Currently undergoing renovations. The bed was hard. Half the lights didn't work. The soap dispensers were empty. I think the timing was bad, but we have stayed before and will probably stay again. It is usually a good place to stay.

The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high.

The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom and massive pet stain in the middle of the carpet that smelled. I told the front desk and was moved to another room which was clean, quiet, and in better condition. Staff was great about moving me to a new room.

For almost $250 a night the room was underwhelming. The bed was not king size, the room smelled like mildew/cat urine. The shower curtain was moldy and no option to use the tub. But the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Lousey lighting in room. Sitting room so dark you need flashlight to see. You must walk halfway through pitch black suite to find a light. Bedroom lights are so bright you need sunglasses. Even dimmed to lowest setting twice as bright as sitting room with all lights on. Very disappointing. Clean and the beds are ok.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and appointed with a sectional sofa and a wet bar which was a nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options. I’d recommend.

We were promised a breakfast buffet. They were out of water, orange juice, waffles, bacon and even spoons. There was no attendant the 20-25 minutes we were down there. I asked the front desk lady for help at least getting a spoon to eat our cereal since that was all the food available. She told me to search for the attendant while she stood and talked to the housekeeping staff. Very disappointed in the service and buffet.

I LOVE this hotel. We stay here every time we come into town for business. Staff is always amazing. Eric went above and beyond during this trip to put the customer in customer service. Clean room, clean hallways, and great staff.

Hallways needed to be vacuumed. In the room if you turn down the heat it switches to air conditioning and blows right on the bed. Very noisy also. Refrigerator didn’t work. No overhead lights. Hot water at breakfast not hot. No fruit available. Would not recommend.
