Sleep inn is a great option for this area! It is very reasonably priced with great staff and a delicious breakfast and pool! The pool was in excellent shape, the breakfast had many great options, and the staff were extremely friendly. We slept great in our room too, the place is living up to its name!

Bathroom needed a lot of work/maintenance. Bed was very hard. Thermostat was not connected to the AC/heater unit. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and professional. Hours for the pool need to be extended considering check in is at 3pm and the pool closes at 6pm if you're guests are only staying one night why even bother having a pool.

The staff was awesome. I didn't want to ask them to do more. The property by the pool needs some attention. It was 80° and there were only 2 chairs out by the pool, no umbrellas n tables were pushed back against fence n no towels except dirty towels were available by the pool.

Wow!! What a surprise! This was our first stay at Sleep Inn. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was delicious! Offered the best variety we have ever had! The pool was clean and refreshing. The bed was comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. We greatly enjoyed our visit!

When we first arrived to the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and checked us in without issues. When we first go into the room there was a strong smell of mold and I believe that it was coming from the air conditioning unit because it was leaking water. Also when we arrived to the room there was a big roach in the corner by the air conditioning unit and a dead bug on the wall. The staff was understanding when we addressed the issue with them but that inital night made us very uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. We also asked for a different room and there weren't any other rooms availble so we decided to stay in the room given that we already paid to be there. We did not have a good experience and we will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The first room we had smelled like mold in the bathroom. They gave us another room on the second floor. We unpacked everything and the next morning the air conditioner was not working and the rug on the floor was soaked with water from the air conditioner. Went down to the front desk to let them know and they asked if we would like another room. We had to pack everything back into our bags and ended up on the third floor. This was two days wasted because of water damage and air conditioning issues. I asked if they can give us a discount and they said since we went through Expedia there isn’t any thing they can do. I called Expedia and they said they would email me in 24-72 hours.

We reserved 3nights for two special guest visiting from Alabama. They complained of a strong mildew smell throughout the hotel and in their rooms. The establishment was very unclean and the service was underwhelming. They decided to walk across the street and check in at the Holiday Inn instead. It was very embarrassing for us as hosts.

Did not appreciate being so close to the elevator and did NOT like being right next to the mechanical room it caused extra noise in the room and the exorcist green color on some of the walls in my room were NOT very appealing at all. Plus property looked better on the website than in person

The beds were very comfy. The pillows and sheets were good quality. Beds are only double beds which could be cramped for some people. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was a very strong odor in the hall of marijuana.

It was disappointing. Check in was slow due to the computer. I WS told we would have a walk in shower. We did not. The remote for the TV did not work. I was given 2 triple A batteries. It took double A batteries. I gave everything to the front desk clerk. She gave me another remote which also didn’t work. She came to the room to check it out and wasn’t able to get it to work. She showed us how to use the buttons on the tv for power, channel change, and volume change. She said she would be back with another remote. She never returned. After I requested another room, she said it wasn’t possible.

The staff was amazing! The front desk person was thoughtful and helpful. I took a red eye and called to try to get in early. She took my number and called as soon as the room was cleaned so I could sleep. Above and beyond for sure!

Customer Service was horrendous the night where I was due to check in I've called to reschedule the concierge or person at the desk was rude and didn't assist to help. the following day in the afternoon was calling to speak to a manager and had a representative of Expedia on the line as well trying to cancel my reservation the young lady at the desk was unpleasant and very unprofessional when requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor she refused and hung up the phone on both of us on 2 occasions. I've called back requesting her manager or will write to the regional manager her response was "Do what you got to do" and proceeded to end the call again by hanging up the phone. I would never recommend any family or friends to stay there.

Great location with a lot of shopping and dining nearby. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and personable but the lady who checked us out acted like she hated her job and never smiled and wasn’t friendly at all. She sat on her phone behind the desk until I said something about needing assistance.

The hotel was very good overall. Check in was seamless, and the staff was very nice and professional. Our room was very clean, and stocked with towels and bathroom necessities. The only complaint was about the design of the bathroom. The door opened up inward, and was very close to the toilet. And, the breakfast was ok. The only complaint with that was lack of dietary restricted choices. No milk subs, and no meat! The bed was comfortable, tho!

Breakfast was quite impressive: apart from the usual cereals, toast, and bagels, there was yogurt, fruit cocktail, omelettes, sausage patties, prepared breakfast sandwiches, and a waffle maker.
