Spa was not working. Quality and selection of breakfast items was hit or miss.

Pool and hot tub closed no previous heads up that the pool has been closed. The tv had distorted lines all throughout the screen it affected the visibility. They had like 10 channels. Carpets had runs and tears all through the room constantly catching our toes and tripping. We couldn’t change rooms they were sold out

could have used a hot tub, which was out of order

We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a bar so we didnt have to leave to enjoy an evening drink. Also the directory said we could have the front desk call a taxi for us and we were told that was unavailable. Other than that the bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Picked Americinn because of pool and hot tub. When I checked in sign at desk said hot tub is being repaired. Told it might be ready later that night or Saturday. Left Sunday still down. Ice machine was not working. No maid service on Saturday. No towels in pool area. Not everybody likes cheese in their eggs. Waffle was good.

:) pool was enjoyable for the kiddo, would have been more if hot tub was available also.

When for a get away with my wife. Hotel is very run down and need work ASAP! Hot tub in pool area was broken, pool table was broken, pool was cloudy and very chlorinated! Floor in check in area were either dirty or wet. Didn't feel comfortable enough to stay the night. Won't be back.

The room was nice and clean. However, my kids were excited about the pool when we reserved but it was closed due to maintenance. That should be disclosed when making the reservation. It was an inconvenience. The breakfast options and service was very poor.

Room was very dated and musty. Had a weird smell and the carpet felt slick/wet but it wasn’t. There was blood on the door that looked like a fingerprint so that was a little sketchy. It served it’s purpose as we were in town for a wedding with limited hotel options but wouldn’t stay again

Room booked was pet friendly, called hotel to verify room was pet friendly & on 1st floor told it was, upon check in told room wasn't pet friendly & wanted to charge me an additional $300. When I requested my money back the man at the desk got my pet allowed. Breakfast was bad (sausage tasted funny), couldn't eat it, went to McDonald's for breakfast, coffee was cold, room needed updating, bathtub was patched, carpet well worn, closet smelled bad & key card wouldn't unlock doors. Pictures are better than what the property actually looks like. This hotel is not worth what they charge!

Stayed 3 nights for work so not in the room much room was never cleaned through the day garbage was piled high coffee in the room never filled I was leaving before 5 am for work so I got no breakfast or coffee from lobby area in all will not be staying with you again unless the price is drastically reduced

Would be nice if they had grab bars by the shower & higher toilets . Room was clean & bed comfy .

The property is in a beautiful place, The rooms were not cleaned completely, soap dispenser was out. Small parking lot for BIG trucks.

First let me say that the young lady that checked us in was great! We got there about an hour before check in and asked if it was possible to check in early. She said let me check with house keeping if your room is ready. Room was cleaned, she just needed the head house keeper to sign off on it. They definitely went above and beyond here. We quickly dropped our stuff in our room and didn’t return until a little after midnight. The property is older so I understand stuff is a little worn or stained… however, the multiple hairs still in the shower and hairs on the bathroom floor tell me the bathroom was not cleaned or not very well, at least. We didn’t notice any of this when we quickly dropped off our bags otherwise we would have said something right away. But at midnight, there wasn’t much we could do about it then. This only made us notice more of the poor cleaning all over the place. Also, there was only one pillow per person while most hotels have 2. We woke and were out of the hotel by 7:00… nobody was well rested, the air didn’t work well and the room had a very damp feeling to it. . All of us decided to skip the shower because yuck! Thankfully we were headed home from there. Staff was friendly, but we would not recommend or stay here again.

Staff was welcoming, the room was very clean. My stay was comfortably.

The staff member that checked us in was very nice and we were able to check in an hour early. We stayed 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, if we needed clean towels we had to get them from the front desk. It appears that people live in this hotel it was just strange.

Everything was great except our tub had a poorly repaired hole in the floor that made me a little nervous to take a shower.

Carpet in the room was sliced and a trip hazard

The staff were fantastic. Eager to help. Everything was neat and organized. Our room was clean and inviting. The room was the same one we stayed in last year. The TV in our room has 3-4 vertical lines thru it. Same thing last year. The TV's sound was horrible. We stay there after Quad Graphic Summer picnic. This is a yearly stay.

Checkout person NEVER asked me how my stay was. Breakfast was Meh. Housekeeping did not give me clean towels. Therefore no tip. Will not recommend this place to Anyone Ever.

I was very upset about the check in process. My family and I arrived late at night on our check in date, to find the front doors locked,no one answering the call button left on the front door, and no one answering the front desk phone. We were finally let in by someone coming back into the building with a key. We went to the front desk where a sign was stating the front desk person would be back at 6am. We called the number that was left on the sign and again there was no answer. Thankfully my paperwork was left on the front desk along with my keys. My husband had to reach over to grab it. Thankfully the keys had already been activated. We also had our reservation assigned to pay on arrival and my card was charged earlier that day as well.

The staff is helpful and courteous. I often will need early check in’s when driving from city to city and over time you can tell when the customer service person is making a promise/commitment just to complete the transaction and they have no intention to follow through. This is one of the few hotels where the staff is genuine and they follow through on their commitments. The facility is clean but it could use a face lift.

For the price this was incredible. It's not new or done out with modern lines and pristine looks,but what it does have is a big room, a/c, fridge, coffee making facilities, free breakfast (waffles, yoghurt etc), free parking and free coffee all day in the lobby. And a swimming pool and hot tub. It's the closest hotel to Erin Hills golf (15 mins drive, $25 uber). There's a place to buy booze across the road, and a few food options. Bear in mind this is a small town, so having a couple of options to choose from is fine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Reminds me of the Quality Inn we also stayed at - maybe both used to be part of a chain?

Staff excellent. Only bad, morning potatoes soggy, because they were in a hot well with a cover on that made condensation on lid that ran on the potatoes when lifted. Understandable.

The stay was okay, but when the hotel wasn’t full to a certain number of guests, they served a lower quality of breakfast with no hot options. I also disliked that the staff seem to live on the property and trudge around in robes and pajamas in the morning having breakfast — unprofessional and seemed dirty to me The also allowed guests with no shirts and no shoes in the breakfast area…disgusting…unsanitary.

This property was once a wonderful property, clean, great breakfast, well kept. We have stayed in it often over 20 years. Now, the breakfast is more limited. The hash.browns mushy. The hallways are hot and humid. At least this time they have dehumidifiers in the hallways.
