Overall the property seemed to be unkempt. Pool and workout room were closed permanently it looked like. The breakfast buffet was minimal and pretty much out of everything if you don't get there first thing... The fixtures in the room were atrocious and the towels smelled like grease.

The pictures on Expedia is different from the actual picture in person it still needs updates I’ve machine was down so hopefully by next year they should have everything together and the pool wasn’t clean like they say it was just needs more tender love and care it has potential but gotta have a great crew to help you run it better

The room was dirty, not as pictured. Room I reserved was not the type of room I was provided. No fitness center, despite confirming there was one. Loud at night. Entrance door was broken so could not access lobby unless staff came to open or propped it open.

Everything was falling apart. A/C went out right after we got into our first assignd room and we had to move to another room. There was a hole in the bathroom in the 2nd assigned room barely covered by a board. Water was nasty. Mildew on the shower curtain. Pool was closed and the website boasted about the pool. Very poor breakfast selection.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very nice and gave us a very good night's sleep. The shower head was adjustable with adequate water pressure for a nice shower. The complimentary continental breakfast offered a variety of choices including a waffle-making appliance. We had a very pleasant overnight stay in this budget-friendly motel. The only disappointment was the pool was closed.

This was an extreme example of the hotel cutting every expense to the bone. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. I went to the desk to get some and they couldn't fi d any. They said they would bring me some but that didn't happen. There was a dirty towel from a previous guest behind he bathroom door. The light in the bathroom looked like it had a decade of crud on it. The lamp on the desk was badly rusted and the outlets on the wall light fixtures didn't work. The breakfast was the most spartan I have seen. No eggs. No bagels. No yoghurt. The waffle mix was empty. The lady that checked me in was polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sure went downhill from there.

Initially given a smoking room. Moved us to a non smoking at our request. But lots of people playing loud music, drinking and arguing and partying. Finally went to manager at midnight and she moved us to a different room. Rest of night uneventful. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles had run out. But great Mexican restaurant next door.

I have stayed in a Days Inn before, but this is by far the worst one ever. We found a roach in our room, and the sheets and blanket weren't cleaned properly. The water was brown! The room was very moist, the microwave was filthy the refrigerator was nasty and very moist as well. I should have run when I pulled up and saw the way the property looked.

This hotel was horrible the sheet where dirty the towels were dirty. The over all room was dirty. We had to literally buy our own sheet to stay here. There where people hangout in the parking lot. We would have left but everything was booked up due to the holidays.

This place was definitely not worth the money. My room was absolutely disgusting. Upon walking in the room my computer chair back part was bent almost 90 degrees. The counters were not wiped off. The bathroom had hair on the walls where it looked like someone was shaving their head. There was a hole in the wall behind the bed stuffed with tissue. I will not be going there again. Only upside is the front desk employees were nice. They need a remodel and a new staff for maid services. Absolutely unacceptable.

Was giving 3 different rooms that should have been blocked for maintenance issues. Room 1 bed not made, tub full of debris, sink had dried mucus/salva and cigarette ashes in it, floor was not sweep, counter not wiped, no towels Room 2 must have been in the process of painting touch ups. Dressers and bed were the middle of the room away from the wall, room was not clean, a did not have face plate to properly change setting Room 3 that I settled for because I could get a refund, needed painting, bed lamps did not work, bathroom light switch was missing, bathroom door could not close, towels were stained and dingy, cigarette ashes in corner beside toilet, room door did not seem secure, bed was loud and made a piping noise Everytime I got in or out, a leaked and had the floor wet.

Called the day of checkin to let them know we would be coming in late. Received a phone call at 9pm asking if we still planned to come. Told them yes. Check-in after 10 pm. Paid at counter. Got to the room, light in bathroom didn’t work. The door didn’t lock, had to use the top lock and pray. Found out a little later we were double charged for the room. Waiting on my money to come back to me. It is Greenville, MS so I shouldn’t have expected the online review and photos to be accurate. Never staying there again!

First room - hole in the wall, security lock broken, no smoke alarm on ceiling, NO internet. Second room - shower curtain laying on ironing board. Couldn't take shower, no stopper so couldn't take a bath. No basket to hold coffee packet so could not make coffee prior to very early departure. This property should be either closed until fully remodeled or only those rooms rented that are fully functional.

This property needs major updates. The rooms are terrible!! Missing lap shades, the phone didn't work, no coffee maker as advertised. The bathtub was rusted and the bathroom mirror had black stuff all over it. The refrigerator had rust and peeling black paint all over it. The only thing for breakfast was cereal juice and coffee. The staff was very friendly though.

Booked this room to break up a 14 hour road trip. The room was as expected with one complaint. The smoke detector in the room chirped all night and appears to have been for some time. There was what appeared to be a papertowel that was wet, wadded up into a ball, then mashed into the spot where the alarm sounds. Not sure if it was a previous tenant or someone with the hotel who did it.

Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. Very unaccommodating staff, on the verge of being rude. We have had multiple rooms booked for months. The one time we had an error in one of the reservations, they would not make the change even though we have spent THOUSANDS at this location. I guess they need all the $$ they can get to keep the dump open.

Okay, first and foremost the service and the person running the desk was really nice. Second, the company initially tagged my account for 2 payments for one night but later fixed the problem. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. The inside however was not. The rooms need a complete overhaul. There's no way to sugar coat it. Invest in remodeling the rooms and with the service that's already there, this could be a 5 star stay. I have photos to back this up. If you are looking for a cheap, not so nice room, this is it. I would pay the difference and stay at the B&B nearby. P.S It won't let you add photos but tub was cracked, assist bar was broken and the only thing holding the furniture together was rust.

The lady at the desk was amazing sweet and did everything she could for what she has to deal with. First we got the hotel because of the pool. Is was discussing. The rooms were torn up nasty ac didn't work.it stank really bad no towel and when she did bring towels they had blood on them. I really it really ruined out trip. There was

I think Days Inn may have been the best option for Greenville; however, it was dirty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, loud neighbors, hardly slept because worrying if our car would get broken into. At least no bed bugs!

This hotel should be torn down. Not just because it didn’t feel clean & the water was brown even after running it for awhile, we felt unsafe. People were up partying & slamming doors all hours of the night so it was a very sleepless night.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which was a nice surprise, but the bathtub/shower was a bit stained and lacked a shower curtain. The shampoo and soap bottles were also empty. The breakfast was pretty limited, but at least the coffee was decent.

Property is outdated , manager was extremely rude came to ask did I pay an extra pet fee when they provided me a single full size bed when I requested a double room. When informed of the mishap he just walked off, water was brown , shower was dirty check in lady was rude when I arrived and said I was here for check in she didn’t look at a reservation or computer just said what room ? The pool was not open and break fast was subpar water and muffins from gas station. Do not waste your time did not enjoy my stay
