. Will never return.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice! Also the bedding and bed were comfortable and clean. I am extremely particular and this was a comfortable room. The Delta Diner (not sure if I remember the name correctly) in the casino was very friendly and clean but the food was like a microwave dinner.

The staff was nice and friendly at check in and in the casino, the room was clean and large. The dining was very limited, I do not like to eat out of paper plates or to go plates and this was the only option. The food was ok but again no one ask you if you need anything just dropped off the bag of food at the table and that was it. Plus, I ordered water and ask if I could have a cup of ice for the bottled water- yes for $2.95 as you need to pay for the cup. So, I got tea- so sweet I could not drink much of it. We did not eat anything the next morning- didn't want to take a chance.
