Absolutely wonderful hotel, every single thing was perfect. Beautiful decor, amazing staff and service, room was immaculate, location couldn't have been better. Without doubt one of our favourite hotels we have stayed in. Genuinely faultless.

Design Excellence, The Cyrus Hotel lived up to all my expectations and more. Conveniently located in the old town if was easy to walk around and see everything, with great restaurants and bars all around. The hotel itself was beautiful and its detailing exquisite, and the hotel had an exceptionally kind and helpful staff.

Hotel was very modern, with high end decor and fittings, furniture. Gorgeous leather seating / chairs. Staff very friendly. Car park underground is nice and secure. Spaces are quite narrow. Although it is quite close to the old town so makes this very conveniently located. The major downfall we experienced having a 3rd floor room overlooking the road outside was on the Saturday night we had an awful night with limited sleep due to excessive loud music from nearby bars until gone 5am! In addition there were lots of drivers racing up the road, revving loudly, beeping horns, driving badly, showing off well into the night. We complained to reception but there is nothing they can do. They just said this is what happens at the weekend, with no rules in Poland on loud music. We were not offered an alternative room or other solution as such I could not recommend this hotel for this reason alone. The breakfast was ok but nowhere near as good as others we have experienced on our holiday. Service was haphazard. To order from the menu you wait ages for the food to arrive. The food was not worth the wait. I requested sourdough bread eggs Benedict. (I actually pointed to the bread I wanted for dietary reason's). Another bread entirely came (like cardboard). The Hollandaise sauce was gloppy & cold, the egg was hard boiled… total disaster! Choice on buffet was very basic and lacklustre. A real disappointment plus no English breakfast tea at all. We wished we’d not paid for breakfast.

The Cyrus is a masterclass in hospitality and the ultimate sanctuary for a solo traveler & groups alike. From the moment I arrived, the stunning architecture and perfect location made a lasting impression, made even easier by the seamless taxi drop off and pick up right at the door. My room was a haven of comfort, featuring a spotless interior, an incredibly cozy bed, and high end amenities like plush robes, soft towels, and a brilliant hot shower. The culinary experience was equally outstanding; the food is truly world class, complemented by a sophisticated cocktail and wine selection that is second to none! However, what truly makes this hotel special is the people. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after by the entire team. A massive thank you to Ali the owner, for their unmatched generosity and hospitality, as well as Max at reception and the talented bar staff (Aga in particular!) for making my stay so unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is the only place to stay in Wrocław!
