The rooms were clean, but condition very outdated. Bathtub stained, plastic grouting coming off, faucet handles loose and separated from wall. No toilet seat lid and no table to put your personal items. No tissue - kleenex. Air conditioner worked great. Mostly gravel parking lot. The staff were friendly and very nice. Especially the nice lady that keeps the parking lot and flowerbeds clean. Coffee was really good and always hot. That was a nice extra.

Decent inexpensive place to stay. Entrance into and parking lot are absolutely terrible. Thank goodness my wheels didn’t get ripped off. Pot holes so deep I saw a Chinaman!

We arrived early & our rooms weren’t ready. Okay, totally understand. Manager (wearing a stained t-shirt promising “I speak sarcasm”. Managers don’t wear uniforms of some sort anymore?) said rooms would be ready in 40 minutes. Fine. No problem. Left to go out, returned almost 2 hours later to find rooms still not cleaned. We waited in the lobby for another 30 minutes. And when I say “we” I mean my husband, son and two really elderly family members who had just driven 9 hours. Bit of a bummer. A very lovely lady at the front desk *did* bring me an iron, however—which was much appreciated. The decor is really odd with lots of strange floral arrangements (with gold flowers) that really lower the tone. It really needs a complete overhaul & update to something more classic and comfortable. As it is it looks like it’s stuck in a 70s time warp in Vegas. Location was super convenient —not everyone will like being right off the highway but it worked great for us. Parking is plentiful but could benefit from someone rolling out all the ruts and potholes in the parking lot.

1) The gravel parking lot was a horrible approach to the asphalt parking lot. 2) The wooden, squeaky steps to the second floor gave me the feeling of a 1960s hotel. 3) The television signal cut out, and the internet was not password protected, which means the system is not secure. 4) The surrounding area must have criminal issues with the imposing protective plexiglass, with a silver speaker, and the horrible sound of the clerk's voice.

Bed and pillows comfy. Water smelled and tasted like metal, Terrible, couldnt drink it. Toilet and shower stained from it. Floors dirty. Towels stained. Just coffee in lobby, no tea. Had water cooler in lobby but sign said do not fill water bottles or thermos. Had to check out at 1:50pm a day early due to family issue and she told me i would still be charged full amount for nite.

The room was disgusting. Dirty sheets, ripped towels, filthy tub, furniture looks like it’s been through a war. When questioned nothing but excuses. I know it not a 5 star hotel but take a little pride in the establishment.

Visited for this year's Lost Lands festival and was excited to have a hotel stay that is relatively close to the venue location! While I prefer hotels over camping for festivals in this area, I would not say this is the best hotel experience you could have for the price paid during this time. The Good: - Staff was friendly and helpful. - Hotel is right across the street from a gas station and several food spots. - Hotel room had excellent AC during a hot weekend. The Bad: - The hotel does NOT include breakfast. At the time of my booking the hotel claimed to have complimentary food, but we were met with a small dining area with 1-2 tables and complimentary coffee. I decided to pour a cup one morning and had a fly in my drink... - The general lobby has a bad odor that stayed throughout our experience. - Our hotel room and amenities were overall dirty. Every towel we used had several stains on it. There was also a small ant problem in our room, but it was nothing overly concerning, considering we were happy to not have to camp during our visit. Overall, if you are booking a stay to visit Legend Valley then this is a good stop for you. If not, I would look elsewhere as this hotel is definitely a one-night-stay rest stop before getting back on the road again.

It stinks like water damage and bugspray right in the front door. Right from check in my keys had to get reprogrammed 5x and would not work, so had to hop rooms. Both rooms smelled like they had been smoked in for weeks, body hair and dust everywhere. Other notes: floors cracking, sheets, curtains, ac unit you name it, all should have been replaced years ago. To top it off I’m pretty sure the bug I killed underneath my sink was a baby roach.

Front staff was nice but the room was terribly dirty. Floor had visible dust and hair near walls. Hair on the sink and in the tub. Mirror was splattered and smudged. In addition to poor housekeeping, paint splatters on sink and doors and shower fixtures were hard water crusted. Did not dare shower there.

We have stayed here in the past and it was and okay, hotel, but this go round the bathroom tub was dirty. You could take a wash rag and wipe the walls and the wash rag was gross.

The mattress in one of the rooms we booked was really broken down from overuse. Dogs staying in the hotel barked and were annoying, although were quiet overnight. Hotel is aged and not renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

People were Great! I really only had 2 complaints my bed was to big for the frame and would almost flip you off. I had to remove the toilet lid for it to flush properly.

Nothing really stood out on this stay. Nice but the bathtub could be better. The only thing really is the noise from semi that pull in and out across the street..and other people in the hall you can hear everything. But cant blame the hotel for theother guests.

Guests were noisy and when I went to go to the front desk to ask them take care of it, no one there. I use the buzzer to summon them, I even called them from the outside line. I must have waited 15-20 minutes waiting for someone. I finally left the hotel around 3:45 am because I couldn't sleep.

Beds were comfortable. Receptionist was terrible. No personality and didn't give me any instructions on what she wanted me to do. I reserved wheelchair accessible because I need a higher toilet. Toilet was almost on the floor and no grab bars around toilet or shower. Shower floor was very stained and dirty looking. Vending machines did not work but no sign indicating that. Me and 2 other customers waited 20 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer to check us out. I have stayed at this motel several years ago and it was very nice. Never again will I stay here. I'll spend extra money for a motel that will appreciate my business.

The woman working the desk when I checked in was super friendly. Quick and easy and helpful when my card didn’t work, she even came with me to open up the door since I had all my things in my hands. The hotel definitely needs fixed up, holes need patching and painted and it wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. But the bed was comfy, and we had no issues. Overall a good experience!

Location was super convenient —not everyone will like being right off the highway but it worked great for us. Parking is plentiful but could benefit from someone rolling out all the ruts and potholes in the parking lot.

Super unsafe area . Staff was so rude screaming at us because u stayed pass 11:30am but we payed for an extra night. Owner was around and she didn’t care or apologize. Don’t recommend these people.

Visited for this year's Lost Lands festival and was excited to have a hotel stay that is relatively close to the venue location! While I prefer hotels over camping for festivals in this area, I would not say this is the best hotel experience you could have for the price paid during this time. The hotel was fine for the short stay and being only there at night. Hotel and area very geared towards truckers and traveling workers ( construction ect)) So not very quiet early. General wear to hotel but clean. Pet friendly. Close to my car show .

I like the fact that the windows open. It is always a closed environment so the fact that the windows open and you can let fresh air in the rooms makes it much more pleasant. I also like the fact that the rooms have a desk and a chair and the cable has good channels. There are no pests and it was clean and relaxing. It also has a gas station and restaurant right across the road which makes it quite convenient. The location is right off of the highway which makes it perfect for traveling.

It is in a busy area with lots of highway/ truck stop. Hotel is worn, odd smells ,ice machines not working? Where was included breakfast? Some local food options. If I’m going to pay over 100$ a night I’d like it clean and it fulfill what it promises on website/ Expedia . I won’t be back ….

The website said they served breakfast which was not true. They barely had coffee. The renovations that were obviously fairly recent were not done well. Very few towels and the two they did have were thin. But room was clean. Bed was ok.

There is no breakfast served unless you call coffee breakfast. The slide lock was broken so we just had the dead bolt to lock the door. Sheets were clean and the room was clean.

The place itself was not bad and the room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that despite saying breakfast is included, all there was was coffee, which i could have gotten in my room. So don't book this place if breakfast is a reason why you're choosing it.

I’ve stayed in probably 1500 hotels in my travels across planet Earth and this is the top three worst. The smell of pet urine is overwhelming everywhere, the bathrooms looks like a murder scene and none of us got any rest. The only plus side was the maintenance guy that was just trying to help but the hotel was falling apart. There’s nothing you can do. Zero of 10 do not recommend.
