Clean, comfortable bed, large room. Located close to highway-easy access. Pool was clean and a nice size. Hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast was toast & cereal. Fruit would have been good to have. Great friendly service.

Carpet was worn out, staff not friendly, shower was too high to step up into, around the top of shower was dirty, the bed was clean so that was a plus, got back from seeibg family and parking was full had to park next door yo hotel

Stayed one night, accessible room had mold all over the bathroom, in the shower was the worst. We killed two bugs in the bathroom. Our room had a disturbing sound going off every 20 seconds and we had to complain to the front desk. Tried to enjoy the pool but there was constriction happening right near the pool that made it unenjoyable

Although clean enough, the entire property is in an advanced state of dilapidation. From the moment you walk in the front door--which itself is in need of major renovation--you are hit with a powerful wave of cleaning fluid fumes. The smell is so powerful it saturates your clothing--you will have to throw everything into the laundry once you get home. The reception desk looks more like the front desk of a county jail. The "free breakfast" consists of a plate of stale mini-donuts and bad coffee. The "pool" is closed and by all appearances hasn't been functional in years. Construction materials (including tossed-away work gloves) are scattered throughout the hallways--it's as if the place is under perpetual renovation by low-budget contractors who show up every week or two to put a new dab of paint here and there, but never finish the job. At night, the parking lot is crowded with suspicious characters who clearly are not staying in the hotel. Signage in the lobby warns guests that local police make random checks on the property, the implication being "you better behave!". In short: This place is a nightmare. Avoid it all costs.

The bathtub had dirt and/or mold on the floor the drain was rusty and crusty. It was disgusting The coffee make put out dirty moldy water. I ran 5-6 glasses of water through it and particles still kept coming out. It was also disgusting. I spoke to someone at the front desk and he said a manager would text, email or call me and I have never heard anything from anyone. I also just left a voice mail message for Mike the general manager to contact me back. I have pictures that are time stamped on my phone. I refuse to pay for this room I will never stay there again and plan on writing a review to post on-line. It was a terrible experience

Beyond disgusting and filthy. Paper thin walls, severely trashed hotel walls and doors along with ripped screens .Tub was patched with tape and human hair. Unfortunately didn’t get past clearly fake reviews to alarming reviews that are clearing all not fabricated. This is not a hotel nor should they be able to operate as one. It’s like a shelter.

There was a cockroach in the room. Called reception, who responded will be there in a few minutes but never showed up. There was big piece of broken glass lying in the room. The room was not cleaned. There was weed and smoke smell in entire building even though advertising as Smoke free. Breakfast offered is of not so good quality. I had bad experience and will not recommend.

The first room we were given was full of mold in the ceilings, and smelled awful. We went to the front desk and complained, and were given a room that was less moldy (only in the bathtub now) and smelled better. We were in town for a funeral and could not afford to leave and stay elsewhere, so we dealt with it as best we could. I'm certain the room still had significant mold under the surface somewhere, as my partner and I both had headaches the whole time we were there. The place seemed generally run down throughout, as well. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathtub had grime embeded in the bottom it was almost black. It was a non-smoking property but the hallway and our room had the distinct smell of pot. Couldn't wait to leave.

Some days all the breakfast options were not restocked. The wifi was slow and not working in all rooms. This hotel is good for a short stay (maximum two nights).

The hotel had extremely slow internet and I couldn't get any work done. I checked out after 2 hours. The hotel wouldn't give me my money back. Expedia wouldn't give me my money back. Will dispute with my bank. Very disappointed.

Pretty run down needs renovation badly. Breakfast options are toast and cereal, can hear neighbors thankfully mine were relatively quiet. On the positive the bed is clean and nice. I would only stay here if a short stay ie working not vacationing.

This is definitely a 2.5 star hotel. When I checked in, no one was at the desk and I waited a good 15 minutes standing there. I tried calling on the phone, but no one answered. When I did check in, there is a $100 deposit and the person did not really look or talk to me. He was on his cell phone. Nit going to lie, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the tub was very high up. It was ok clean as you could still see stains on the sink counter, the seats in the room had stains, and there was dust on the nightstands about a quarter inch thick. Slept well though, so that is a bonus. It is a solid middle of the road place.

The place is filthy! It smells, And I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes to check in. No one was there. Someone finally came and was surprised to see people waiting for him. AT 3PM! Check in time! Spend 20$ more and stay somewhere else!

Be aware: They require a $100 deposit, and if you want to extend your stay, they will charge you an ADDITIONAL $100, even though you are not making a new reservation. Front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude and more than a little creepy. Shady dealings happening in the lobby and hallways. Noisy (front desk staff doesn't care).

Our stay was fine. Both desk clerks were professional and responsive. Our room was very basic, but clean. The in-room heater was so slow to warm up that I thought it was broken, and the front desk was going to check it for us, but it finally worked. Breakfast was coffee, and minimal food offerings. The price was the lowest in the area, so I am satisfied.

This is really rundown hotel in very bad condition. Everything is broken and dirty, mold everywhere and strange smell in the bathroom. Walls are paper thin, can hear tv or cell phones from adjacent rooms. Breakfast is very basic and was not even available all the times- coffee ran out.
