Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Summary of our experience. First of all, we downloaded the app and got text messages about when our unit was ready. The app told us where to go to get our keys. It was a very easy process. We parked at our rental that came with one spot per unit. The place was spotless and smelled clean. Everything was in its place and looked like a hotel. There was lots of room to unpack our things and to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. We only needed to get trash bags.A toaster and coffee maker were also available.The bedroom had spare sheets and lots of extra beach towels. There were 2 tvs with cable and the wifi was good!Laundry was on the side of the building and it was free and the machines did a good job.There were charcoal grills available and chairs water toys in a shed.The beach was sooooo close that we walked barefoot to it. Honestly this part of the beach was the least crowded and the cleanest with the clearest water. We never had to drive to a different beach. We had the sunset almost to ourselves.The not so great things...Water pressure in the shower is really bad. My hair never felt clean unfortunately.The bed is sagging in the middle.Some floor boards had rough edges that would pop up a little so had to be careful. Every step you take in the unit sounded loud. We could hear our neighbors walking and the walls are so thin I could hear them stir coffee in the morning. You have to hope for courteous neighbors. I wish theyd add insulation for the future. The office and management... was amazing and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to rent through them again. Felt like they were always available though we did not need them. We forgot a pillow behind and they found it and shipped it to us the same day we called. It was amazing!All in all, we would rent this unit again. We would be even

The unit was comfortable and met our needs for our vacation on Anna Maria Island. We were particularly pleased with having a king-sized bed that was comfortable and having a laundry facility right there was very helpful. The dishwasher was a bit tricky to start, though it worked just fine once we figured it out. We would definitely recommend this property.

Love the location. I think there needs to be more of a check for supplies prior to the next rental. No biggie, but there was no extra garbage bags to use. There were open cookies left in the cabinet. Also, the owner needs to supply a blanket for the sofa bed(only a very small one was available), beach chairs could be updated. You might laugh, but miss the little gift bag! Please, only share this review with the owner. Place smelled musty, always felt wet and sticky when inside, would have loved to spend more time on the patio but coughing from the red tide made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. The place needs a dehumidifier. Cockroaches, they thrive in damp places, they were very disgusting. A beach house should have places to hang beach bags, towels and swim suits. Not a single hook in the place. Full length mirror would be great as well. Very minimum and cheap necessities were provided. The Saran Wrap didn't even have the serrated edge for cutting. We had to purchase more paper products just to get through our week vacation. The bed is sunken on both sides which creates a lump in the middle. The price charged for a nights stay is equivalent to a luxury suite, I would have expected better accommodations. The kitchen utensils and beach supplies were adequate. The remodeled bathroom was very nice, shower was amazing! Bathroom light switch was broke.

The quiet side street gets none of the traffic and private parking is provided. The property is very clean and decorated in a beachy welcoming way. Everything looks just like the photos online. All appliances were new and worked well. We had a rental car and it was very easy to get to restaurants and shopping areas. Next year we might try renting a golf cart! Sarasota is less than a half hour away, and we really enjoyed visiting The Ringling museum complex. We also drove to St. Pete to see The Imagine glass museum. We highly recommend both! But the best experience was relaxing on the beach with a good book and viewing the spectacular sunsets. On our last evening, we even spied 2 dolphins swimming by! A few amenities that were missing and would have been appreciated: a box of Kleenex, coffee filters for the coffee maker, (that made surprisingly GOOD coffee!), a couple extra rolls of TP, a full-length mirror. Other than that, Beach Lovers #3 has most everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. And that’s why we booked for the third year in a row!

Experienced some bugs on Thursday and contacted staff and they sent maintenance and he arrived as was showering and he waited for a bit then left and to knowledge never returned after we left and returned later Thursday nor Friday. Bugs were still on curtains in bedroom and signs they had been in bathroom when left. They carried something like nettles onto window sealin bedroom but could not determine point of entry.

Beautiful, white sand, easy, shallow entry into the ocean. Very private. Inside: very clean, testefully decorated, all amenities in very good condition, sheets and all white towels like new. It was a fantastic beach week. Very happy to be so close to publix and many other stores.
