Quality Inn & Suites Bethany - Oklahoma City West

It would have been an above average stay with the exception of the vehicle break-in. During the day stole items out of my work truck. Hotel has no external cameras to protect the customers.

This property has changed ownership recently. Maintenance is lacking. Light bulbs were out in our room. Sheetrock is cracked. Carpet is stained. Furniture in breakfast area is stained and dirty. In general, it smelled bad. We were told the front doors would be locked after midnight and we’d have to go to one of the side doors and use our key to get in. We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned/made up. It’s a shame. We’ve stayed here several times over the years because of its convenient location. We won’t stay here again!

The room was just as expected, clean comfy beds. Breakfast was good, there was a variety of choices! Staff was kind and accommodating.

Staff was great, Cash (sp) at night got us settled in and found a shower chair for us. Christie in the morning was a joy to talk to. The breakfast was very good and neat and clean, I made more of a mess of it. Spilled the waffle batter when the cup was not in the right place to catch it out of the dispensary. Pool was a little chilly but hot tub was warm, alot of suds! The room was large enough to move around with easy. Long way from elevator but our TV could have disturbed anyone as it was on the stairway wall. I mentioned Route 66 100th anniversary and Christie mentioned a museum opening next door. We drove over and the gentleman let us come in and look. Will defintly visit when it opens.
