Stay was just fine, we booked last minute. Located in the heart of the city. Room was small but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Parking is offsite and expenseive. The restaurant that was next door was open late and had wonderful food.

Friendly helpful staff! The room was clean, updated and they have elevator! The location is excellent! Only 3 minutes walk from the train station, convenient to everything, restaurants, cafes, shopping and all the attractions. Highly recommended Hotel Victoria👍

The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time socializing with them throughout the trip. They were warm and personable. We loved the hotel rabbit - Victor. Breakfast was good and cheap. The woman working the breakfast area was great. The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything. It was perfect. Elevator only went to fourth floor of five floors. Only 2 people could ride down or it wouldn't move. It was very small.

The location is great, just across the road and you're in the old town, just round the corner from there and you're at the pretty canels. The receptionist in the afternoon at check-in was outstanding. Really helpful, super friendly and gave lots of great advice and help. The night receptionist however, was the opposite. He had ear buds in and barely acknowledged me at the desk. He was unwilling to help with my request. My room was nice enough, there were some hairs in the sink and on the towels though unfortunately.

The area right around the train station is not the nicest, but the hotel itself was very clean and felt safe. Staff was helpful when the lights didn't work in the room. They immediately gave us the same room a floor above. Breakfast was also great.

Chambre assez petite mais avec l'essentiel. Bien situé dans rue commerçante, proche de la gare, des transports en commun et des lieux touristiques. Salle de bain vraiment petite et peu pratique, surtout cabine de douche peu adaptée aux gros gabarits et wc inclus dans ce petit espace. A revoir aussi sans doute l'insonorisation (il y a des bouchons d'oreille à disposition dans la chambre) et les rideaux peu occultants. Petit déjeuner correct, cadre sympathique et personnel accueillant.

Hotel Victoria is convenient to the train station and walking distance to everything. Check in was great. The hotel staff are very nice. The room was a double. It was pretty small, but we made it work. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was super small. You couldn’t turn the shower head so that the water was on you without holding the shower head in 1 hand. However, the water pressure was great and the hot water was nice. There is no where to place toiletries, but for 2 nights it worked fine.

The rooms were very nice, but they were on the small side and the walls were not very thick so we could hear people in the room next to us. They quieted down and their kids did too relatively early. The staff downstairs were great and the lobby was very nice to.

The ‘’superior’’ room type booked did not live up to expectation. Bathroom super tiny. Asked for quiet room, but was given one next to a busy staircase. Hotel is well situated, only a few steps from the train station and easy walking distance to many attractions.

We had a triple room, it was smaller than expected as was the bathroom. It should have been a small double room but it was very clean. We faced the noisy main street and the soundproofing meant we heard nothing except a school group partying until 4 am The location was great as was the air conditioning in the very hot weather. The breakfast was really lovely. Lots of fresh variety.

This is a small hotel within a very short walking distance of the main train station. It is located on a street with restaurant and shopping options and within walking distance of the city center and cathedral areas. The property is nice, well-kept and very clean. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff for a reasonable price. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Great job!

Läget nära stationen är perfekt om man tågluffar. Rummet var rent, snyggt och perfekt inrett, dessutom verkade det alldeles nyrenoverat. Så även om rummet och badrummet inte var så stora fanns allt som behövdes där. Frukostbuffén var också fantastisk så, Personalen var dessutom vänlig!

The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until a large group of students came in and everything ran out. Other than this, everything was great, the hotel staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and the outside noise was more than bearable for the area would definitely stay here again. One thing is the automatic lights in the hallway are extremely bright if you were there at night. Maybe a half power would be nice for the night time.
