Great location and small but pleasant pool. Very handy having parking on site. Basic room but it had comfortable bed and everything we needed. Only major downside was Air con didn’t work brilliantly.

Decent price for the location. Room is quiet. Ac works. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is surprisingly good! And the pool is small but nice, with a rooftop bar. I’d stay here again.

Good location, but the hotel promised more than it delivered. The fitness center was closed "for renovation." The rooftop cocktail bar was non-existent. There were chairs but no bar. The parking garage was full. The room was small and uncomfortable.

Séjour dune soirée en couple. Literie très confortable. Chambre bien insonorisé mais assez petite, avec juste une chaise en plus du lit pour s’asseoir. Petit balcon agréable pour pendre l’air. La Clim en mode chauffage assez juste pour l’hiver. La salle de bain pratique mais l’espace douche très petit avec en plus un rideau de douche pas pratique. Parking payant et très chère, heureusement on peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue derrière l’hôtel.

Das Hotel befindet sich aktuell im Umbau. Auch Sonntag wird gearbeitet… Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Liftschacht. Laute Geräusche und Klingeln, wenn unsere Etage erreicht wurde. Treppenhaus nicht benutzbar, da in Renovation. Deshalb teilweise lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Es hatte zwar eine nigelnagel neue Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Kapseln dazu… Keine Aufhängung für Handtücher im Bad. Deshalb im Zimmer an den Stuhl gehängt. Nach der Zimmerreinigung waren die dann weg und nicht wieder aufgefüllt… Pool war zwar klein, aber sehr hübsche Aussicht auf Arles. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!

Right in the centre of Arles. Parking under the hotel is available although the spaces are a bit tight.

I searched Expedia for hotel with parking. They had 18 spaces for 91 rooms. That’s not acceptable to park two blocks away. The bathroom is want to be modern but no soap dispenser in the shower. You have to step out of the shower to get soap at the sink. Not consistent with the 3 stars this hotel is boasting.

The hotel is central. We arrived late at night and only needed a place to rest. The room was outdated, the floor cover in carpet like in 1970. The wc was in a small claustrophobic room. The shower wasn’t working properly and I found an empty toothpaste tube from previous guest left in the rubbish bin. The AC split was noisy so we couldn’t leave it on for the night and the room got extremely warm. We couldn’t open the window as our window was adiacente to a flat roof top and anyone could have walked from the window. So we did not rest well. Thank you but I will not repeat at this hotel.

Bon séjour, personnel très agréable chambre confortable, propre mais acoustique à revoir ( on entend les bruits de la rue et des voisins du dessus), très bonne literie. Avons apprécié la piscine, même si l'eau était un peu froide

Hôtel plus fait pour groupes de touristes de passage, assez impersonnel, chambres petites et peu équipées (pas de réfrigérateur) ou le voyageur individuel se sens un peu perdu. Toutefois, excellent petit déjeuner… si l’on y arrive pas trop tard. Situation idéale pour les visites de la ville.

There's nothing really wrong with this hotel but it is tired, no character, and has an outmoded '70's feel. The breakfast was good and the location works well. But overall we'd choose somewhere else next time.

Chambre spacieuse

Room was hot as we arrived and the air-conditioning was old and inadequate in cooling the room for the entire stay. Breakfast was disappointing because the hotel appears to cater primarily for coach parties which leaves the rest of patrons with poor choice of breakfast. On second night of stay we experienced noise late at night from drilling and building work at the hotel.

Petit Déjeuner excellent, varié et abondant. Chambre très spacieuses et lumineuse. Fontaine d'eau à l'étage offrant une eaux fraîche ayant un meilleur goût que celle du robinet. Petit incident regrettable à l'arrivée resté sans suite.

C’est pas du tout 4 étoiles… les chambres sont trop petit, trop sombre, pas de place pour rangement…

Dated room decor 1970s style. No hot water only lukewarm water. Staff were polite and helpful.

Overall our stay for 3 nights was comfortable, but few things need attention- our room bathroom fan did not work and the whole room steamed up when we showered. This should have been reported to maintenance by the housekeeping team AND we reported it twice to reception and nothing been done during our stay. We had breakfast 1 morning and it was bad - no basics like tea, milk, croissants (in France!, had to ask and were told they serviced a large group first thing that morning?! Breakfast staff were ignorant - banging cutlery and plates when setting up table, making lots of noise which was unpleasant to sit and eat in. Positive is definitely location of the hotel. Rooms are small but suitable for few nights stay. Very clean. Reception staff very pleasant. Please be aware that parking is not guaranteed and first come first serve basis.

Desk staff folks were very helpful. My friend’s wallet was stolen. The staff did everything to help.

Location was a plus. I was staying for two nights & there was only cold water. I can’t wash my hair or shower in cold water. That was a deal breaker for me. I actually heated up water in the kettle so that I could sponge bathe. The safe wasn’t working but was fixed while I was still at the hotel. The really odd thing was the room key which was programmed at the desk did not work. I went back & forth up the elevator from the front desk to my room about 3 or 4 times each day to get it fixed. I noticed another guest also going back & forth 3 or more times after being told that the key was now fixed. The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room but I had to tell him that I had pre paid.

après une arrivée approximative, un manque de maturité d'un personnel trop jeune, mais toutefois charmant, nous avons pu garer notre voiture au parking, pas très facile. notre chambre triple n'avait des serviettes ...que pour deux personnes....les joints des carreaux de faïence, de la salle de bain, quelques traces de moisi. malgré ces toutes ces petites tracasseries, nous avons aimé l'emplacement idéal de l’hôtel, la gentillesse de l'accueil, plus professionnel le soir. l'établissement est en rénovation, il a en effet besoin de se moderniser. mais nous y reviendrons cependant.

Family room was spacious when couch bed was put in. Location was awesome. You can walk to all the sites and a myriad of restaurants. Did not try hotel restaurant. This hotel is good but not fancy. We got a spot in garage. As usual in Europe the parking spots were very close together. It’s a safe place to have your car.

Proche du centre ville, cet hôtel convient parfaitement à qui veut un séjour tranquille. De plus, il est situé à 1/4 d’heure, 20 minutes de la gare et face à l’Office du Tourisme et du boulevard des Lices

La amabilidad de la recepcionista, teníamos una habitación de dos camas y nos la cambiaron por una de matrimonio sin problemas. Muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos a pie del centro y monumentos

La chambre était impeccable.. Comme nous venions avec notre petite chienne il y avait un coussin douillet et 2 gamelles qui l'attendaient. Quelle jolie attention ! Le personnel est très aimable et le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et varié!! Bravo !!

Great location! Common area furniture was showing wear. Breakfast bar needed more attention and refreshing the food items.

When booking this I thought it was a 4 star hotel so price was within acceptable range, however on arrival realised it was only 3 star so price was high for a 3 star hotel. In terms of quality, the rooms are perfectly acceptable for a 3 star hotel. On the smaller side but ok for two. Beds are comfortable, pillows typical European, soft and flat. No fridge in the room but that is usually the norm for 3 star rooms. Airconditioning was exceptional and needed as temps were in the high 30’s during our 6 day stay. Bathroom was smallish but serviceable. Shower was over the bath with no rails to assist when getting in and out and you can’t use the sink to assist as shower glass is in the way. Breakfast was ok but basic. Scrambled eggs undercooked. Mediterranean selection consisted of 1 meat, a couple of cheeses, boiled eggs, tomato and yoghurt. There was a bowl of fruit salad, bread, baguettes and some pastries. On three of the days the hotel had accommodated a tour bus who all went to breakfast early and stayed till 8.30 so the area was fully occupied. We came down at 7.20 one morning and as there was nowhere to sit returned to our room and came back at 8.30am. Staff were slow to clear tables once the bus tour left and also slow to replenish breakfast items. On two days there were no clean plates, bowls and cups. Location was good, short walk to the city centre. So mostly good for a 3 star hotel but breakfast organisation and variety could be better.
